Naijacost22:My exact thoughts! Carbon Monoxide is a colourless and odourless silent quick killer. But of course in the African way, the investigations are already over even before it starts; 'magun' is already the culprit. |
aribisala0:My grandfather is my source, he lost his entire wealth after the war. |
aribisala0:The FG didn't pay any money to Igbos, rather they returned a tiny fraction of the seized. If an Igbo man had £10,000 in his account, only £20 was returned to him; if the man had zero in his account, nothing was paid to him. |
Princewilla:Buhari's appointments are skewed towards the north, that is general knowledge, but there's something very faulty and fraudulent about the list above. Firstly, I could only count 66 northern names on the list so I wonder where the sensational 81% put in the title came from (the author of the list obviously knows no one would bother counting). Secondly, there are several appointees from the south whose names are clearly absent from the list. While we all know PMB is 'King of the North', this list is just another dumb attempt at sensationalism. |
QueenOfNepal:The only one afflicted with ethno-politically influenced ignorance is your very self. Try and rescue yourself from the pit laterine of hate induced ignorance which you've subjected your soul to before you come here to type your nonsense. Buhari's appointments are skewed towards the north, everybody knows that! but putting up a list of 100 names and boldly lying that 81% was from the north, whereas only 64 names in the list is actually from the north; your report in the usual manner was intended to mislead people (because everyone knows Nigerians hardly look beyond the titles), but your sleaze was exposed. Now instead of acting like a sane/smart fraudster by simply walking away quietly to go think up another falsehood to sell (since that is your passion), you are here arguing over how IT DOESNT MATTER THAT THE REPORT LIED BECAUSE 599 = 599999; your case has gone way beyond ignorance and can best be termed desperate stupidity. Birds of the same feathers they say flock together! Reason why I'm not surprised at you for terming the bare faced mischievous LIE by the journalist as 'SEASONED JOURNALISM'. Nothing more should be expected from a sorry frustrated loser who believes the only way out of his misery is only through the promotion and glorification of falsehoods. |
QueenOfNepal:6 and half a dozen are the same thing but 64% and 81% are not in any way the same. A person might be a bigot or whatever, but that doesnt justify why you must only churn out petty shameless lies to argue your case; cant you for once use your brains to bring up meaningful factual arguments?... Only a desperately silly soul would keep arguing or defending such bare faced mischief which has already been exposed... and then you still have the guts to label someone else a zombie? (you obviously have no clue what a zombie is even though one stares at you everyday in the mirror). If there are any persons who should be burying their heads in shame, it is definitely the divisive journalist who deliberately created the misleading list, and the zero IQ dumbos who insist on defending the nonsense even though it has been exposed as scam. Of course only zero IQ'd dumbos would insist on arguing that 64% = 87% because it would be too much punishment expecting them to churn out a meaninful argument from their hollow skulls. Oh yes! YOU and your dubious journalist friend are the ones that should bury your |
QueenOfNepal:When a man gets paid to be stupid, at least the world knows he isnt stupid but rather just clowning for pay. But the worst form of stupidity is when you dont get anything in return for it, except for probably just self gratification in buffoonery. So since you accuse me of being stupid in exchange for money, please can explain to the forum what exactly you stand to gain by insisting and defending the stupid stance that a glaring 64/100 is 81%? |
QueenOfNepal:Jesus! What kind of argument could possibly even proceed from such an empty skull?... Condidering the topic of discussion on this thread, what sane human would even engage in an argument over an issue printed in black and white? For you to even contemplate arguing or defending the bare faced (now exposed) lie by the imbelice journalist who created that list, it speaks volumes of the kind of thing you carry in your skull. |
QueenOfNepal:Of course I didnt expect any meaningful reply from you; there's absolutely nothing meaningful you can conjure on this one. All na politics! |
odomanis:There are only about 64 northerners in that list not 81. The report is a bare faced lie created by an slowpoke to deceive the world. Whoever the author is knew that 98% of those reading the report wouldn't waste their time counting, but you can do a quick count to confirm what I've just said. Secondly, these 100 names are far from conclusive, off my head I already noted a number of southern appointments are missinh from the list. Buhari's appointments we all know is skewed to the north, but this report is a dubious and childish exaggeration. |
QueenOfNepal:A news reports claims 81 out of the 100 persons listed are from the north and this is published and sold to the world as fact. But upon a simple count, it proves there are actually just about 64 northerners and here you are, you think there's absolutely nothing wrong with this bare faced childish lie which was put out deliberately to deceive the world?.... |
2n2k:This is the first sensible post in the entire thread, tucked away far into the second page. The psyche of most Nigerians has indeed gone to the dogs. |
yaki84:Lol.. yours must be filled with something similar, or somethings even worse, maybe akpala okuko. That explains why you have such shitty ideas, thinking you know what's in someone else's skull. ![]() |
Reference:Yes corruption is still dealing a heavy blow on Nigeria, it's a huge monster that's difficult to demolish. And yeah, corruption is still the biggest problem in Nigeria, corruption is what fuels the bad governance that keeps the country down. |
