I can never become a landlord in Naija. My neighbor's tenant has refused to pack out despite not paying for years. Even after cutting off their power and water supplies, they're comfortably using the BQ. If you can't pay your rent, please move out of the house/apartment, and relocate to the village!

Say NO to those so-called pastors who always tell you that your brother, mother, or other family members is the WITCH hindering your progress. They destroy the love that should help the family to prosper.

And what's the minimum wage in the country? No fine on that list should be more than N2,000. Nigeria is not America, and it's only in America, Western European countries and Australia that you get fined upward of $100, and that's because the people can usually afford to pay up.

10. If you're a businessperson, come buy your wears, and return home.
11. Every woman here is a potential Oscar winner.
