Akinowon123:Wehdone Mr Patrick Obaiagbon! #smiles |
MilitantAtheist:God forbid! I never insulted your mom and siblings and would never do such cause I be believe in paying people with the same coin I'd be glad to receive. I mentioned the circle of women you keep based on your generalization....but since you insisted on not generalizing...I withdraw my statement Humanly speaking...it's not easy for mother's to watch their kids go hungry....but as awful as our economy is...there are menial jobs that can fetch one a daily bread....the key is not living beyond one's means....don't run rat races...don't keep friends that would intimidate you into doing the wrong thing and above all ....value your body and existence....you are what you attract.....if men offer you sex before helping you...it means they've evaluated your worth.... not everybody can be molested. Make I drop mike...#smiles |
MilitantAtheist:This your generalization is alarming. Your mentality about women depends on the circle of women around you and in your life .... moreso you never took your time to read all the comments above. I'm a living proof of being faithful despite the hurdles of life....I decided not to be cheating not because of being tagged holier than thou...but because it's against my personal ethics...what if I'm created as a male....won't I provide for my home? I pay my bills by myself....my house rent..my school fees...my kids school fees...daily upkeep and feeding all alone... it's been years I'm doing it faithfully and diligently....one thing I've learnt so far is.....the kid's happiness always serves as a source of provisions and multiply the little income I earn. Despite all this.... your glorified gender never appreciated it yet...he left us all for his selfish interests.....life moves on irrespective of his presence. So shun your generalization.. please. |
There's no justification for cheating either in marriage or courtship. Being Discipline is the key....what if the husband died and she happened to be a widow... won't she survive? She should go out and work to cater for her kids...no matter how little her income is ...if she's doing it diligently and faithfully...the kid's happiness multiplies income . |

I wonder what is wrong with Ondo state's ex governor's .... only Mimiko is still healthy after service . May God heal Aketi of every infirmities IJN. |
Chai! The most painful part is seeing the first lady sounding that way publicly....it saddens my heart to see women fighting heads on with their Hubby's mistresses. This thing knows no age... position... exposure.. Education.... it's inbuilt and natural....the only antidote is looking away. Jealousy would belittle you and make you feel miserable and sympathetic....once you call his attention to it and he ain't compromising...look away ..focus on you... your kids and career....karma always has a way of dealing with such people. Get well soon Aketi. |
kinah:Ok ma. |
Otitipupa:It'd be porridge if you use normal yam but can never be Ikokore.. Water yam gave Ikokore it's uniqueness. |
Otitipupa:Lol...I'm a lady. It can be eaten with cold eba..some even eat it with bread. Uniqueness of people's culture.#smiles |
Otitipupa:Water yam Blended pepper Locust beans Fish .meat..hides and skin Palm oil Water How to cook Ikokore Ijebu Peel the water yam...rinse and grate it using a manual grater..and set aside Wash and cook the meat .fish...hide and skin Extract the protein from the stock and add the blended pepper into the boiling stock with the locust beans..allow to cook for few minutes Start making a dough of the blended water yam into the boiling stock/pepper Allow to cook for some minutes Add enough palm oil.and add the extracted protein..to the water yam...(do not cover the pot on fire? After a while...turn with a turning stick and taste for perfection. Your Ikokore is ready to be served with cold eba #smiles |
Awakened38:Bravo!!! I wish I can multi-like this your response... thanks so much for being on point. Cheers! |
My question is....why do others see HSP as being proud? They think you're forming to know too much. ...how have you guys being coping with such especially at work? |
I wonder where all this women are getting the nerves to *gbe Omo oba fun osun?* Life no balance at all....yet there's a biological father who never knew how his kids survive from infancy only cared about himself that the kids will find their dad when they finally grow up and make it? I trust karma sha. @the topic...op. There are many trustworthy and responsible women out there...only that men go for looks rather than quality. |
So sad! May his soul RIP. Olorun maje ki emi mi o pin.....nigba ti ogo mi ba de. Amin |
ultraviolet27:Smiles I guess you'd need to rewatch the movie... Kazeem called himself *Asiwaju* in the last scene when Obalola called him a traitor that *Omo aiye...kii je oju aye!....he replied saying "Kosi oruko ti won o ti pemi tan....Omo alapata...tout .. Eruku..Asiwaju nimi...mode ma joba lori gbogbo yin lEkoo yii" Rewatch the last scene sis..... Secondly the constant agbada and it's design worn by Kazeem rings a bell. I just hope there'd be a part 2 to correct it. The isale Eko is an original name also...and the almighty Eyo. Eruku... Eleniyan is a popular slang uses originally in Isale Eko...it's not fictious ma. Shalom |
I knew it immediately after watching the movie that they're going to have little problem on the story. It was too glaring how they used the particular names...I guess the writer never knew BAT would win the 2023 election due to the popular obedient movement. They mentioned exact names of places... people and custom. Isale Eko....Eyo.....Eleniyan.....Asiwaju...Eruku etc The movie is interesting but they have to clear the air by acting a part 2 to correct every error made in part one. |
I learnt that nobody on earth is perfect.... you'd always meet people better than you irrespective of your status and people wishing to be you. Nairaland also changed me from being an ambivert to an introvert as I now think before I talk based on people's experience. Lastly.....I learnt that not all books can be judged by their cover...the more I look....the less I see. |
I want to beg Mr Seun Osewa to see to the tribal war going-on on this platform. There's hardly a post without tribalism comments even in sections that has nothing to do with politics. Many of these tribalist might be transferring the aggression of how bad they've been responded on here with the innocent people around them offline. It takes a little drop of water to cause a flood. God bless Nigeria! |
Wahala...lol |
It's been a long time bro. How's life at your end? |
Who will be the responsible father of her child when she conceived? End time marriage. |
Finally!!! Congratulations Sanwo-Olu!!! |
damilarea2:Lol I never expected him to win... should the election wasn't postponed.... those eyes wouldn't have been opened and eluuup crooners for don take over. I hope he learn from the accusations thrown at him and make amendments....I see him going places in politics in the future and he should remember that he'd always need the masses votes. Congratulations to him....mo ba onire yo....kiremi le temi lowo. |
Grace undiluted |
To all the real mother's out there...I celebrate your doggedness in your home and career...I pray we all live long to eat the good fruit of our hard làbour as a mother IJN. To all the TTC moms...I pray God answer your prayers and give you your awaited fruit of the womb soonest IJN..... Happy mother's day to us! |
Fuckyoumod:I don't like trading insults with people both online and offline...this is my last response to your mention. You corrected me and I've said thank you...yet you still want to transfer aggression to me... I'm not a supporter of any political party ...I just quote an english idiom where necessary...... I'd just keep facing front as usual.. have a beautiful Sunday Sir. |
Fuckyoumod:Cry me a river please......lol |
Wow! Congratulations man! . I've been awaiting this result with the hype going on here with the eluup crooners. Earnestly awaiting Sanwo-Olu's results too. I'm not a politician but I know politics isn't for the feeble minded and keyboard warriors. I come in peace. |
Fuckyoumod:Thanks for the correction and sorry about your pain....I can see you're in severe pain...lol |
