Before you come in here all furious and whatnot, Remember Buhari was Re-elected Despite his Underwhelming Performance.

The people that elected Buhari are still alive and readily available to vote another failure.

Those decieving themselves that they'll be no repercussions for the Activities of IPOB, even if the rest of the south Forgets, The yoruba Muslims and Northern Muslims will never forget.

Go to Facebook Forums (housing Muslims of Yoruba and Northern descent and see how Peter Obi is being crowned as the Leader of IPOB), the best place to get next to real analysis is Facebook, not Twitter or Instagram, Facebook.

The chances today of power coming to the south is 40%, even if the north chooses to support any southern candidate it's obviously Tinubu.

If you believe that the failure and bad governance shown by Buhari and APC, will for any reason influence northerners or Muslims not to vote Another Muslim or Northerner, wake up from your delusion!.

Nigerians will definitely vote along tribal and religious lines in 2023 even worse than they did in 2015 and 2019.

Igbos have only two options, collectively push for self-determination(starting now, not after the 2023 election) , or Support one of the two major candidates (I suggest Atiku for obvious reasons) .

Peter Obi doesn't stand a chance of winning, don't Labour In Vain, Don't be dragged into further disrepute...

Selah

Why are you talking about IPOB when Nigeria has been marginalising Igbos since the civil war?

Don't pretend that anti-Igbo sentiments haven't existed in Nigeria since pre-civil ear days.

We don tell them tire, but they'd never listen. Pandora will come a distant FOURTH in the race, that's, if he doesn't chicken out in the middle of the contest just like he did the primary.

I'm sure that Peter Obi is doing much better than you and others who think like you. In fact, I'm sure that all of those contest for the presidency are doing better than you people.

Win or lose, they, their children and their grandchildren will still be richer than anything you can imagine. They will be able to flee abroad should any trouble come to the country. They will never have to worry about members of their family travelling to Libya, getting raped and becoming slaves just for a chance at a better life. You will though, and so will most other Nigerians.

Yet here you are, making fun of this man who (from the looks of things) actually wants to break the wheel of corruption and poverty that has ravaged your country.

Honestly, sometimes I think you people deserve your terrible leadership.
Politics / Re: Kwankwaso: it Will Be Very Difficult For Notherners To Vote Obi by Ngozi123(f): 9:41am On Jul 04, 2022
Kwankwaso is just confirming what we've known for a long time: the real reason why a lot of Nigerians don't want an Igbo man to be president is because they fear that he will make it easier for everyone to go their own way.

It's not because Igbos are tribalistic. It's not because Igbos love money too much. It's not because Igbos are politically naive.

It's because they believe that an Igbo man would stop them from having access to that oil money again.

You be learner oo

Read the actual quotes in the article and you will see that Soludo is referring to those APGA members who have recently defected to the Labour Party.

He is talking about a certain subset of recently joined Labour Party members, not Peter Obi and not the party as a whole.

If you were at my company for 10 years and decided to move to another company, would it be bad of me to tell you that you leaving is like labouring in vain due to all the hard work you've already put in at my company?

What he said was not an insult.

There's something inherently rotten about the version of politics played here in Nigeria.

Even Peter Obi sef been sell him conscience at some point in his life for this same politics...

It's not just sensationalist, it's completely wrong. Soludo was talking about APGA defectors to the Labour Party in his state, not Peter Obi. He said that them leaving after already having done so much work in the party is basically "labouring in vain".

It had nothing to do with what was in the title.

Didn't @Seun recently complain about some newspaper using a misleading headline about Tinubu recently?

Is this not the same thing? Why has this been brought to the front page?

I couldn't get that link but here is a video of him in 2018 saying he did not own any house except in Onisha!

https://twitter.com/tosinadeda/status/1052319587742699520?t=0gvNWquBr9PgFyJnBSRoag&s=19

He said: "the only place I have a house [in Nigeria] is in Onitsha".

That was in late 2018. Do you have proof that he actually owned a house in Lagos in 2018? If so then I believe that you are right that he lied about this. If not, however, then that just doesn't prove anything.

Well can you see the image of Joe Biden convoy how long it is? And how the road was cleared so he can pass?

Did you even read my comment?

Yes, I'm fully aware that presidents in the West have covoys. That's not the issue though. The issue is making people wait for three whole hours just so that they can pass a road. You claim that you've travelled all over so tell me, have you ever seen that in a civilised country before?

Me? A newbie? Please sit down.

I'm not bragging that I've been abroad. I was born and bred in a western country and have been a citizen since birth. This isn't bragging, it's just stating facts.

The fact that you think someone stating that they live abroad is bragging is hilarious.

point of correction no body is risking the life of anybodys future , since 1963 till date no be the same noise we they shout up and down , answer me , and everybody is entitled to his or her family problem, What am telling u is that , we can all have a dialogue without abusing the leaders that is what am telling u , in Yoruba land we value the culture and we respect our elders , and we also respect our self , is not until u call me name before I understand what u want to tell me or says and is not until I abuse u before u understand my point , I think that should be the best thing and way to go .

Yes, there is nothing wrong with having a dialogue and in my Igbo culture, we also respect our elders. For example, if my elder is sitting down and I am coming to greet him/her, I will bend down to their level. There is a lot about Igbo culture that Yoruba people do not know, which is why you make assumptions that we are disrespectful to our elders.

No, we just understand that everyone, even a day old baby is worthy of respect as a human being. You cannot disregard a youth just because they are younger than you.

We have a saying in Igbo that translates to: "a youth that has travelled and seen things is more knowledgeable than an elder who has sat at home."

So, if I see an elder acting in a way that they should not be, I will call it out. A thief is a thief, no matter their age.

You won't find anyone in Anambra who's complained about Peter Obi's tenure as governor. He was one of the best governors the state has ever had. Before him, Anambra had a lot of security issues and he helped to curtail most of them. He left behind more money in the states treasury than he found when he first came in. Please do your own research on this if you don't believe me.

Atiku is a proven thief and Tinubu has already told us that he is the reason for Nigeria's woes (by putting Buhari in power) yet Nigerians want more of the same.

They should keep voting for these people who want to waste theirs and children's futures.

I'm not sympathetic to any aspirant or any political party. The said man, Tinubu returned to his base after the presidential primaries and the consultations that ensured afterward. He was accompanied by many state Governors, private individuals and government appointees. So such convoys are expected putting it into consideration that such individuals will have their own convoy as well.

I wondered why people are making issue out this.

People are making an issue out of it because people like Tinubu, Atiku and all of the old men like them are a huge reason why such a convoy is needed.
