Yes, u got the information through the help of internet, but the update on the aftermath is quite unnecessary and childish GTb should be proud of the decisive way he handled this matter. Their company orientation and training must be be very solid. |

Divoc: https://dailytrust.com/herdsmen-southwest-doesnt-want-to-accommodate-other-tribes-gov-muhammed Very stupid talk. The strength of the SW lies in its ability to accommodate others. Right from freed slaves who arrived via Sierra Leone (remember that not all the freed slaves who ended up settling in Lagos were ethnic Yoruba) to those getting off night buses today. Since the 50s, "returnees" (people who studied, worked or did business abroad for extended periods and bring with them new ideas and ways of doing things) have also been accommodated by the SW. No region can prosper to International standards without a certain level of accommodation. Its as simple as that. |

You didn't build refineries in the 1970's, 80's, 90's or even early 2000's but now that fuel cars are being phased out and renewable energy is gaining massive boost globally, that is when the craze for refinery got into their head!
You're talking about AFcta but you forgot that heavily subsidized refineries built all over the middle East, Asia and developed world will equally channel their excess capacity to Africa. How can they compete?
Why can't they spend these monies in building power plants considering that Nigeria has a massive deficit in it?

Tumbulum: yes everything does not end in having $$$$ in your account. His contributions have helped humanity. Same with Albert Einstein: he was not rich even with his knowledge. Rarely are knowledgeable people very rich but their discoveries have helped and its still helping humanity. Yes everything doesn't have to end in riches but its really sad for someone that great to have died almost a destitute. He was terribly used by people like Thomas Eddison (Founder of General Electric and others) who became a multi millioniare and his company and family are still reaping the wealth till today. Tesla's story is often used when teaching people the morals around "Using the wisdom, knowledge, and legwork of other people to further your own cause". |

I've said it before. You can't have any reasonable debate once certain groups are involved - Igbo, Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba. They will bait each other in, ethnic slurs will start and the whole point of the thread will be derailed. How did this thread go from this - Cashsteady: Still don't know the reason many Nigerians love to downgrade their country and tend to hype other countries...
Have watched videos of lots of African countries on YouTube mostly the over hyped R country with Namibia and bostwana.. Honestly I see nothing worth celebrating in this countries they all look like on over hyped piece of town.
Namibia is kinda a big country yet still has most of it's part underdeveloped.. Even the overyhped windohek that was probably developed by the German is still surrounded by slums.. Just a few expanse of the city is developed the rest are just bushes with good roads.. Same with the R country 50% of Kigali is slum and Kigali is not even better than Abuja in Nigeria but the media won't let us rest with hype..
The only Africa cities developed in my own opinion are
johansaburg Nairobi Cape Town Abijan Addis Ababa Daa res Salem Luanda Lagos Cairo Pretoria Algiers kinasha Accra
The rest Re just too overrated.. To this - plaindealer: [s][/s]
Sadly for you, the only shithole in Nigeria is your Abia, the dirtiest and the most polluted city in the world is Onitsha, the 3 most dirtiest places on the surface of the earth are in SE, Nigeria namely Onitsha, Umuahia and Aba.
Basically when you call Nigeria a shithole, you are talking about yourself and your own states in the SE.
Btw, do you people actually think your shithole states, towns and villages in the SE are not part of Nigeria or you actually think they are Dubai?
You people and delusions sha.

His mother is from Edo State (Idonije) but certainly raised in Lagos. Probably her mother was Yoruba. But hey, does it matter? We fool ourselves a lot in Nigeria. Personally I will describe Burna as PH/Lagos boy. Why do people obsess over roots when it's the environment that one grows up in that shapes one the most? If someone was born in Warri, all levels of schooling in Warri, still lives in Warri, talks and behaves like a Warri person, then why should it matter that he's parents are from Akwa Ibom state? |
