Without reading other peoples post *JONATHAN* ni O! - its GEJ, Ha!!!! corruption has grown in leaps and bounds with no punitive measure all structures of government and people, have become influenced in fact if they are going to solve this problem the whole structure of government has to be sacked, he wanted to legalize it, by creating an impression that its a turn by turn thing and mediocrity should be the order of the Day, he almost made nigerian's, though, we have and are still paying for part of it, through fuel subsidy and not wanting to prosecute the culprits which they are doing a shoddy business off now. Rubbish |
For those that are not "corrupt" but harbour the corrupt subordinates, what's the difference? There is something fishy, "and Il, personally smell the rat". I suppose, they are not leading by example, and for their subordinates to perpetrate this hideous act there must have something at stake, so my general submission 101% of the 100% are corrupt, what a country. |

Have you ever parked and before you returned, your car had been towed by Lastma junior staff, God!! firstly, you would look for the car everywhere in side the gutter behind a tree inside another persons car, mehn, as if that is not enough, you would think it was stolen! and the bad thing about it is no one would tell you anything, they would just continue to look at you, then by the time you get to the police station to make a report, they would advise you to go and check the nearest Lastma yard, before confirming the complaint, God save you, a good samaritan is around to save your face, have you ever been slammed with an unbelievable offence by lastma officials both the junior and senior offices whom are high on to much car fumes, excess dust, excess exposure to sunlight "so their brains are already cooked while some are frying" and crazy danfo drivers. |
To some its just a way of life |

dregun: ..Pls hw much did u get d engine seats?..About 18k, 7k for the front and back and 4k for the right hand side |
I changed the engine seat in actual fact the three of them but as I accelerate it still vibrates and its not picking up speed instantly in fact its not picking up speed at all , I have changed the transmission oil less I forget its an EOD 2003 model |
Chanchit: Bed bug...!The BED BUG! Seconded |
Rossikk: See how you reason like a goat? If you put such assets on the market, they will sell in a week or less, to ready and waiting buyers anywhere in the world!!! Unless you've no clue how to market, or think because you're from Nigeria, nobody will want your wares - an extremely stup.id and ignorant idea given that Nigerians, including ordinary Nigerians, conduct international business transactions worth billions of dollars every month!!!Nigerian's and their level of myopic-ness my brother say they should sale better still, market assets to international investor, who would buy, an asset in nigeria where government policies change over night, where what is right is put after what is wrong, even nigerian's themselves don't have sufficient funds to invest in these properties because they would still borrow from the same banks to pay |
Cultured: If Zenon oil ,which Otedola directly own , owes N192.423 billion debts to the banks , it automatically means that he does not has up to N100,000 as a personal money .What's the share capital of zenon oil plz I guess most biznesses including mine are geared 90% on gbese |
I am neither here or their but the removal of the likes of Gadaffi has made splitter groups unpredictable, and situations highly volatile imagine if gadaffi were still alive would those barbarians have blown a US embassy and killed the ambassador? never! |
ACM10: Easier said than done. Can he pay the ultimate price for Nigeria? I doubt! Only f00l does. Was MKO a fool |

Seun: I support Sanusi on the "new" currency policy. It's simply the most practical way to reduce the cost of cash management. I also support his decision to keep a low profile this time, since people won't understand that this has nothing to do with inflation. Uneasy lies the head.Seun stop being a "sisi" and man up to reality in not too short a time past, when we were using the fifty kobo note, you could go to a road side mallam, and buy 5 pieces of chewing gum or 5 cubes of choco-milo immediately, they phased the note out, nigerians reacted by moving the price of choco-milo, that was not to say the production price had changed, the mentality of nigerian's was what changed and that was what pushed the price of other items, from the true value to higher values, recently "when our naira was so brought down from its perceived glory" by soludo who turned them into plastic, this also affected the net worth of items, our mentality, the mentality of a developing world people, will always follow notes rather then coins, it would have made sense if he had said I want to turn it into the 5k note and re-denominate removing 2 zero's, the rest is stories today well like they say experience is the best teacher, and may be just may be, their is something I can't see apart from the cost of holding cash, which in its true terms does not exist, only in the minds of economists and policy makers, well that's their problem but I hope it doesn't see the light of day, only if after doing it they will re-denominate, just my thought |
I just saw this on my BB messenger, and felt I should ask this question, how are you doing it, if you are still in the system www.newsacross.com/7-access-bank-marketing-staff-dies-of-hypertension-in-weeks/ |
GEJ is very much aware of Okupe's activities, so why on earth would he make Okupe an adviser? Is GEJ actually sane?
I can't seem to phantom myself you see a criminal and make him an adviser/assistant, you see a militant and put him in control of security of black gold -oil, "TOMPOLO and ASARI" you see failures and crooked people and give them National Honors, to turn around and say you want to withdraw, review the honors bestowed on them by setting up a committee, he sees war islamic bigotry and says dialogue "Boko Haram", he sees power generation without distribution, and asks nigerian to tell him how power supply is in their area (imagine they are generating and not distributing O!) To make matters worst during the raining seasons their is always light, during the dry seasons I expect them to lie that water level has dropped, then they need to switch off power for the turbines or transformers to cool, they want to maintain and service etc Nigeria clueless Jona kai!!! |
Good news to me! At a certain point in time, I started wondering if corruption was the main bases for given this/these National honors, then let's hope it wouldn't take 6months- 1 year to strip them of it, better still let's hope another committee would not, be set up, to look into the first committees submission and a white paper wouldn't be submitted by the office of the SGF recommending another committee to be established, because they love white papers there and committee's. |
Rubbish talk as usual woe unto man - woman |

