onegentleguy: Buy out price has been reviewed upwards to N2.50 ...and a court ordered meeting where shareholders will either offer their stake at the above mentioned price or take up a proportion(1 for 144) in the parent company(CRe African inv) has been fixed for the 29th of October 2019.
That, I believe is the reason for the current surge in its share price.
It is well. Well the news came late. Will Cre Africa in be listed on the NSE? |

midnighter: Yes and those old men go after young ladies...so they should honour their side of the bargain
If she has been taking care of him with love and affection, i think he can oblige her at least 2 children. She cant go there just to be staying with the old man..for what na
If the so-called successful older children are so bothered theyre supposed to bring him overseas to live with them...
Or who is supposed to be looking after the dude... Will the old man at his age, be nursing 2 kids? The stress alone will kill him. The only option is if the woman who wants kidz agreed not to stress the old man with thier upbringing. Some women will just have kids for the man collect his money and walk away from the relationship. |

midnighter: Its a common transaction but it didnt work in this instance The Baba don't want to start breeding kids at his age. His successful grown up Children might have warned him about raising kids at that age . But the woman should have been smarter, by going for a man within her levels. That's the consequences of greed. You young girl going after rich old men with Older Children. They forgot the man just wanted to have fun and kids. |

onegentleguy: Yes, UACN owns a majority stake in 2 key companies in the paint and coatings business segment; CAP PLC(makers of the renowned delux premium paint brand) and PORTLAND PAINT PLC.
To be honest, that coy, UACN is a great cash asset. It just needs a little twist and twerks here and there to set a great growth pace. Glad the current management are now doing things RIGHT !!
It is well. Have always wondered why CAP is doing better than UACN in terms of price Dividend payout and price appreciation. |

onegentleguy: On the part in bold, I TOTALLY CONCUR !!
Another coy I also think should be encouraged to list is DUFIL PRIMA(part of the tolaram group). ...TG ARIA(makers of Dano milk) are also a part of the said group(tolaram)
If possible, get the group(tolaram) to list its African subset on the exchange. That coy(the group), for me are currently the biggest gainers of the lower price points from the stiff competition due mainly to low purchasing power from inflationary pressures and policy mismatches. For them, margin contraction is no worry at all !! DUFIL is listed on the OTC https://nasdng.com/prices-markets/otc-securities-categorization/ |

I thought they claimed BK are using Gorilla warfare tactics.
Why hiding inside Super Camps?
But THISDAY gathered that as the soldiers concentrated inside these heavily-guarded Super Camps, all the military posts previously occupied by the troops were taken over by the terrorists, thus making it difficult for soldiers to venture outside the super camps without falling victims to landmines and ambush by the terrorists. |
