YiuYou have provided the picture of a medical outreach where soldiers set up a medical camp under canopies and community members who need any kind of medical help walk there freely and receive free consultation or medication. The medical outreach was done in Ebonyi, Enugu and even Abia without hitch, people talked about low turn-out and from your picture, I can see someone who looks like a chief in the community sitting tight and encouraging people to utilise the service. Even ex COAS Ihejirika attended whrn it was done in Abia and the key point to note in all these is 'it was voluntary.' Now the bone of contention is that the same military then went into Anambra schools, forced pupils out and started administering vaccination forcefully to pupils even without the consent of their parents. That is the exact story you are trying to sell, that is the story the Military and the Anambra state govt has repeatedly dismissed as a hoax. But YOU and plenty others, for whatever reason, keep insisting that it actually happened, and is still happening; and this your insistence in this hoax is the reason students are running away from schools even in Ondo (even when they havent seen any military man). Why dont you provide any evidence of the forceful vaccination which you have chosen to insist on?... Even if you dont have a picture, just any random statement (even real or fake) of any parent whose child was vaccinated without their consent. |
BiafraIShere:While you're still at it blabbing your nonsense, you can do well to just point out where the Anambra State Govt called it a vaccination exercise, better still, you should also point out where it was labelled 'forced' vaccination as you've ignorantly been vomitting. Gosh! How can humans just be so adamant in their daftness?... Anybody who tries to speak sense into your skull is automatically BMC to you?.. in your head it's all about politics of 'Us vs Them.' Anambra state govt released a press statement clarifying that the rumour of military forced vaccination was a hoax created by mischief makers to cause fear and chaos; the govt also advised the military to suspend their free medical outreach for proper sensitization until the damage caused by mischief makers is cleared. But of course to some coconut heads, 'free medical outreach = forced vaccinations.' You even go ahead to cite the very same Anambra govt press statement which clarified it as a hoax as the source of your info.... And of course again, anyone that points your ignorance out to you is BMC. Wasted education.. Tufia! |
Oxenomy:I'm sorry I wouldn't want to join you in there. Enjoy! |
Oxenomy:You are obviously describing your hopeless self there. Get lost you bleedy lover of thieves! |
BiafraIShere:Quit all these blabbings and just produce a single picture (just 1) from wherever indicating of soldiers giving vaccination in schools?... We mustnt always run around spewing empty blabs, just show a freaking picture or at least produce any statement of anyone whose child has been a victim of this so called phanton military injections you so believe in. |
Tamass:Its just politics, that's just the only way certain Nigerians now know how to play opposition politics. |
emrain:So what else is the bone of contention if not 'forceful vaccination'? What else is the essence of this thread?... Why are children scampering for safety if not for the fear of forceful vaccination?... I dont know about you, but to the best of my understanding, the allegation of forceful vaccination is what this entire episode is all about. |
monex:Trust me, the apc propaganda machinery is sleeping currently cos they are in power; it's usually the loser that burns the midnight candle trying to churn out new strategies and propaganda, while the winner of the contest dozes away. |
monex:Yeah no doubt, GEJ was devastatingly pummelled with both real stuff and fake propaganda I guess the ipobs/PDPians/Jonathanians are getting back their pound of flesh now. But come 2019, the propaganda machine of the Apc which seems to be sleeping currently will be re-awakened, and it will be chaos, propaganda vs propaganda. Hopefully the players then dont resort to bullets. |
judynton:That the propaganda war by the opposition is working effectively, and that its viral effect is spreading fast across regions, that doesnt mean that the hoax of Nigerian military forcefully injecting kids with monkeypox isnt an imbecilic idea. Receive sense! |
emrain:Forceful vaccination?! Can anyone point out any single child who was forcefully vaccinated?... I wouldn't even want to talk about the "forceful injection of monkeypox" part of the silly story. Anyway, it's all a mind game, its a dirty war of propaganda and the opposition is certainly having a swell time. |
Oxenomy:oh yes, its obviously a propaganda war.. kontinuu! And by the way, in 2015 I didnt vote an illiterare, I booted out a clueless waster and his lootocratic party that had been ruining Nigeria for almost 2 decades. Go suckle on that. |
