Truth about all this is that everyone reading this story already knows the truth, even though some may not want to admit to the truth because they know it would not favour their interests. Mysterious disappearances of billions of dollars do not just happen, they are done by human beings. A lot of people also claim no money is missing because they believe admitting to this will not favour their interests. The fact remains that if no money is missing, there wouldn't be complaints of missing moneys; also if no money is missing, no one would be worried when they hear the word 'probe'. All I pray is that substantial amounts of these looted funds are refunded so that the present administration can have funds to work. I really dont care any more if the thieves are sent to prison or not but the funds should be refunded. With the senseless cries of witch hunting, marginalisation, enslaving and oppression by many not-too-smart people, even if the cases are proven beyond doubt, I am afraid of the kind of destabilising uprising these senseless lot may cause if certain people are arrested. The moneys should just be returned so we can move forward. |
Yhunoos:Since the fall of pdp, they have formed several shady news websites which are actually giving out real news for now in order to gain the confidence of people. However, the real reason for creating these websites is to prosecute a propaganda war in 2019 elections. They are trying to recreate Sahara Reporters because they believe SR was created by APC to boot them out. Like I mentioned, the news they give out now are mainly true, but this is to win the trust of Nigerians first. The sister sites are Breakingtimes.com and trentonline.com |
Hahaha... Basketmouth should prepare himself to be roasted by the weeping wailers and the secessionists... |
Ebig22:What kind of reasoning is this? ![]() A man who got severely burnt in a car even before he could open the door and get out, how on earth could a fire extinguisher in the car have saved him? ![]() |
HungerBAD:I absolutely concur with what you've said. |

What's the idea behind inviting celebrities who are already comfortable and giving them brand new cars as gifts?... I'm sure there are some poor families in that church that lapped each other in a danfo bus to get to church. Anyway, I think this is just a business strategy; more like brand marketing/advertising. Just the same way Glo and MTN etc pay celebrities millions to be their brand ambassadors. |

I love the reply |
Good move... There are better welfare packages the governement can spend money on other than sponsoring already comfortable people to go gallivanting abroad. The irony of the pigrimage sponsorship is even that its only rich or well 'connected' people that even get the government sponsorship and never the common man who needs it. Finally, the government should stop 'planning to' and just stop it already. |

Mogidi:It is TANoids like yourself who keep running around spreading false information (in a bid to have something to criticise) that are brain-rotten... Your mentality stinks **spits** ![]() |
See Igbos fooling themselves in public, Anambra fighting Imo over silly things on nairaland; Abia sacking Imo state workers in the civil service. ...and then someone tells me our problem is Yoruba and Hausa and that it would all be solved automatically when we form a new country |
In as much as I'm an apc sympathiser and a Rochas man, I see no reason why Douglas road should be left like this. This road is virtually the 'high street' of Owerri and has always been this way for successive administrations. This should be a challenge to the Owerri Municipal LGA chairman (if there's any) and Rochas. This mess should be sorted ASAP. ![]() |

Rose2014: Rose2014: Digging up a post from 2009 (6 years ago)?... na wa for you oo!.. Anyway, since you had the time to meticulously go through some of my ancient posts, I'm sure you should have also gotten the point I'm trying to make. I believe the REAL problem we have in Nigeria is the corrupt rich elite leaders marginalising the entire country and not necessarily Hausa or Yoruba marginalising anybody. You can imagine the national assembly of less than 500 persons taking 25% of the nations recurrent budget but yet some people still think it is a Yoruba vs Hausa vs Igbo problem. Even though Igbos may have not produced a president, I totally do not believe the age long paranoid assumption that Igbos are being singled out and marginalised because even the corrupt elite leaders holding the nation ransom also have notable Igbos in their ranks. Moreover, if we stop thinking about ourselves only then maybe you would realise that almost every other ethnicity in Nigeria also suffers the same case of marginalisation we complain about everyday. Fix corruption in Nigeria and everything we complain about will fizzle out automatically. As the so called corrupt elite that has held us captive also includes notable Igbos, so how does running away from Nigeria automatically solve the problem?... Moreover, how does running away from Nigeria by inciting hate against our neighbours solve our problems (even when we know that Igbos have the largest investments across the length and breadth of the nation)?... What is the sense in this manner of approach? Economically, what we need presently is for each region to fully control its resources; the SS should control its oil revenue, the north should revert to agriculture etc. We need a proper federal system and not a new country. Most importantly, we do not need a psychopath hate inciting sadistic albino called Nnamdi Kanu to lead in that negotiation. |
Please who is this sycophant? ![]() |
chuna1985:Everyone knows there's always been a (quiet) clamour for Biafra, MASSOB has always been there, Nnamdi Kanu has always been there with his radio, but whether you agree or not, the recent prominence/popularity of kanu and his radio ...And may I just chip in this last verse, the inequality you talk about is not faced by the Igbos or the SE or the SS alone; virtually all ethnic nationalities face the exact same problem. OBJ ruled Nigeria for 8 years but that did not do anything for his (Yoruba) people; Hausa-Fulani have ruled this country for up to 40 years but their people still remain the poorest. Proper observation from a discerning mind and an unbiased, non-paranoid analysis of Nigeria's problem reveals that the inequality is simply perpetrated by the rich rulers against the rest of the nation. It is not a Yoruba/Hausa thing against the Igbos as most people keep deluding themselves to believe. The only reason the rich can successfully oppress the rest is because of corruption. |
Clitoris777:Hahahha... You are definitely one of the deluded imps I was referring to in my previous response; a common characteristic to spot these new set of secessionists is that they believe anyone who doesnt support Jonathan and who doesn't support the albino (who's brewing unnecessary hate for Igbos across the nation) MUST BE YORUBA (not even hausa or any other tribe) ...FYI, I'm a full blooded Igbo man but I dont support foolish people or foolishness. |
Lol... Story story! Nnamdi kanu has always been a member of massob but he broke away to set up his own movement. I think he's been around for a while but had remained largely irrelevant in the scheme of things until recently. The only reason Kanu is getting lots of followership and attention now is because a lot of Igbos who supported GEJ are still bitter and yet to come to terms with the fact that their demi god has been sent back to Otuoke; 99% of the recent Nnamdi Kanu worshippers are just disgruntled GEJ supporters who have found renewed hope and succour in their clamour for secession. In summary, if they dont have GEJ, then they would break away and form a new country ![]() |
