The point is all these will still have happened in 3 weeks time. Stations were already hoarding the product in their underground tanks to sell at expensive rate by June 31st, just ask fuel attendants even depots will store old stock and sell at the new price. Well his statement just shifted the chaos forward by 3-4 weeks. All these was bound to happen maybe 3 weeks later and it's just one thing 'Greed'. |
OkwuMajesty:I personally believe there is no way forward, except there's a sort of miracle. I might be wrong. *I am female though* |
Even the officials that will be sent might end up collecting 'something' from the fuel station managers and turn a blind eye. Our problem is systemic/ingrained, it seems greed is a part of us and when the opportunity shows itself this character flaw is manifested. There are exceptions though. |
Nigerians are the problems of Nigeria. The stations are hoarding the damn fuel. Everybody knows subsidy is going to be removed this new month. They want to make more profit from already subsidized fuel. Greed will finish a lot of people. I pray this nation can move forward. Along my route no filling station is dispensing. |
Only those who know the significance of rain will understand. It's very symbolic. It seems it's falling in most places, I thought it was only in Lagos. |
Depends on the nature of the jobs. There are multinationals in the FMCG sector that can't shut down their systems because of 1 day holiday, some basically shut down production for the year only around December. There are also government agencies that generally do not have holidays. Let's not even talk of essential services. |
Naa hugging doesn't seem formal to me. Not appropriate either. A simple handshake or curtsey on her part will do. Maybe I am too old school. |
Loool. I am so indifferent about this matter. What I do find very surprising is people thinking it's this guy's interview that made the UK revise their immigration policy, what kind of reasoning is that? We all know the truth. |
There's a reason why people keep mum about these things. May he Rip. |
I don't see any correlation between the title and the main post |
OP you better wake up and be doing vigil 12am-3am every night. If you think you will run out of points to pray about for 3 hours go and get one book by Mfm (prayer rain or prayer passport). Prayers plenty in the book for different situations. Make sure you are awake within those hours and pray. If you like allow some posters here to deceive you with English and Grammer , na you know where it pinches oo. |
Which kain wahala is this one now ehn, apongbon bridge is not yet opened. |
Zero tact, very disrespectful and insultive. just open mouth waa waa waa. Don't you have a house Stay were you belong I didn't marry mother and daughter You said these three sentences to your Mil? Seriously? There seems to be something fundamentally wrong somewhere. |
The guy had better take elders from his family to go beg that man. I don't care for whatever they are all fighting for in court but there are lines you should never cross. That chap crossed the line even if the man said nothing it has consequences now that the man opened his mouth to curse him double wahala. He can decide allow some people deceive him that it's irrelevant na him sabi. |
Forget about the property. Don't contribute anything else to building it. Let him sort the remaining himself. Don't even drag anything with him at all, this is not gragra matter it's painful oo but move on. Then save up for another in your name only, if possible gan your maiden name. He has shown you what he's made of. Many have gone, be wise. Shikena. |
Everybody is increasing rent these days so it's not because you bought a car. |
GloriousGbola:Nawaooo This is simply crazy. |
Jeez, it's a terrible video, Chai. What a terrible accident. Can't really blame anybody. I replayed the video almost 6 times, a split second delay of moving the car, if the baby hadn't tripped, if she was closer to drag him too many things crossed my mind, too many scenerios. It's not something to pass through as a parent. May God protect all of us oo. Amen. |
pocohantas:Money dey get audio but no visuals? 🤣 Una no go kee persin for Nairaland walahi So na audio-visual the money suppose be ![]() |
pek:Inlaw calling the child they (the inlaws) gave the baby. |
pek:it's still wailing because the other paragraph below the bolded you quoted is exactly OP's scenerio. Inlaw calling the child the name they gave the baby. |
Na wa I don't understand the problem with guys marrying these days they must wail about every thing ahan. Wail, whine, cry shout about every damn thing. Kilode Gan. I know someone that was at my daughters naming ceremony not even related to me at all that calls her by one of the many names we gave her, she's the only one who calls her by that name and she calls me mama (the name). If someone calls me by one particular name in crowd I am 90percent sure it's my mums village people. My father inlaw calls my daughter by the name he gave her, the name no kuku dey birth cert. As long as the names have good meanings no problem. I honestly can't fathom what warranted this wailing. |
So what about the private parts? Do they change that too like give the lady a new peepee or remove the guys peepee and create a hole? Just asking coz confusion has kuku set in. If one meets these peeps you won't even know they are trans, they even have boobies fa. It is well oo. |
NoBones: ![]() My co- Nigerians never disappoint. Give people an inch they take a mile |
Normally tomatoes is always expensive this season but this year's own it's looking similar to one year like that. Anyway tiwantiwa will soon come out e remain small. I am expecting those very tiny ones that are not watery. Rodo is now very cheap berekete. ![]() |
Skyview01:I wanted to quote your initial post but I assumed the bank you mentioned was abroad when you stated the amount in dollars and the Vietnamese guys story Is this applicable to our Naija banks? |
sukkot: ![]() |
Loool welcome to Naija. |
Some people are generally hard nothing moves them, even if it their own children. People should shine their eye before they marry oo. |
Well reading this thread after commenting intitally makes me think maybe most Nigerian men sleep with their house helps. |