maestrojohn:Like I said before, when you realise that the military isnt giving any vaccination and and that all these stories are just rumours created by fear merchants, then maybe you will realise who has sense and who doesnt. Just take a look at this thread and behold the wisdom of Nigerians, educated Nigerians! Nobody bothers to ask the most vital question whether any military personnel actually went to the so called school; you just jump into conclusions based on nonsense assumptions and hearsay and then start cursing. |
Is the military really giving any vaccination? |
stcool:When you realise that the military has denied giving any vaccination and that since last week, not a single person has been able to come up and verify the rumour regarding forceful vaccination, then maybe we might consider asking the real questions before we begin to share insults... 'Is the military really giving any vaccination?' |
edonks1:What is the definition and purpose of the Nigerian Army?... Crovodile smile or python dance are simply training exercises organised by the army; and of course they lend support to local security forces (police or civil defence etc) during the course of the training exercise. Training exercises are not unusual for any military in any part of the world... But as usual, everything in Nigeria today is now viewed from the myopic lense of politics, hence all the nonsense uproar over the exercise by people who now see it as 'their enemies' coming to kill them. But then, that some people now choose to see the military as their enemies becayse they dont like the CinC, that wouldnt stop the military from carrying out their standard exercises. A simple fact is that if anyone is law abiding, they wouldn't even notice the presence of the military men in the 2 weekd duration. Python dance was completed in 5 SE states, people in Imo, Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu only heard about it in the news, they never saw any soldier. |
People get mind oo! nysc for yobe! |
Izonpikin:Yeah, it's always been the elite against the people. If only these real enemies can be focused on for just once, a lot of problems would be automatically solved across Nigeria; cos it isnt just a Niger Delta problem, it's a national issue. It's always amusing when people maintain the argument that the problem is from 'the other tribe', thus energy that should be spent calling for accountability from leaders is spent blaming and chasing 'other tribes'. The only way a secession or restructure can help this very issue of rogue political elite is that when there isnt any other tribe to blame, the huge scales would eventually fall off the eyes of the people in different zones for them to see what/who the problem has really been all along. |
NigerDeltan:Sorry who are you again?... No I'm not tired of blasting people making ignorant comments such as "GEJ did not borrow money!" Spewing ignorance isnt the best way to criticise a govt. |
OZAOEKPE:Oh yes, PDP I suppose is a working party headed by saints and supported by genuis children. No wonder PDP spent over $25billion on power alone but as at the week of May 29th 2015 when PDP was handing over, Nigeria's power generation was less than 1500mw. You are obviously one of the smart children licking the stinking asses of pdp rogues right? Every one keeps ignorantly shouting recovered loot as if it's some $50 billion left idle in a vault somewhere. The wise question to ask is, when you put it all together, how much has been recovered in total?... Fairy tale activists/critics expect the recovered 1billion, 3billion, 200million etc to turn Nigeria into Dubai overnight. Meanwhile most of the so called recovered funds are still tied up in litigation (e.g. Mama P recently got her loot back through the courts); but of course, fairy tale activists/critics expected these monies to be spent too to turn Nigeria into Dubai overnight. Meanwhile just so you know, up to N250bn from recovered funds was to finance the 2017 budget, something similar also happened in 2016. So quit asking this "where are looted funds?" question and just hit google for your answers. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/218458-n250-billion-recovered-looted-funds-used-finance-2017-budget.html |
Paperwhite:That's another discussion altogether. The comment I responded to ignorantly claimed that Nigeria didnt borrow under Okonjo iweala, I simply clarified that. To answer your own issue raised on recovered funds, TSA and IGR, I would start from IGR. Nigeria has always received IGR which has been used to finance budgets. Nigeria's recurrent expenditure runs over 4.5 trillion yearly, the current IGR which comes mainly from tax and duties hardly even covers that recurrent bill. So except you are claiming a new source of IGR has come up which has recently doubled what Nigeria got in the past, then your mention of IGR is pointless in this argument. TSA: That the country has over 6 trillion in TSA, that doesnt mean it is 6 trillion of disposable savings that could be dipped into and spent; those monies already belong to agencies, it isnt disposable income. Recovered loot: Every one keeps ignorantly shouting recovered loot as if it's some $50 billion left idle in a vault somewhere. Paperwhite:Any person with half a dose of common sense can rationalise what I said below. This obviously isnt an argument on grammar. Read again and point out the exact part of the argument you disagree with. obailala: |
