GO GET YOUR PVC
Modify: For the OP with the opinion poll. We did the same thing just on the eve of the election in Ekiti last month. We saw who ONLINE warriors voted for and the candidate who OFFLINE REAL people voted for. It happened the same way in 2015 when Oga Jona won with a landslide online also and Our Baba floored and flogged him like a little boy! So your poll is nothing new! Save your poll for next year too lifeissimple! Below is how it went down last month!
. If you guys are so confident of your win why not allow for free and fair elections? Why are you guys hell bent on vote buying and using any means legal or otherwise including intimidation to secure election wins?
We all saw what happened in Ekiti. With all the security deployed to the state, voter buying in open view was rampant and nothing whatsoever was done to stop these malpractices. Why? Same was reported at Kogi where even onions were being distributed.
Why must you lie to show your support? |

tesppidd: Initiated, Started and Completed.
These are 3 words which people like Reno consistently use to confuse and fool people with very low IQ's like ipob's and wailers.
Infact any government which abandons numerous uncompleted projects and goes for new ones is an enemical government to democracy and progress.
Imagine if a country has got 1000 uncompleted projects done with government funds; and then a successive government abandons them just for a political course?
God will punish that government.
With so many uncompleted projects in transport, health, education, power and sports lying all over the place,
President Buhari should be given accolades for not initiating new ones.
The key take-away from the article anyway is that;
Jonathan had $394 billion.
Buhari has had $94 billion.
That is a whooping difference of $300 billion.
Enough to build us a new country yet we do not have power.
Pastor Reno Omokri oya tell us. Why not tell the complete story? PMB has had 94bn from oil but how much has he borrowed? |

Yyeske: FYI, the economic downturn that led to the recession started mid 2014 as a result of falling oil prices and hugely because the government of GEJ refused to save. Soludo, Okonjo and a host of world economists predicted the recession irrespective of who would win the 2015 election because GEJ refused to save for the rainy day even after being warned. Go read up why during the 2007/2008 recession why Nigeria didn't feel it much but countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia were all losing jobs, poverty on the increase. Bros you don't need to lie to make a point. Why was savings not made? Is it not because of then governors AMAECHI, OSHIOMOLE and FASHOLA who went to obtain a court order to prevent savings to the sovereign wealth fund when the FG then expressed their interest to set up such a fund to save for the rainy day? You go and read that up and stop behaving like someone with amnesia. That said, this government didn't campaign on the grounds of BLAME but CHANGE. None of the preelection promises have been realized hence the general discontent nationwide and the win at all costs mentality especially in terms of vote buying amongst other electoral malpractices despite or rather inspite of heavy security presence at recently conducted elections. Now we are taking about spending 6BILLION to feed police alone come 2019 and yet they cannot step in to sanitize the electoral process? Right in front of them people are standing with bags of money and paying those who vote for their parties? So what then is their job there as security? Yes thankfully we are out of recession but unemployment and poverty has deepened inspite of the numerous claims of this government about social intervention programs. So who is fooling who? |

Is there any special condition to forming a cooperative that precludes these set of Nigerians? otunbakolawole: Ambode is working, that is a fact. Businesses will relocate to Ogun state, more businesses will take up the spaces left behind. The market for most of the businesses relocating is in Lagos, soon some will relocate to ondo, and other places too. Its a circle. Lagos just needs to continue too reinvent itself and explore new frontiers. You need to ask yourself why they are relocating if all is well? This is no fluke. Ogun state has for time now been putting in place business friendly policies and incentives to woo investors to their state at the detriment of Lagos denying Lagosians of jobs. Because of the harsh tax regime of Lagos, businesses now prefer to operate outside Lagos and then sell their products in the Lagos market. This is a negative economic trend that must be checked before it is too late. Much of the well publicised Lagos IGR comes from businesses and thus responsibility behoves on the government to put in place an investor friendly business environment to stimulate productivity within the state and it's attendant multiplier effect on the economy. |

Ambode is really working oooo.
Look at correct investment that due to the ridiculous tax regime of the Lagos government has been set up in the more investor friendly Ogun state.
Unfortunately, this is one example of many businesses relocating to Ogun state to set up shop.
Then people like my brother deomelo will come to shout that Ambode is working when they commission bus stop. Just negodu what your neighbouring state is commissioning. |

Why are people crying everywhere of recession recession even though we have officially come out of recession to the point that even pepper seller will tell you price doubled because of dollar? Look at the so called 5k social investment programme that so much noise was made about. 3 years later that program don enter voice mail. Pataricatering: people start business of petty trading with N7,500 ! I mentioned that specific figure because I know someone who started selling pepper with that amount! Whether it is for election or not - what is important is that it’s being done and these people will start their businesses and fend for their families ! People are starting pepper business with 7,500 because of lack of better opportunities. Instead of that does it not make more sense to get those people into cooperatives and empower them with more meaningful loans? I believe you have heard of such things as economies of scale and synergy. Why empower people willing to work meaningfully with 10k to go and sell gala on the road and say that is social investment? Nigerians are not fooled. |

