The man is right. Thorough reform is desirable but total ban could be bad except a new tactical unit would be floated by the police from the scratch. Plus the whole thing is about is a result of decades of organizational indiscipline and corruption. A total overhaul of the police force would do a lot of good |
It'd be good if Jegede and Agboola can work together. Despite the famed 'rejection' of Akeredolu, he still has his support base which could be enough to bring him in if neither of Jegede and Agboola gather enough. More like all three, will split the booty, only the one fortunate enough will get the win. All the best to Ondo people |
Working in a University can open up for opportunities for you in academics but caution here. Private Universities may no be as secure as they seem. You don't want to be thrown out because of some economic downturn. Looks like your secondary school job is secure. But you need to start thinking long term. Your fiancee's threat is quite unfortunate. You may have to do some careful evaluation of your relationship. I don't think it's fair you be backed to a corner like that. I don't think you should make a decision based on her threat. Although a patient explanation of your concerns is desirable. In the end, consider your options carefully and think about long term career goals too. I wish you God's best |
Ideologically, I do not agree nor disagree with Sandra. However, there was no attack in that comment. At the least she wasn't attacking Mr. Okoye. Not in any obvious way. Malicious reporting should be frowned at biko |
michlins:The survivor in the film you watched was a low level official. He won't be missed at the event. He had no contribution to it Even he didn't know he was the one So even if there was a d.s situation in Nigeria, it won't be that apparent. However bros, your Hollywood don dey plenty o ![]() |

Do you love your wife? Are you still interested in your marriage? Does she still love you? Your answer to those questions will guide you. Godspeed! |
The Ohanaeze should form its own party o. Really though, Power isn't enough to solve the Igbo's problem. The should look inwards |
ImaIma1:Wow... I was actually asking a harmless question here. And yeah someday soon, you will find out what's so special about me. Peace! |
But really, what's so special about journalists? |
This week will really put FFK in the spotlight. Hopefully he survives sha |
Sowore and his Sahara reporters are consistently pushing to be recognized as Nigeria's hero of democracy. A text message, (the guy's source of problem) the content of which has been delibrately removed from the report to sell a particular opinion could be offensive to the revered mornarch. At least it was DSS that whisked the guy and not the palace guards. I hope he finds a way out of this mess network providers put him into |
Mo3891:The kind who doesn't want his years in office riddled with violent skirmishes the transportation Union is known for. Commissioner was sacked. He didn't leave. And yeah the guys like Aregbesola who were commissioners in Lagos had superfluous performance in governance. |
Punch will respond. With evidence... BTW, a celeb shouldn't attack the media. It doesn't end well |
They just placed a target on her back with this publicity ![]() |
It will still depend on your subject combo in UTME. It also depends on the school. You can study any Basic Medical Science (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry etc) You can study Animal science or related courses (depending on school) You can also study Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics) I suggest you find out what exactly you want. I pray God leads you |

Hi I tracked my package from Ali express on PostNL and the last item was DELIVERY OF ITEM WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, prior to the last item was 'receive item at delivery office (lnb)' Someone said I should track it on NIPOST but it seems like the site is not going through. What do I do |
STARLESS NIGHT The blue sky fly away Taking its time, not in haste The sun goes to sleep In a hole monstrously deep The darkness fill the earth Swallowing whole what light is left For tonight is a starless night The crickets chirp in fear From tiny holes their cuticles can’t bear The frogs croak in terror From ponds where dark water pours The cockerels lay awake Not daring on their belly to lay For the night is a starless night See the tears of wise old men Rich in tactics of life and death Young men drop down weak Their strength down their groins leak Great tributaries down the cheeks of infants flow As they watch their limbs refuse to grow At the same time their mothers paced like hunting dogs Wailing and tearing as they are engulfed in the dark fog On the starless night When the night is nigh, men often go to families Their souls they deceive to rest Deep in shallow seconds of fleeing joys But it will not be tonight For the world’s low has turned crest So men stay awake hoping for dawn As they pray to survive the starless night Men's hearts in pieces burst And their souls are disturbed The blades keep coming The turbulent they not sparing Men as they bleed to death looked up and found dark And beheld the dead stars The moon is lost For tonight is a starless night Creation waits for the night to pass The cockerels stand on their feet With the sound almost on their beaks Men perch on their stools Their finger nails dug in their hard palms Waiting for time to pass And for the sun to rise It shall happen soon The starless night shall be behind. |
I got a new link on Monday and I completed the application on Tuesday. I also received a mail that application was successful on the same day. But today, I'm unable to log in. What should I do? |

Nnamdd1:OOOPPP! Ha! He's a Federal High Court Judge. Federal High Court. Feeederaaaal Hiiiigh Cooourt. You hear? |
Tonitelli:clap for yourself. But I can't find 'replacement for retiring judges', not in OP's post, not through the link provided. So be intelligent to give evidence showing that the newly appointed judges are replacements for the 'retiring' judges and not for the arrested ones...then we'll take it from there. Before then, enjoy your day |
Simple thing. These are Buhari's replacement for the ones he arrested. Whether found guilty or otherwise (which won't happen), the embattled Judges would go. In the long run, Buhari wasn't prosecuting 'corrupt' judges. No. He was trying to bring in judges who would suit his purposes. And he's finally succeeded. But as usual, some of you will hail the appointment and even qoute me. But I beg you if you'd spit nonsense, don't bother o. If you do, you'll get to know who a full blooded Ogbomoso man is. Walai. |
Oh no! Not again! |
