emmanuel596:ok now that makes much more sense.. |
Even 1000 tiger head batteries cannot power a stove to cook 2 minutes noodles... Yes you heard that right, one-thousand; it is not feasible in engineering. Modified: Denn:Now this explanation makes much sense. Instead of the hand fan that our boli and roasted corn sellers use to fan the charcoal to make it burn faster/hotter, this stove uses a battery powered fan to fan the charcoal. A brilliant idea.. |
Eziachi:Hahaha... I was just about to say this. The very people who this development favours and who would br praising him now are the very people who called him all sorts of names and hated him with passion just before the elections. Its amazing how we are all politically reactive. I watched with amuzement how several people who were about to die in support of Saraki few months back are now deserting and calling him names and even rejoicing over the appeal court judgement on his trial today and all this love changed to hate instantly because he confirmed Amaechi yesterday ![]() |
Deepfreezer:Another wasted sperm... nne muru soso gi gba aka nwa... |
Did I just see someone who joined the Customs Service in 1960? Anyway, all these guys are people already due for retirement in few months. This is just removing the clog in the wheel of instant progress. |
Once upon a time, a man needed to take off a woman's panties to see her ass; these days, a man needs to push the ass apart to see the pant. - Bright Okpocha |
What I can deduce from this is that the Ocholi man must be a very excellent lawyer; that's why the worst criminals in their desperation usually run to him to help them defend their indefensible cases. Any lawyer who has never successfully defended a criminal before is not worthy to be called a 'good' lawyer; Ocholi is a SENIOR ADVOCATE ![]() |
Islie:No offence intended but this is a very ignorant statement. Did you go to a public higher institution and which particular institution did you go to?... I am not holding brief for the arrested guy but if you understand our society and if you've been through the streets, you would understand that some people can be victims of circumstances. |
Kiagbodo again! ![]() |
Obiagu1:Jesus Christ!... Since when has the name 'PDP' become the offor of Igbos that an Igbo man must vote this party of looters and destroyers before he can be termed a man of honour? Chaii... politics sef... and some people would be deceived/swayed by this your statement Honour indeed! |
Obiagu1:Benefiting what exactly?... I really detest this kind of stance. So because I receive a pittance from someone in the past, then I should now enslave myself to the person for the rest of my life?... What if there is more to benefit from the next person?... Besides, the so called benefit you allege that I received from this person, was it not the person's job to give me those benefits?... Why should these people now be termed treacherous for daring to try something else? Now you claim they are throwing PDP under a bus, what is the difference between PDP and APC?... The candidates from both parties are both Rivers state indigenes and thank God you acknowledged they are even both Igbos. So tell me why Rivers people should not be allowed to freely choose their governor between 2 Rivers men?.... Even the so called politicians in these parties jump regularly from one to the other yet you want to blackmail the people into being slaves of a mere name 'PDP' and when they refuse you call them treacherous? |
suxkill:Where do you want people to leave their villages and ancestral lands to? |
Obiagu1:Upland vs Riverine. Not that it should matter where a person comes from, competence should be given priority, but I see no reason you have termed the Ijaws as treacherous in your first statement. |
HopeAtHand:No doubt, the whole tribal 'it is our turn to rule' mentality is very messed up. However, my comment was only in response to someone terming the Ijaws as treacherous because they decided to switch support to someone else. The motive behind my comment was also fuelled by a previous statement about how Amaechi was a treacherous betrayer for supporting a Riverine man as governor instead of his Ikwerre brother. HopeAtHand:All man speaking where the shoe pains him ![]() |
speedyGonzales:Within GEJ's 5 years, ECA account was dwindled from about $20billion to about $2billion by the time he handed over to PMB; Foreign exchange reserve was also dwindled from over $42billion to $28.5billion by the time he handed over to PMB. I would not even want to talk of the massive leap in the countries external debts. And all this happened despite the fact that Nigeria was richest in those 5 years, Nigeria almost made more income in between 2010 to 2015 than what it made between 1999 to 2010. If Nigeria was able to save and build up the ECA and foreign reserves greatly when we had little income, but at the time we had massive income, the ECA and foreign reserves crashed massively, please what savings are you talking about again?... I don't think I get your point or maybe I do not understand the meaning of the word 'savings'. Besides, the moneys used to bail out states was from the dividends and taxes paid to the Federation Account by NLNG and this was not part of any savings. Now there were 'arguments' that part of the bailout funds were sourced from the ECA account, but an account which fell from $20billion in 2010 to $2billion in 2015, even though part of the $2billion was spent, I still cannot understand how an account which dropped from 20 to 2 can be termed savings. ![]() |
Obiagu1:And what is treacherous about supporting a Riverine candidate in an election?... The Igbo group has ruled Rivers state for 4 tenures and now wants to continue ruling for the next 5th and 6th tenures, that is a total of 24years since 1999. But now it seems like the Riverine group has just woken up from their decade long slumber and you dare to call this treachery? Anyway, I blame the Ijaws of Rivers state who think they are doing mama Peace a favour ![]() |
Only a dumbass will not see or undertsand how bad Nigeria's income has dwindled due to the crash in oil prices and the virtual absence of savings by the previous government. |
Such a tragedy... May God protect us all. In this life, one can never be too careful. |
The PDP senators are definitely not willing to risk losing the Deputy senate presidency over an Amaechi imbroglio. |
FreeGlobe:Haha... Likewise yourself and your colleagues. Like I said, live with it! |
FreeGlobe:I have just said all I've got to say, live with it! |
Chaii... The battle was a very long one... Aluta Continua! Victoria Acerta! Redbull is totally in order after a much deserved victory. ![]() |
FreeGlobe:Just take a look at all these people who supported with their lives, the devilish corruption and impunity we endured under GEJ and even wished and fought for the economic pillaging to continue for another 4 years... A people who supported Saraki with their lives to the extent of trooping behind him to courts and tribunals chanting war songs... Now these are the same people talking about anti-corruption because they have failed to subdue and pull down someone they love to hate. ![]() All you PDPians and Jonathanians should please keep your opinions to yourselves; your opinions don't matter especially when one considers the fact that you are greatly outnumbered by well meaning Nigerians who 'genuinely' wish their country well. |
Who cares about the bloody opinion of the wailers.... My heart is at rest when I know that those who genuinely wish Nigeria well are actually more than these confused lot. |
#HungerBad Walahi... |
asha80:Well, a minister may appear to be superior, but in terms of influence at local level, I 'think' the NDDC chairman is more influential. |
THE LION OF UBIMA!!!
|
Hahahaha.... What is happening?... PDP stages a walk-out? |
Even if Amaechi is not confirmed as a minister, he could be given a massive position like the NDDC chairman and the PDP can knock their heads against a nearby wall. |
I smell a fight about to happen in the red chambers... The way the entire PDP senators carry this Amaechi matter for head, one would think it is Amaechi who single handedly swept PDP out from power. ![]() |
These PDP guys are destroying our democracy by threatening, bribing and arm-twisting judges to deliver tribunal judgements in their favour; opening fake websites to spread falsehoods etc. It happened yesterday and its happening again today. The desperation of these PDPians to take over power is alarming ![]() |
India is such a strange country. They have some of the poorest neigbourhoods and also have some of the richest men in the world. Some parts of India can be classed as poverty stricken 4th world slums, yet some parts of india can also pass as first world in terms of development. India is also known to have some of the greatest ICT brains in the world and this same country which some may know only for poverty is also a world nuclear power. Just recently, india even built and successfully launched a satellite into space. |
