All I said was that the age on the passport was 21, and that the 41 figure reported by the tabloid was an error (mind you, even 21 still remains a crime if the boy is confirmed to be 15). All I did was a basic clarification of a wrong figure; but how any mentally sound mind could interpret this simple correction to mean "he is defending Ekweremdu" still remains a mystery that ought to be studied by researchers.

You see why I said you sufferred from learning difficulties? Your brain is probably not developed enough to distinguish between your emotional urges and reality. But one big issue now is were they actually in possession of a passport with 41 years old as claimed by the doctor and UK police. Take a look at the date of issue on this passport - November 2021. The passport and visa processed by the Ekwerenmadus was processed last year.

So Ekweremadu made a passport for that kid and wrote 1980 as his date of birth?

From my observation, they made two passports for the boy - one which shows the boy is 21 years old (which is most likely is real age) and the other passport which shows the boy is 41 years old (which was tendered in the hospital).

The whole process is criminal and exploitation.

Several websites state his acclaimed age as 21 years old, but a UK tabloid writes 41 years as his age. With the info freely available, you're still contemplating if 41 is the right figure?

Let's even assume the boy or the senator are dumb; they want to make a fake passport for the boy to prove he's an adult; do you genuinely think 41 years old is the sort of figure they would concoct for such a young boy? The passport he traveled with is in the possession of the UK courts. This looks like a new passport that was cooked up for damage control. I don’t believe anything coming from Nigerian agencies, especially since I deal with altered Nigerian passports and fraudulent documents on a regular basis.

Let me repeat myself again: the crimes that they’re charged with are not age specific. Even if his true age is discovered to be 21, 31, 41, or 51 it won’t matter because their criminal charges aren’t due to age.

Nobody is arguing with you what the main charge is. The simple point is that dailymail is a tabloid which made a mistake in their '41' figure. but you're too fixated on the fact that it's a UK site to get that point. You believe they cant be wrong because they are a UK site.

Without being told, how do you think it's even sensible for anyone with a brain to want to falsify that boy's passport, and of all the ages they could think of, it's 41 years old for that little boy? Several sites have mentioned 21 years as the age in contention; even Vanguard Nigeria published a snapshot of the boy's passport (shown below) which clearly shows the DoB as Oct 2000. But somehow someway, in the world of 1stGenAmerican, Vanguard Nigeria must be inferior to a UK tabloid called dailymail.co.uk. The words of the almighty UK tabloid must be equivalent to the words of the Uxbridge court; heck! their words must be equivalent to the words of the Her Majesty the Queen.

I had this very argument with someone on this forum this morning that the quoted age of 41 was obviously a mistake by Dailymail.co.uk but I was told off.

All other reports before the dailymail report clearly quoted 21 years old; the boy's passport and BVN document clearly stated 2000 as year of birth. But somehow, when I said dailymail made a mistake, I was told off cos apparently, a UK newspaper cannot make a mistake.