obembet: JUST BEFORE YOU GET EMOTIONAL AMD CONCLUDE WRONGLY.
There are intricate lessons to be learnt from the demolition. I have decided to take the lessons rather than being emotional. I knew the building will be pulled down if not now then later. If not by this government, then by a later government. Why are we being emotional about this demolition? Oh because it's owned by Ayefele or because it is a radio station? Definitely whichever of the two reasons is not above the law of the land which is subject to a lot of interpretations. Has any one drove from Idi Ape through Bashorun to Akobo? Those buildings pulled down were owned by people like Ayefele. The businesses there employed people too. Oh because we assumed that they were not physically challenged or owned a radio station? When Barrister Lowo Obisesan held away as a Oyo Commissioner, he went about restoring the beauty of the land by pulling down everything that needed to be pulled down thus making Ibadan a beauty to behold. A lot of bread winners were affected. Same FRESHFM supported him back then. So now the chicken has come home to roost. Let's not crucify Ajimobi, Ajimobi has no single power to effect any demolition. The demolition was done by the OYSG. By May 29 2018, Ajimobi would walk away as a private person. The OYSG would always be here with us. Another man would mount the saddle as a Governor. Governance would continue. Our dear UCH lost its fence worth about N12million to that road in front of the Hospital. I doubt if we have been paid for it. This is an opportunity for politicians to score cheap points. I'll rather these politicians come together, pulled resources together and build another befitting Music House that in years to come would not fall 'foul' of government environmental laws. Government is like Management. Decisions are taken a times that we do not understand and feel shouldn't have been taken. But the government like the management still has to take a decision irrespective of whose ox is gored, irrespective of if we like it or not, irrespective of if it favors us or not. A government or management who lacks the will to take a decision has no moral latitude to be called a government or a management. However, if like it's being guessed that the demolition was to silence the opposition, then too bad. There area about 27 other radio stations in Ibadan alone. I seriously doubt if OYSG will want to muzzle the media.
They told me this has been on for 7 years that Akala out of impunity bent the rules and roads for Yinka and no way it will not haunt him forever. Now a demolition of a year was sent to him to come rectify the adjustment.he refused. At the expiration of d 1 year.they served a 3days notice on him which expired on wednesday. The buldozer did not come that day only for yinka to rush to sue the government on thursday.Meanwhile courts are on break and case yet to be heard.no court injunction served.Yinka n fans continued to sentimentally insult Ajimobi and even Dapo Lam Adesina was at the station yesterday bashing Ajimobi.
He now went ahead to pull down the illegal structure in question and not d entire building. Now egbon what is on that land that yinka is scared to leave.Remember his scandal with Erelu Agbaye who claimed they gave him fame.Yinka could have gone to Akala to help intervene and relocate him to another place.!!!!! SHUT THE F... UP! You don't need to lie to make a point. A restraining order was issued and served on the government who still went ahead with the demolition sir. Talking about Akala, can you provide verifiable evidence to back your claims? Please don't say what you cannot defend! |

Please no one should rubbish the Lagos where my Ambode is working!
Can't you see the world class bus station and bus stops Ambode has been building?
What of the roads Ambode has been patching everywhere? Even if they are not well built at least now we are seeing roads without portholes compared to before. The remaining will be completed before 2023.
Again are they not aware we have been building a world class light rail system since 2008 of which phase 1 will be completed by 2022? Please don't ask me any question about how much has been spent and how long phase 1 is going to be. Just suffice it to know that Ambode is working.
Again our enemies are not aware that Lagos is now one of the cleanest cities in the world now we have privatised refuse collection. ABI na lie I blow?
Another project of note is our Eko Atlantic city which is going to be world class and provide great economic development to the state. If you can't afford to live there, obviously you have not yet embraced the Lagos spirit of hustle. So you need to double it. If you know you know.
Are they even aware that Lagos houses Banana Island where our big boys stay and properties are priced in dollars?
Are they even aware that we are building one of the largest refineries in the world?
Are they aware that transportation is so cheap now in Lagos that with a few thousand naira you can afford to Uber? Are they not even aware that our great Governor Ambode has put in place plans to change all our danfos to air-conditioned buses? Kimon!
For those complaining about shot putting and shalanga are they not aware that these provide plenty of nutrients to our soil so that what you will plant for 3 months outside Lagos will take just 1 month in Lagos.
Again are they not aware that accommodation in Lagos is soooo cheap that you can get a decent 2 bedroom apartment for just 500k per annum or more? Where can you find a cheaper city? Even did I tell you that all this wonderful work ongoing is being funded by the multiple taxes being paid by we industrious Lagosians. Our government no dey play on top tax collection that is why we are number 1 in Africa in terms of IGR and you can see what the money is being used for.
Make Una no make me talk too much joorr Eko cannot baje ooo when our darling Ambode is working! That report was released by those lazy IPOB youths who are enemies of progress. |

by compensation , i was referring to the government compensating Ayefele; e.g with another building, or money, etc not the other way round. ..
He can be adequately compensated since the building was approved. .. he would surely win in a court of law, th this may take a while...
i sense you are affected by the development , it is a sensitive issue...
May God bless you sir ! And you too. Yes I agree with appropriate compensation for Ayefele if the government decides to demolish his structure. Funny enough I have no personal knowledge of or relationship to Ayefele but will never be a supporter of impunity in public office. I have deliberately left out the much touted story of the flooring of Shittu by Sowore at the radio station as pure conjecture as it will be plain silly for the government to choose to close down the station over an argument between 2 politicians. |
