When some of us kept saying that pastors are to stay neutral in political issues and not use the altar of God for this kind matters it was as if we were talking too much. Even the pastors who stayed neutral were dragged, attacked, mocked (it's that one that shocked me more) Anyway one person's prophecy has been accurate so far, Pastor Iginla, its been so accurate and it had come in bits even before the primaries. Even before the primaries of course it's not what people want to hear but so far it's been accurate. The funniest part is all these noise and hullabo we are making about the election was still part of his prophecy. I was shocked when I listened to the compilation of those words in a space of 2 years. Pastor Adefarasin mentioned a pinch of what I knew was a message in his response on Twitter but people were too emotional to catch what he was saying. So God still speaks and there are still prophets that says it exactly as it is, the only problem is lots of pastors allow personal biases and emotional rants to overshadow the message. |
bukatyne:Told you that lady was intimidated to making that 2nd video of not being assaulted. We know how they roll Look at how even the police officers were scaring her in the video on this thread. If not for social media and CP taking over the case it would have been a dead case or better still the lady would have been the one in jail. Anyway for this guy seems his cup is full definitely not a first time event. They should deal with him with the full wrath of the law. As for the DPOs all of them are collecting one by one. First it was Okoko, now it's Mushin. Igando should watch out and call his men to order - all those policemen that harass people driving along Igando should watch their back, it's only a matter of time. |
Evestar200:Loool @ bolded sorry I just had to quote you. Thank God it was Ghana it's still close by. Lessons learnt if it was obodo abroad another story entirely. |
Hmm Some inlaws can be very wicked. See what this OP is writing sef. God help Women oo. |
Be polite, be respectful be nice to them Treat them well when they visit. Good people will always reciprocate the gesture. |
When they tell men to control their peepee they don't listen. How on earth did details of the will come out, it's always shrouded in secrecy, I have been where a live recording was done and it was in secret, anybody who might have a vested is never supposed to get that info. |
GloriousGbola:Oga you have time to be explaining, I have been thinking how the students would be moved /gathered together in one place in a war situation. Then how will they move to a safe zone. Maybe people need to know what war is because it's easy sitting in Naija and simulating. Can't imagine what the students and parents are going through. |
The child is not going to have only one name so what's the fuss? Wife should give her own husband will give his own. Even grandparents too give names. All names (as long as they have good meanings) will be given to pastor to call during naming then the parents decide which two goes into the birth certificate as first and middle name mostlikely the names the mum and dad gave the baby shikena. |
Olatara:Why should they be blamed? Don't blame Lasbaca(though they have their own for bodi too oo) blame the Nigerians who cut corners in construction, if corners are not being cut all these issues won't occur. I am not a construction expert but I have seen where these guy's brought one equipment like that and placed on the building to check the structural integrity. Is it their fault if the builders didn't build according to standard or what was approved. The most they can do is mark the building. I saw a house a storey building tilted to one side, Lasbaca marked it as distressed, guess what Nigerians are still living there, they now put pillars again , that house will fall in due time and if people are there they will still blame govt. Also blame our big men, most of these issues are beyond the lasbaca officers on the road, one call here and there and the matter might die not until it collapses. For the governor to be the one to give the order to demolish some buildings in Banana Island tells a whole lot. Are you saying the lasbaca officials didn't know or see all these. It's the system, we run a weak and corrupt system in this country and when systems are not in place or ineffective issues like these will continue to occur. |
HenryWilliams:Everything people know is to blame govt. Builders ignore notices and always continue building. Those developers have contributed a whole lot to this problem in a bid to maximize profit. Bricklayer will mix wrongly in rder to steal cememt, iron rod size has reduced in diameter every damn material is now substandard. The problem is multifaceted honestly. |
zeestone99:You are right it's almost always either of your 2 points. |
bukatyne:Buka stranger things have happened in this Lagos, I honestly don't doubt the story at all. Was this not also similar to the burna boy saga at a club, Random guy, random married lady at the club Anyway the woman has been intimidated already and shes scared. |
Everybody is blaming the govt, Govt officials will come mark a house, place notices do everything the builders will ignore and continue building. |
Those who say your outward appearance doesn't matter are deceving themselves. There's a reason why even earthly royals don't dress anyhow. Anyway all these fake christainity that is watering down modest dressing with misinterpretation of scripture will lead a lot of people to hell. Christains deceiving themselves. |
Lots of people commenting don't have an idea of how much building costs. |
Saw this on FB where one parent was asking on an educational group, people testified that's what these children have been busy making this holidays. Only for me to take 7up at a shop yesterday and the little girl politely came to meet me to pls give her the bottle I smiled and asked asked her what she wants to use it for and her brother brought this stuff out, it was quite pretty, layers of colour's upon colour's some did as long as a skipping rope. This one used it as long necklace. |
Saw this on Twitter too. That thread that asked if there's anything that could make one break from family, this is one that could. I was just smiling as people were saying they can never leave their blood meaning family never do you strong thing before. There are some levels of betrayals that one cant imagine. She should check if that land is in her name. Look at the amount of pain this woman is in. Now the foolish guy has landed curses upon his generations. |
