I guess as usual, they keep converting their official residence to private property whenever they want to leave; and these rogues are the ones who make the law so they keep repeating the same thing every time for selfish reasons.

Buhari had ruled before, you eoukd have made a strong case by showing us his developmental antecedents in the east. Why should we choose an open bigot with no antecedent over friendly young president with a brighter future?

Just go and eat your zombie stipends in peace and quit the trash-talking trying to defend the indefensible.
You keep blabbing the same thing over again and jumping around in pointless circles. The point of this thread is to point out what GEJ did for the SE in terms of infrastructural development in his 5+years presidency. You have not been able to say anything except repeating the same bright future bullcrap and also repeating how Buhari didnt do anything in his 18 months leadership. You compare 18months to 64months of mega high oil prices and you genuinely think you are making sense? And then you keep yapping about defending the indefensible?

Common sense is truly not common, I hail!

And yeah, nobody is begging for your votes; your votes were not needed to enthrone Buhari and your votes arent needed to keep him in power. It's a free world and everyone is allowed to support who they want to.

Jesus! You dare to talk about the indefensible ?Someone who ruled for over 5 years without any tangible developmental achievement in the SE even with the overwhelming support he received from ndigbo and the massive oil revenues he enjoyed, your defense for such treachery is that he has a bright future? shocked shocked

Yet you choose to harshly castigate a Buhari who ruled for just 18 months in 1984?... Do I also need to remind you there was also an oil income crisis in 1983 when Buhari ruled then?

And you dare to talk about defending the indefensible?... This definitely has to be the height of delusion. Your case is pathetic.

Oga, you are talking trash. Jona brought us close after 40 years of sideline and we Igbos loved. Past presidents have continued the war against the east by refusing to develop it, It very 'nigerian' and 'patriotic' to take allocation that belong to the east and use it to develop the north and the SW. Buhari made it clear he was coming to continue the tradition. We read Nyako's morbidly anti-Eastern letter, did buhari ever condemn Nyako. We even saw the bigot nyako on one of Buhari's campaign after he was chastized by Jona for his inflammatory letter.

You can spin it anyhow you want, it's your business, the truth stares you in the face.
Since you said I was totally wrong in my statement anf as per the bolded part of your message, abeg kindly explain how GEJ 'developed' the east better than others before him?

Prove me wrong that this massive delusion is not real.

These pictures cannot be true. After all on blog stated that Fashola stated that GEj rehabilitated 25,000km of roads to 'very good' standards. So how can this major road not be included? How many kilometers of roads are even in Nigeria?
Politics › Re: List Of What Goodluck Jonathan Did In The South East by obailala(m): 4:16pm On Feb 28, 2016
MonPro:
1.) Jona allowed Igbo businesses to flourish eg Ibeto got his cement license back only for Buhari to remove the license and make dangote a monopolist
2.) For the first time since after the civil war, the east felt like part and parcel of the country. The benin-ore road that leads to their homes was clean up. Reduced the former high number of deaths of easterners on that road. The Abacha's northern government budgetted only 13 milion naira for all the roads in the east. Buhari's fulani regime as a general budgetted 0 naira for all the roads in the East.
3.) The freedom of Information bill which GEJ into law was applauded in the east which is the most liberal and educated part of the country. Without that freedom of information the dictator buhari will be tying people at stakes and shooting them for calling him a dulllard which he truly is.
4.) Gej was loved because the East loved people who loved them. We voted him because hausas will vote a fulani anyday, anytime anyday. So the east has the right to vote easterners anytime anyday.
5.) GEJ also gave Enugu International airport a facelift for the first time in decades. Something ex-military president of fulani extraction can never do.
6.) Gej valued the Igbos while Igbos loved him. We saw Buhari's appointment as military dictator. 99% Hausa/fulani 0% Igbos. Is the same thing not happening now? So why should we have voted a bigot-an open bigot for that matter, couldn't hausa/fulani have brought someone less divisive. Didn't the east vote yar adua a fulani?
We have no regret voting against the divisive dullard and we are not afraid of him. He may have the guns, bullet, but he won't live forever but the Igbos and the East will be here for the next 100,000 years.
He remains unpopular in the well educated majority of better south only minority muslims in the south and empty headed christians voted him. The fall of the naira and the crash of the economy have vindicated the educated better south that said 'No' to him.
The truth of the matter is that Igbos supported Jonathan not because of any particular good act of his, all the lists being mentioned on this thread (like the one quoted) are pure bulls**t. The Igbo love for Jonathan was born indirectly out of a hatred for Buhari and the fact that the north desparately wanted push him aside and sieze power after the death of Yaradua. The special hatred for Buhari wasn't there when Buhari contested against OBJ and Yaradua, the hatred started when he got the support of the entire north to take power from a political neophyte Jonathan. The disgust for this act of the north pushed Igbos to love Jonathan UNCONDITIONALLY.

Do you know what a promise means? Check your dictionary again. A promise is not meant to be broken because it is a commitment. Just as a man promises to be faithful to his wife during marriage. If he commits adultry, then the man is useless.

Same with our president...He made promises even when he was warned against it by Nigerians but he insisted. He is a liar and nothing more.

With regards to the Chibok girls Obasanjo said they will never be found and the president promised to rescue them two months after taking over power.

Keep deceiving yourself.
There is a freaking difference between a broken/unfulfilled promise and a lie. Stop thinking with your emotions, I'm sure you should know the difference.

OBj thinks chibok girls cannot be rescued, how does that translate to PMB lying that he would rescue chibok girls?

Thirdly, PMB did not mention 2 months, only certain idiots reported this; just the same way some idiots reported that PMB stated he would eliminate bokoharam in 3 months even though the video recording of the cnn interview was still up on the cnn website. Once again, try to reason with your brain not your heart.
Politics › Re: Ikpeazu starts Work On Obuaku-River Port by obailala(m): 3:33pm On Feb 28, 2016
If Ikpeazu can pull this off, then Ikpeazu for president.

A lot of people have been blaming imaginary enemies for being responsible for certain setbacks, but the fact remains that when there's a will, there will always be a way. Someone mentioned where the finances will come from to pull this off, but I believe that isnt a problem if Ikpeazu is visionary enough, afterall the Lagos state government isn't spending a kobo but the multi-billion dollar Eko Atlantic city is taking shape by the day.

The only reason there isnt a functional port in the SS and SE is because in the words of the great Igodomigodo, our leaders have only been engaging in excessive bigstouting, peppersouping and suyaing. There is no such nonsense about hausa or yoruba frustrating the efforts of the east, it is the leaders of the SE that have been frustrating the efforts of south easterners with their visionlessness and lack of patriotism for ages.

Meanwhile, the man still has 3 years to find chibok girls and efforts are currently ongoing in that regard, so I still dont understand what you mean by lie here, except of course you need that dictionary more than everyone else.

I thought some ekpas claimed that Fashola said GEJ built 25,000km of very good roads? They claimed that Fashola said GEJ built more roads than every other Nigerian president, 25,000km of standard beautiful road, yet in my entire constituency in the SE and even the SS, they can't point out a single road which was started and completed by GEJ. And then sensible humans begin to wonder where these 25,000km of very good roads were built.

GEJ was indeed a curse to Nigeria, not just because of his ineffectual leadership, but rather because of the way the irrational love for gim has totally messed up the minds of a majority of south easterners.
