A road project cost N167bn and GEJ released N25bn (15%). While I would give GEJ praise for releasing N25bn for the job, it would be meaningless for any sentimentally confused person to chastise me for praising PMB who has already released twice that amount (N50bn (30%)) in his first year. Assuming the project is completed to 100% before 2019, I wouldn't be surprised to see someone shouting it is GEJ's project even though a different administration did 85% of the job.

Now the 2016 budget already released N50billion for this project, this amount being the balance owed contractors for the extra work done, and for the contractors to proceed on the project. Without receiving pay, RCC and JB abandoned the site, construction workers lost their jobs and our ignoramuses jumped into conclusion claiming PMB has stalled the project.
2016, Fashola begs the contractors to return to site and promised they would receive their pay once budget is passed. Need I remind you that N50bn was set aside for that project in 2016 budget and as soon as the budget was approved, the funds were instantly released with the contractors scrambling back to site.
But according to GEJ children, it is GEJ's project. If saying everything is GEJ's is what gives your heart peace, irrespective of whether he provided a dime or not, then who am I to take away your peace?... I would also join you in saying it is GEJ's project.

GEJ awarded the contract & the work was going smoothly until bubu destabilized everything which makes work stop.
