If u are caught in such circumstances, ur bestbet is to find a way to escape from the hotel without the hotel staff stopping u. The hotel staff has a way of handling police matter and getting off lightly.

But things would work better to if no court order is required to get this done. A valid and verified customer complaint shud be enough to place an account on PND, at least until the accused shows up at the bank to clear herself.

Though they wud argue (with a slightly valid point) that the introduction to that law define what construes terrorism and the IPOB meets that criteria (right too), but so does PDP, and other pressure groups all over the country.
