The funny thing about your write up is that aregbe started paying half salary after Jonathan was voted out. So I wonder if Buari also continued paying him reduced allocation. What i can deduce from your write up is that you are not from here(osun state) and you are badly informed about what is happening. When apc started crying that Jonathan reduced osun's allocation, we all believed them until the federal government released the detail of how much each state is getting. It was then we all discovered that aregbe has borrowed money with the future of the unborn. This has been affecting the state since then, even after Buari came on board. There was a time last year, when osun got only 6m from the federal government after all the money aregbe borrowed had been deducted. Let us fear God my brother. People are suffering, you should come here and see things yourself. I know people that have died cos they could not afford to buy drugs to sustain their frail health, yet aregbe is owing them millions. This is not about politics at all. It's about humanity. Govt Allocation is governed by the appropriations act passed by the NA, which has osun state fully represented in its membership. The executive arm led by the president cannot wake up and refuse to implement the act.
If my memory serves me right, osun was seriously indebted and a major part of the allocation went into debt repayment and servicing.

I wud not advice him to accept the botany. These courses have a way of tying one down and sucking them in, especially if one lacks a strong resolve. U end up accepting to study the course just because u like ur Coursemate in that class, or because u like one babe or one lecturer. These kids are highly fikle and impressionable. Please I apply for MBBS in Bayero University Kano (BUK) with Jamb score of 263 and post Jamb with 272 and my average was 267.5. I heard some good grade in my O'Level result with,

2. Mathematics: B3
3. Physics: A1

I was expecting at least medical related courses, unfortunately they shift me from MBBS to Botany. Please what can I do with Botany because I don't want to loose another year again?

1. Are u a blue blooded, elite Hausa/fulani? Preferably a Kano indigene?

2. Who do u know? How much did u spend

In that school, ur answer to this two question will decide if u can EVER hope to study medicine, laws or any premium engineering course there.

My advice, reject botany and try again, preferably in a School where u are an indigene or at least know sf someone powerful.

Bayero offered me PHE with my 229 score in jamb, first choice. because I am Igbo. Hausas with 170 were being admited into accounting.

That was 19 years ago. I dumped them, went to my state and got admitted immediately.

My pple, I am in trouble.
It seems my farm has become gumboro endemic.
My last batch of pullets had gumboro at 8weeks and I lost over a hundred. The rest have started laying ams are doing fine.

Now I brought in a new batch of 500. They are 4weeks old and still in the brooding house. presently one brooding house is down with gumboro. It is a sorry sight. Have lost about 10 today and over 80 more are looking really down.

The brooding rooms are sealed off but it shares same hall and access with the battery cage section where the laying birds are.
I suspect the virus came from the laying birds.
Vaccination is always done as at when due. Don't really know what is wrong ooo.
Pls advice is needed on what to do in future cos I suspect I will have similar problems with future batches.

Provided a tenancy agreement stipulates when ur rent becomes due and stipulates the period ur rent covers, then if u did not pay by the next day after ur rent is due, u are in default and any landlord who knows his onions will throw u out in a heartbeat.

BTW: after not paying rent for six months, You go to Court and get a Form TL2 and serve a 7days Quit Notice.

After the expiry of that 7days Quit Notice and the tenant still refuse to leave, You then GO BACK TO COURT and serve ANOTHER 7days "Notice to Recover Property" (Making 14days now! ).

After that, you still go back to court and ask them to give you a baliff who will jack the tenants stuff and that stuffs will be AUCTIONED" to recover all Arreas of Rent (Six Months + 14 days).

That is the process for removing a "Statutory tenant" (one whose case has been reported to the Courts).

As far as I know, failure to pay rent as at when due even if it became due 2 hours ago, is enough grounds for immediate eviction after due notice (21 days and then another 7 days)
