The market for most of the businesses relocating is in Lagos, soon some will relocate to ondo, and other places too. Its a circle. Those buildings pulled down were owned by people like Ayefele. The businesses there employed people too. Oh because we assumed that they were not physically challenged or owned a radio station? When Barrister Lowo Obisesan held away as a Oyo Commissioner, he went about restoring the beauty of the land by pulling down everything that needed to be pulled down thus making Ibadan a beauty to behold. A lot of bread winners were affected. Same FRESHFM supported him back then. So now the chicken has come home to roost. Let's not crucify Ajimobi, Ajimobi has no single power to effect any demolition. The demolition was done by the OYSG. By May 29 2018, Ajimobi would walk away as a private person. The OYSG would always be here with us. Another man would mount the saddle as a Governor. Twice She failed to pass The Nigeria Law School exams required to qualify her for Legal practice in Nigeria.

But when her father became president, she was granted a free pass in the Nigerian Law School and was called to bar almost 3yrs ago...

Now she has been given a Board member Position at NNPC earning over N7-million Naira per month amongst other fringe benefits as the President's daughter while ordinary Nigerians who study hard and make good grades in schools at home and abroad go years without job or have lost their jobs and livelihoods under her father's direct supervision, and others who are lucky, receive (#30,000 N-Power) monthly for 24months or less and the same people are the ones shouting "Sai-Baba Buhari' while rewarding him with "Mr. integrity" Title.

Sir you have valid points, though many still feel the building was erected because of political influence, however , since i don't argue about what am not certain of, i would want us to leave that aside...

by compensation , i was referring to the government compensating Ayefele; e.g with another building, or money, etc not the other way round. ..

He can be adequately compensated since the building was approved. .. he would surely win in a court of law, th this may take a while...

i sense you are affected by the development , it is a sensitive issue...
