How is a man supposed to take care of three kids, go to work hang out once in a while with guys and stuffs. That's one sick contract to me. It definitely will work for a woman though. I had worked for a company who pay on time until the meltdown, and they had it real bad during that period. They have to source for diesel money from staffs, that's how bad it was then. Now they are getting back on their feet but still owing outstandings so what they do to keep the staff is they make sure that a month salary is pending so as to tie you down to the job. You know its hard to get skilled and dedicated staffs dis days. But if you still decide to leave then it will be paid into your account at same day others are being paid |

I used to think my boss was a jerk until I changed my attitude toward work. Now I'm efficient and I always think ahead of him. I'm only saying its possible the boss does not like your girlfriends attitude toward work and he/she may find it hard correcting her or maybe he/she is tired of repeating the same corrections day in day out. That's seeing it from another angle. |
