Nairaland General › The New Trend Of Legitimate Criminals In Abuja - Landlords by olajide8(op): 7:02pm On Nov 07, 2013
I write this epistle out of sufficient anger in my soul, as an SME owner, it isn't a funny thing -to stay afloat, and especially for those in Abuja- where the cost of housing and offices are strictly crazy and because of the imaginary *not true value* of these necessities, the prices are totally *crazy*- its a long epistle - I found out the hard way "my experience", though I knew, the landlord was a criminal- "in royal attire" an Igwe, from Oji river*- my brothers, from their, I hail you people O!, where some people will sell their birth right, to a common criminal, that doesn't have manners neither does he respect himself, talkless of other people, *he victimizes his tenants and bullies them *nah one chance landlord* and he is strictly above the law, because he wines and dines with the I.G and a few commissioners of police, *the police -you nah, try also*, the things you have eaten has caused you people- not know, when to tell the truth- the name of the complex is AJB Mall around oladipo diya street- Gudu, and the man uses it to legitimize fraud- steal peoples property *so beware* if you happen to stumble on such a person - he is a kidnapper *king pin* in royal attire and a thief beware!!!

basty: These leaders, past and present have not seen anything. The rots they caused are now catching up with them. Olu False was lamenting of bad rulership which he was part and his SAP policy that put Nigeria to buying second hand (Tokunbo) everything.
They will all see hell.
Oh - how pathetic can someone's statements be? what structural adjustment was supposed to achieve, the same Govt has started doing it - banning the importation of tokunbo cars, and textiles - sooner then later, their would also be the full implementation of the structural adjustment programme, but this time -without a name *title*, have you read it (the structural adjustment programme book) if you haven't you need to go and read it, then come back and make these same statements.

I love this kind of topic, mehn! these guys, kept me glued to my phone for a whole day, very educational- and very interesting- intellect at play, one person that makes the planes the other that flies them, please in Jesus name the 4 of you omo_tier, donedo, somorin and manny4life, don't come back to nigeria, for now O! Until when meaningful leadership, take power!! Please- those in power here, would make a mess of your brains - Now, with the whole expanciat(ion) and elucidation, its certain some principles apply and some don't apply, the pilot had to judge, firstly I think he had gone to far, and couldn't abort so in my opinion he wanted to take off, and turn back, to check what happened/went wrong with his aircraft- secondly, the on ground engineers okayed, the plane -but somewhere, somehow the plane's, engine gave way, just as the plane took off, in the bid to land, he had to take off, but the aircraft, didn't allow the pilots years of experience, to be appreciated and valued - RIP Capt.,

andyanders: The ONLY way is for the government to first deal with the innocent Ibo youths killed by police arm robbers, known as Nigeria Police Officers.
Until that issue is visited and the actors dealt with, no youth of this country will fight for this. When it happened to the Ibo youths, nothing was done and the parents of these children were left to mourn their children without the Federal Government doing anything.
Kai- bros as much as I detest our security personnel especially the police, I beg to defer on the case of the APO six, they were compensated O! N5m each, which is small compared to the ability and the lives of the people involved, and which is the highest ever paid the family of any deceased nigerian, at the hands of any of our security personnel, and -what they were initially asking for N100m/each, but its was paid - the lawyer became a SAN*, off the noise, that was wiped up, by this most celebrated case in abuja and collected about 30% of the total amount paid all the families combined, it was even televised, when they were paid - now this is another case of the same thing again -people* nigerian's-
Politics › Re: Dangote Promises To End Fuel Import In 4 Years by olajide8(m):
solomon111: shut up,you morøn.
Oil flows from the SS to the other parts of the country through large pipelines, and those pipelines can be cut off and stopped at anytime.
Btw,we've hearing about the "oil" in lagos since 30 years ago.
Why haven't they explored it?
Nonsense small boy, useless person- retar-d, stopping pipeline flow, stup-id militants offspring, the kind of people/person they shouldn't find in a civilized society.
Which entrepreneur- would put himself in that kind of situation?, after investing heavily, *create the ability, for your likes to stop the flow of crude* do you think he is depending on NNPC pipelines to deliver products, nonsense mumu, would you put your money in something you don't have control over? Do you think very well at all- I doubt it - and it is obvious, you don't, if you do, you would understand why he sighted it there, mine the resources from the ground, directly into the processing refinery, reduce all forms of carrying costs involved in the production - how old are you sef? Illiterate militant, thinking of stopping/bursting pipeline "vandal" - *they would stop the flow to the refinery*, before any right thinking person would consider exploration of oil in lagos, they would consider the environmental impact, and quantity available for mining, and then the economic impact and that is the reason, why lagos oil can't be mined - because you don't think, to whom brain is given, sense is expected, jonah's twin brother-read u no go read, school nah so so cheat cheat, useless militant-
Politics › Re: Dangote Promises To End Fuel Import In 4 Years by olajide8(m): 10:55am On Sep 20, 2013
solomon111: Nonsense.
You think if the SS decides to seccede, they won't make sure that none of their oil flows to any part of the country?
Lol.
Siting the refinery in ondo will not solve the problems you listed as ondo state does not have enough oil reserves to feed the country and export.
Dangote will still have to depend hugely on the SS for raw materials whether he likes it or not.
Siting the refinery in ondo may prove foolish in the long run as the niger-deltans are very sensitive to marginalization and may disrupt the free flow of crude from the SS to whatever refinery is being built in ondo.
They will go into the ground where the deposits are and hold, so it would not flow, to other area's *lagos has sighted oil not in commercial quantities so also other states - imagine, see common sense O - they would stop the flow of oil! Hahahahaha* Education is very important, so is history -of oil deposits, (just google it) to mention more sef! Ghana and other african countries have high oil deposits is it a must to buy from the south-south, if they can export to us we do the same and few international organisations have been doing to us and make good money-

