How could any right thinking human with a sound mind actually think those statues (which aren't even the size of the Statue of Liberty) could cost up to N520million each?

Whilst the statues still remain unnecessary and whilst I still believe a more substantial sum must have been pocketed in the moulding of those statues (definitely more than N500k), it still remains a fact that a lot of Nigerians are just too dumb for either generating or believing or spreading that N520million silly story.

Still wondering what the crime is here... Everyone seems to now want to blackmail others; even this too would soon be termed 'sexual assault'.

Africa is just a cursed continent... It's one thing to kill a person honourably or annihilate a community honourably and walk away, it's another thing to have to do it so animalistically like devils. Typical Nigerian mentality:
Man smokes = Irresponsible, wayward, criminal, gangster
Woman smokes = Ashawo (straight away)
Woman drinks beer (green bottle) = Irresponsible, ashawo etc.

Typical case of man's inhumanity to man. I can bet the funds to sufficiently feed the kids was released. But in the usual African fashion, chunks of it keep getting cut-off by people at the top (who are actually well fed), and by the time it gets down the triangle to the kids, nothing is left.

The typical naija man in authority sees everything as an opportunity to hammer.

I remember what my colleagues did at Ibeno village with a similar 'lucky' turtle which strayed into our arms

2 questions boggle my mind:

1. How can someone release such amount of money to strangers without proper confirmation and re-confirmation?

2. How could the scam agents receive such amount, yet still hung around till they were caught?

This matter strong pass yahoo+.... and it worked both the scammers and the maga...

Not even sentiments, but money and PARTY... the candidates in big parties and who are ready to spend big money always win; in essence, the candidates who are willing to compromise all standards always win.
