1. If Stab is before inverter input then it is fine as it will ensure that the you get a stabilized voltage even when Vs is lower than expected

2. Using a 30A charge controller is more appropriate for your system

I had my inverter set up last year around March.

Set up include: Full River 12v 160Ah FAT battery from Ojota, 3x150W Solar Panels, 20A charger, and 600W PSW inverter.

Recently I noticed my battery drain too fast.

Without sun, a load of 100W could deplete my battery from a full charge (around 12.8V) to 11V in about 3 hours.

Is it high time I changed the battery?

I usually don't use it below 50% DoD.

After carefully gone through your post, I noticed that you are just about having power and durability & not other key features - i could be wrong but the advantage of getting a good hybrid is getting more interesting daily when compare with standalone

I don't understand your comment about surge, it is not so clear, experience with axpert-Voltronic & Growatt neither of this inverters have had it's inverting side broken before ..... Even when one was struck by lightning.

1.The most common problems noticed with Growatt is the charge controller breaking down in few cases or fan stop working - fix for TL inverter blow away dust regularly

2. Some reports have it that mosfets get blown and maybe board replacement due to
I. Surge from lightning - fix install genuine SPD
II. Over load of inverter - fix carefully size your breaker not to your inverter size but rather load size

Since you have the wiring diagram and all the accessories, Simply wire accordingly, AC input and Output must be connected together batteries must be connected to same bank.

Do all this before switching on the Power on the inverter.

But most conventional inverter overwrites the charger controller as they charge with higher voltage making your solar idle during sunny hours

My scope might be limited here as your choice isn't fully known but

1. If your fans can be changed to DC fans, then this is a game changer (30W max)

2. The prices listed here are not 100% realistic with current market prices except you plan on buying used equipment

3. Based educative guess that you might not use grid supply (Laptop -140W, fans -30W, lights -20W) A ceepro or 1000W - 500W pure some wave without charger should be okay

4. If you plan a 450W panel (150W x3) with a 100Ah battery, 30A PWM & inverter as aforementioned

Your battery and your loads will both be happy as your loads will be more reliant on solar rather than battery

5. This will cost more than your present budget except you plan and make things modular then make do with your budget and upgrade later

Since your battery is 24V lithium, that is what your charge controller sees, and your battery also being 3s or 4s at 12V (x2) for a 24V system

The main thing i see here is your solar panels, it is observed that panels with Trina solar slapped on them from Alaba, there is a 50/50 chance it is

1. Used panel sent over from abroad

2. It has dropped its power due to long time in service or as Dam5reey as said it is a 12V panel falsely labelled as 24V

In short there is no potential flow of power from your panels down to battery,

Try and series your panels together to achieve higher voltage as that should be able to charge your battery ... 50V or higher I guess is the Voc of your Controller so two in series should work with no problem

The battery is Lithium so I think it only does the auto switching for Lead acid batteries and does not support 24v for Lithium .

I'd revert the connection to 12v and plan towards the MPPT.

Let's assume you
1. Plan to charge with grid and solar - your inverter will charge your battery at bulk/absorption but at float it won't make sense to charge with it being a pre-program parameters

Seek for an inverter with editable parameters or continue to use your inverter but never use grid to charge since you don't plan to monitor

2. Assuming your charge controller is editable, your panels is enough to charge your batteries without loads

3. Since your loads is unknown in your quote, it is safe to assume it abides by 50% DoD of your LA Batteries else you might undersize for the lithium battery too

4. LiFePO4 is a safer chemistry over Li-ion so there is little to zero chance of explosion while charging

5.if yoir battery is built with a good BMS then you only need to install and forget while focusing on productive activities