Godmother: I read up once that only about 2-3% of distribution flyers/ handbills translates into sales I.e. If you distribute 10,000 flyers about you will get a resulting 200-300 sales. How true is this claim. Pls anyone who has an idea should throw more light on the issue. Really urgent.
Well to a certain level that is very true, the idea behind flyers is not actually to make a sale, or sell parse, its to create an awareness, which could lead to an inquisition and then possibly a sale, the need for the service is what actually creates the sale, so in a very modest situations/scenario sort for the person requiring the service and put the flyer in their hand, how much are you going to pay me for my professional advise?

Godmother: @ Olajide

Yes I manage events and have an enterprise, but my shop is attached to my house. Its my family house and its almost like staying home 24/7 and I'm beginning to get a lil tired of it. I want a job that will take me out, though I still plan on running my biz cos I never want to rely on one source of income. Experience has taught me better.
Okay, before you think of going further - why not move the enterprise out of your comfort zone, use that as your contact address/ofiz, and move around, marketing a bit, like going to fashion events, and you have a lot of female friends, get in their faces for the wedding planning - well let's continue to look out and check this thread out unadvertised vacancies - ifyalways -started the thread-

Politics › Re: Nigeria Signs $3.7b Coal Mining And Power Plant by olajide8(m):
What happens when the environment is seriously degraded, as a result of exploration, what of if all this power is generated and cannot be sold because of distribution lines, what would the youths of the area's where this product would be mined be doing "militancy over coal", what are the environmental impact assessment of such a venture- ash (phosphorus), these states where these things would be mined, what is the nature of the soil, I guess some of these area's, are prone to erosion and mud slides?, do you think these developments would add power to the national power grid?, how would the investments be recuperated if they can added to the national grid?, how long can they continue to mine this coal? (what is the quantity of deposits available- the actual not paper deposits?), how would this be sustained? When compared to gas flared, coal for power or nuclear generated power, which is better?, can be in existence for 100years without adding or removing, until when elements uranium has finished its life span, what alternative would you suggest?

I was at the SGF office - tenders for the supply of various items and rennovation of basement store, (*please when would corruption stop in this country, the SGF through his P.A's and cronies is actually doing all the contracts, the director procurement and the head director admin and finance have also been settled - so if you would like to waste your N10,000 you pick a draft and go their- it would close by the 2nd of september
The National assembly also, has asked for tenders, I have been reliably informed that I should waste my N20,000, because the principal members have shared everything amongst, for example the N1billion for the supply of law books has been shared between the speaker and the senate president- the other principal offices are executing the other jobs, so except someone knows someone that would press the button to make it happen - you are free to go their and waste your N20,000 for your tender document

I would answer it like this- with a small epistle, I once told a chic, I was asking out after knowing her for a longtime, about my predicament with my now -EX, whom, I loved to pieces, and whom took my heart and marshed, it into a plum, on the ground -time without number because of her indecision and her will to look for maybe better options, do you know what happened she took off, -but during that time, I also had another friend that knew everything, and she was willingly to allow me use her as a landing pad *emotionally* - now to the question emotionally wrecked women are highly erratic sometimes not knowing what they want,*women generally don't know what they want, talk less of this type of women*, but personally, I wouldn't mind helping the *women* over come her in-securities, though it can be very stressful.