We have only one lagos in the South West of Nigeria the first capital of nigeria my lagos and the pride of africa, be it a slum or not everybody wants to stay their, its believe that at the last population census of lagos we had a population of about 18m people not considering those that come in from ibadan and ogun state to work and return every evening, like it or not people earn a daily living in lagos and can fit in anywhere, we are not bragging because lagos state was developed by all of us but because lagosians are unique and south westerners as a whole, we accommodate anyone and don't charge you for using the toilet and bathroom when/after you have paid your rent, we don't stop our women from marrying you or dating you we are the unifying factor that brings nigeria together |
The sad thing is nothing I said is lie, everything I've posted is true as the day is long. ![]() So it doesn't surprise me the usual SW defenders have gone on standby. The only left to do is to talk about Osu, how erosion ravaged the SE allegedly is, how Igbo people are not politically savy, how Boko Haram is singling out Igbo people..,everything but the topic at hand that Lagos is crap, just slightly less crappy than the rest. A win by default. It's like getting an 8th place ribbon.
Just considering the fact on ground, in any country in the world including nigeria, their are first preferences for the indigenous owners of any place an example majority of Vice chancellors are normally indigents of the state where the schools are located senators and state governors local council chairmen, and when none indigents are granted the magnamity to contribute it does give them the room, to ask for what's not their, entitlement, except they want to used as a dis-stabilizing factor, (this is what normally cases, indigent- student crisis) the issue at stake is direct or indirect participation in the governance of lagos state let's not forget that, who would watch out for his property the most someone whom has the privilege of the same property in another place or the person who has only this particular property and NO other option, asking is free and an option to give is their, but threaten because of a few thousands of people is asking for what cannot be given on their own soil. |
kaecy5: @olajideNo it doesn't happen when I am at that speed, but during the rise to that speed. I just touched/shook it had to jerk it up and it shaking would get into the workshop soonest |
bashr8: and why are bokoharem also finishing yorubas in the north if i may ask??Simple because of the fear of domination and issues like this that we are discussing where indigenes would become a second fiddle in their own states like the gbari's in abuja that are being daily forced into the forests, now I never said anything about ACN-yoruba PDP-igbo but your are drawing my attention to that, I felt APGA was supposed to suffice for regional politicking the middle belt was never owned by yoruba's, look at it like this on your way to kogi you have to pass through EDO state, Kwara due to their religion and topography desert like would automatically be considered a northern state but for the migration of people from Ogbomosho heard about the story of sango and the nupes(hausa/fulani's), fulani's are not in Ibadan they have settlements like they have in Jos and are also trying to displace the berom's "SO" what's the biggies, In my own submission a dumb person refers to another person as dumb coz he is trying to find an excuse for his dumbness |
Ndigbo vow not to vote for ACN in Lagos By: ONYEKACHI JET Date: Sat, 07/21/2012 - 22:46 Ahead of 2015 general elections, the Igbo community in Lagos State has resolved to dump the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over alleged neglect by Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola and the party’s leadership in the state. The former Secretary- General of Igbo community in Lagos, Matthew Ogbonnia Idam told Sunday Sun that Igbo people have been suffering in silence since the administration of Ahmed Tinubu till date. According to Idam who is also the acting Secretary -General, Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Igbo community in the state, the ruling party has always regarded the Igbo as electoral materials that are only needed during elections and dumped at the conclusion of elections. Buttressing his argument, the chief scribe pointed out that former governor of Lagos State, Ahmed Tinubu cleverly appointed Mr Ben Akabueze as Commissioner two months to the end of his second tenure, to woo the Igbo in the state to vote for Fashola in the 2007 gubernatorial elections. He said that this time around, “ Igbo people in the state are poised to vote for a party that will be ready to carry them along in all political activities and governance of the state to reflect one Nigeria and the true democracy we are clamouring for.” He said that since Fashola came on board as the governor of the state, there has been no, “form of appreciation for the Igbo community in Lagos that worked and voted him to power.” Share this http://www.sunnewsonline.com/article/ndigbo-vow-not-vote-acn-lagos
And this is why boko haram want to finish them in the north, the hospitable nature of the south western is about to turn into another thing, like other posters have said how many south westerns are in the south eastern state cabinets at least let that also reflect one south and one nigeria. |
kaecy5: you are just a bleeped up dreamer. i know u dont have a bicycle.Just noticed something with my EOD, I have done the balancing and alignment severally but once I take off theirs this vibrations as if my tyre's are bad, I saw the engine seat have worn out, when I changed my brakes but I hope its only the engine seat that can cause this, and when I want to move it just doesn't want to attain maximum speed, only gradually, they were telling me it the transmission oil, any other idea's? I don't want to start spending aimlessly, less I forget any electrical person in the house |
In all sincerity makoko is an eye saw from direct defecation into the lagoon to the shanty structures along the water front on this same forum some time ago their was a fire out break that killed close to 3 people at makoko, including a pregnant woman and a 5yr old kid now their is about to be a power station which needs the water line, and their would be collateral deaths along that axis if they are not relocated on time if they don't know educated people should know better. |