xreal:Bolded is where the trouble is; evn if it was an importrd vehicle and even if you had you complete papers, the bolded bit above could still breed problems. ![]() |
Igboid:The Yeske guy may or may not be from anambra, I have no clue who he is, but basing your evidence on the fact that he referred to anambra as 'THE STATE', that is extremely daft and infact imbecillic logic. I'm sure you certainly fall in one of the two categories I described in my earlier post; probably in the latter category. So biko puo m n'uzo kam soro ndi ishi ha dimma kpa nkata. |
The key issue which removed their hero from power was his amorous relationship with corrupt people and corruption. So it isnt surprising that day after day, all they do desperately is try and prove to the world that PMB is equally as corrupt as their hero (most even ridiculously claim that PMB is 'more corrupt' than the past order); no wonder you begin to hear dumb and laughable allegations like, "PMB pocketed $25billion missing NNPc money." I must confess though, PMB has disappointingly not acted swiftly enough in most corruption scandals happening under his nose. Babachir and the NIA dude, and now Dambazau and Malami, these guys are more loke an albatross hanging on neck of PMB's anti-corruption campaign. He would do well to forget the democracy and swiftly conclude these cases. |
GavelSlam:Lol... a lot of kids and dull adults actually litter this forum. That explains why you see such queer reasoning. |
deomelo:I take an exception to your rants man, there is nothing basic about questioning why a proposed project is costing twice the amount I think should be the average cost. I'm quite sure the other projects that cost less also included peripheral systems like the transmission lines in their package costs. So if you have an explanation as to why you believe this very project is costing this much, or why you feel this project isn't pricey at all, then bring up your explanation to the house instead of attacking people. We're all here to learn and these are the exact kind of topics I love to visit on this site for the purpose of learning. |
deomelo:Calm down bro! I dont have to be an auto technician or automotive engineering expert to have an idea how much a 2017 C-Class cost. My concern is based on my idea of the general cost of similar gas power plants around the world and in Nigeria; just like the dude I quoted stated, for most gas plants, average cost is typically $1000 per kw, i.e. roughly $1billion for 1000mw. Could be cheaper, could be more expensive, but this very plant is twice this average cost estimate. |
Obi1kenobi:I totally agree with you; $1.1billion for a 540mw gas plant absolutely doesn't add up. |
Ojiofor:Nwanna biko puo n'uzo... At least unlike the ones who termed it 'bravery', you've acknowledged that that manner of speech is unbecoming of any sane human, especially someone who's supposed to be a leader. That is comforting enough for me. Happy wkend! |
Ojiofor:And can you kindly show me where I ever inferred the nonsense you've written above... |
Goke7:This isnt evem just a case of 'enemy of my enemy', this is just a case of plain foolishness on the part of those hailing FFK's condescending choice of words. Politicians disagree everyday and sometimes even assassinate each other, but never have I seen any politician or leader repeatedly dishing out such unprintable words almost every single day . |
A man with his level of education and exposure, and also a former honourable minister of the country, obsessed with throwing abusive and unprintable words everyday to his political opponents, using uncouth words which are only expected of common garage touts, but yet some people actually see this degenerative act as an admirable virtue expected of a person of FFK pedigree as a leader?... probably cos he speaks in queen's English? ... someone above just described this art of throwing insults as 'bravery' on the part of FFK, wonderful! |
Lol... The black man ![]() |
Thandiubani:Well, like I said before, Osinbajo goofed in the statement no doubt, and everyone has the right to cut their pound of flesh. But yeah, the clarification tweet was sent out less than 12hours later (specifically the tweet was made by 3am on Saturday 21st morning just after the event), the tweet was from the handle of the presidency, and Osinbajo himself retweeted it for clarity - there is no lie in what I said above, you can easily go check it yourself instead of labelling me a liar.... The reason I commented on this thread is because I couldn't understand the rationale behind you creating this thread trying to 'prove' that the statement was false even when it was already all over the news and media that the error had been admitted and clarified. |
RZArecta:Lol.. see this frustrated loser trying to diss someone, this jonathanian poop gobbler calling someone a zombie? wonders of the world! ![]() |
RZArecta:Lol... Jonathanians!... PLease if I may ask, what exactly was that 'voice of reason' saying?... to vote Jona and his band of pdp 16 year looting rogues? |
drnoel:Haba.. This issue was clarified almost immediately, midnight of same day if I remember. Surprised you didnt see it. https://twitter.com/profosinbajo?lang=en https://twitter.com/AsoRock?lang=en

Oxenomy:Who is even this frustrated empty skull looking for who to vent his anger on? There are over 180 million people in Nigeria, but your frustrated soul would only find solace when Obailala speaks on a thread? I must really be a sort of god to you right?... I suppose you think I'm jobless like yourself to make me have the time and energy to speak on every single thread out of the hundreds of threads that spring up on this forum daily right?... Look man, take your frustration elsewhere and let me be! |
Oxenomy:Empty vessels run about exhibiting what they are best at - EMPTINESS! When confronted, the only thing an empty vessel is capable of doing is 'make loud noise', in this case, the only thing you're capable of doing is throw insults as expected of an empty skull. I challenge you once again, prove you arent a hollow 'ishi aki' by pointing out where Obailala sang praises of rogue politicians or forever shut up and enjoy your dumbness. |