NigerDeltan:When oil prices just started dropping and Nigerias revenue started dipping, Okonjo Iweala did not just advise Nigeria to borrow, but she actually borrowed about $2-3 billion from foreign lenders to pay off FG workers' salaries in February 2015, and that was at a time when oil still sold for up to $75. She also warned Nigerians of hard times ahead if the oil prices didnt pick up. I'd assume you know how the oil prices fared afterwards? So before you make this sort of ignorant comment next time accusing her successor finance minister of borrowing, it would be helpful if you got yourself informed first. Meanwhile between 2010 when GEJ/NOI stepped in, and 2015 when they left, Nigeria's debt grew very significantly; and that was a rising debt profile at a time when the nation's revenue was still reasonable. You hail a person who borrowed significantly at a time of plenty as a genius, but the person who talks of borrowing to survive at a time of lack is a dunce to you?... |
SweetJoystick:If only Niger Delta militants can nack correct akpako ontop the heads of Niger Delta governors who currently receive the largest allocations by far but only use the funds to party with oloshos, I guess that would be a more honourable 'first' thing to do. With the marginally higher allocation going to those states, there's really no reason ehy they should be less developed than some other states with much lower allocations. Just imagine a state like Bayelsa with the least population in the region, but they still owe salaries. Even Delta with the largest allocation still owes primary school teachers. But then again, the so called militants are only after their pockets, most are even sponsored by the same state governors. |
monex:The exercise only had issues in areas where people psychologically conditioned their minds to be at war with the military. An important job role of the military is to defend the territorial integrity of a nation; reason why when a group wants to break that territorial integrity, it automatically has to see itself as being at war with the military. That explains the distrust the people in ipob enclaves now have for the military - it's very understandable. |
daddyiel:And what makes you think the exercise was a failure?.. Did you even have a clue what the exercise was about?... How did you come to the conclusion that the exercise was a failure?.. what were you expecting to see?... You probably keyyed into the propaganda and paranoia spread by people who have now made Nigerian military their worst nightmare, so you probably expected to see soldiers marching all over the streets, harrassing people and throwing bombs... lol The actual exercise probably took place in forests and swamps, the only bit which the public might have seen was the medical outreach which was even rejected because of the fear mongering created by the same people wgo have declared Nigerian military their enemies. |
Xb4Real:The exercise was slated for one month, it has now reached it's end, and the military has packed and gone. You obviously did not know that because you were too busy making the Nigerian state your enemy (because of 1 man) and making the NA your worst nightmare too (also because of 1 man). The same military exercise was conducted in other places and from start to finish without even making the news, but since some people have decided to make the military their own personal nightmare, they seem to ne getting what they wish for. Ipob people make una no go kill una sef ontop buhari matter... |
By fire by force, the political losers want to force stolen $25billion ontop Buhari and Osinbajo's heads even though they know nothing like that ever occurred. How could anyone dare take the joy/excitement away from these sorry ones by disproving their created theories? The only thing that can give these ones peace of mind is having the bragging rights that PMb/PYO are also as filthy as their money sharing heroes who were unceremoniously booted out in 2015; and now someone wants to strip them of this bragging right?.. "We will not take it!!!" ![]() Keep grasping onto straws guys. |
Lol.. e be like say na statue dey reign now... Fela makrs more sense though. |
Okay, as much as this is a needless and wasteful venture, I must confess, it's quite relieving to know it wasnt a gesture done uniquely for Jacob Zuma (the polygamists president of the xenophobic republic). |
GoodMuyis:@Op, save your breath, illiteracy and ignorance is allowed, even amongst graduates; so just save you breath. Moreover, most of the ignorance you witness today is just fuelled by politics, politics of emotions. Sometime else which |

Why borrowing when Nigeria have these monies @ her disposal? Tell us they have all been relooted or it remains propaganda as usual.