Sebastine1994: enieleniI have a cousin who this method is her modus operandi. |
emmanuelewumi:Loool the same residents complaining about bills, you are talking having shares? Loun loun ![]() Woo bros have a nice night. |
emmanuelewumi:Businessman calculating income on another business without looking at the expenditure and the amount of recalcitrant tenements that will never pay. Now Ask excellens how much he spends on fuel alone everymonth and I can assure you it won't be less than 9million, that's being very modest. I am very certain of this. Now you are saying one place is too big for somebody do you even know the fleet capacity of these two operators you mentioned? You don't I am very sure of that. Do any of the residents at oshodi residents or markets have any complaint about the effectiveness of the operator? The complaints is always about bill payments I asked you earlier if you have complaints about their effectiveness you said nothing, if they were not being serviced regularly it will be in this same article. Service okay Payment wahala issoraite Like I said it's always easy to talk the talk from the outside when you get in you will know the walk is different. |
emmanuelewumi:Hearsay or facts? Expenditure nko? |
emmanuelewumi: ![]() Oga invest in the business and be calculating it like this, multiplying everything enudun rofo. You are forgetting the plenty people that will not pay and they have to charge to court before they pay, all these too comes at a cost. You are also forgetting the fuel costs of your operator, staffs and other expenditure. As a business premises sef you should pay more. Excellens is undercharging you . Good thing you are not complaining about the service, good services comes at a cost, we Nigerians like the service but not the cost |
emmanuelewumi:There is a template actually and that is what these operators are charging but the way it works is most times communities negotiate on CDA level and the operator then charges far far lower than the standard pricing due to negotiations and that's why it's now looking like a 300 percent increase when in the real sense most were charging way below the standard price. So who would you blame, the community that is pricing waste management like pepper in the market or the PSP who just managed to collect what they are proposing which he knows he would never break even with in 10 years time. I believe you get the drift now. Also charges can never be uniform lailai, you don't expect someone in Banana island and Ikoyi to pay the same as someone in Badagry. You would be surprised that the operator at shomolu is yet to implement his own increase out of fear of revolt e. g this article. Ask the newer people who joined the business within the past 3 years how far. Lool they will tell you. It's always easy from the outside, come within and you will under stand truly. As for the 'other people' they can always apply to the regulatory agency for a slot, if they meet the requirements. If they now invest about 30million to buy 2 trucks and can't make 400, 000 per month ( I am even aiming too high sef) from bills after expenditure of fueling and staffingonly of around 800,000- 1M per month then they will understand their plight. Apart from those in prime areas lots really don't have much to plough back into the business. Older operators like excellens have packed up too he's one of the best in the business has a sizeable amount of trucks in his fleet and trust me you need some level of resilience and tenacity to operate successfully in oshodi and he has done it for years with almost zero incidents of cart pushers. The carters dare not. |
IamPlato:It's actually an illegality and there are PSP operators in that axis but because Badagry is exterior Lagos and has lots of inner communities and there are lots of bushes around residents there might get away with it. |
9jatriot:Thank God you see it, Nigerians don't want to pay for anything. These are private companies oo, with diesel at 800 plus, diesel increased astronomically and they expect bills not to increase astronomically? This had been announced since last year October. Cost of one trip of diesel for a compactor was about 16000 naira for 50 liters as at early last year, diesel is now 800 plus 50 liters is around 42k plus, I am talking of per trip. Lets not talk about parts and all anyway one needs to be in the trucking /compactor business/system to know these details. You could easily get a compactor for 5M those days now you will hold at least 15M. Let's not even talk about parts, if your driver makes mistakes to call you like this lasan your heart will be doing gbim gbim like what has spoilt again oo, astronomically expensive, Tyre nko, if it burst like this wahala. Point is costs of business has risen drastically, the govt had made jingles since last year October about the increase, all these na just noise. These communities have been met with since last year, most communities are resisting the increase, people don't want to pay simple. The PSP operators cannot continue running at astronomical loss, lots of them have packed up some of these operators their diesel costs monthly run as high as 11 million depending on how many trucks they have. I just ignore those shouting govt this, APC that, except we all want these operators to run down that's all. Even the 200 naira is a very minute fraction of what the service cost years ago. They have been paying this 200 naira for about 10 year and they expect they will increase it to 300 naira? People can shout all they want it doesn't change anything. |
Where I come from traditionally the brides family handles the costs of the introduction and the marriage itself. The husband's family are seen as guests while the brides family are seen as the hosts. Though things are evolving now sha. But for introduction the brides family should cater for the feeding, it's just few people. |
Forget about the business, no be by force to do joint business. His target is that your property so you would be at his mercy. Many have gone be wise. |
This guy wants to collect power from apc in Lagos and he's reacting to everything. Zero tact. Not everything one would do Chochocho about as a politician. |
Where do you guys meet these kind of women? |
baralatie:A whole lot of issues fa! |
Bros said neither the lady nor her family raised the issue of marriage, the OP is not a serious somebody walahi. Radarada oshi. |

of course it's not what people want to hear but so far it's been accurate.
