Yeah, you can get a permit. If you rent an apartment for a year/two or you get a sponsor to file for you-if that's your question.
Now consult other threads about Life in Turkey.

FamilyRe: My Husband Has Idolised Me And Now I'm Fed Up. Need Help by optimusprime2(m): 3:29am On Nov 26, 2015
I carefully read your whole writeup, hence my whole quote... Firstly (Pardon me for being Blunt) I think you are quite a Naive, selfish and shallow woman who is insensitive to a man as delicate natured as your husband- for a start, I believe you are a christian, go and read the book of Proverbs chapter 31 vs 10-31 it should give you insight of the role of a good wife.
Many women pray for the kind of man you have as a husband, and here you are complaining about what you have... A wife is a friend, a partner, a buddie et al, apparently you have'nt carved out that Niche for your husband, because you have already viewed and tagged him as a weakling.
Secondly You lack the caring instinct of a mother; if you did, you would have known how to adjust your husband to fit your specs, with Love. Cant you see he is as a child to you? I wonder how you would care for kids with special needs with an attitude of insensitivity like this...
Thirdly, you are inconsiderate; Because you know that's how he is and yet you choose to exploit his shortcomings/weaknesses, then complain in the end- You should be ashamed of yourself.
Fourthly, You are the solitary lady- basically you love doing your thingys alone. It's unfortunate you married a man who values company and companionship, now in marriage, the definition of you is "Selfish" because all you lookout for is "You" ... sorry girl thats the picture I see.
Fifth, Your perspective of marriage is so shallow... And I have a deep pity for you because you still think marriage is post courtship, an indirect reflection of your psychological immaturity (Geez I'm really sorry for the bluntness but I just cant help it)
Sixth, You are just not romantic period.... (A wife beater would have suited you just fine)
If you think people will come and sympathize with you here on Nairaland for your woes and complaints on this matter, you are wrong, very wrong .... Go and analyse your shortcomings woman and fix up your marriage.
Overall I feel bad for your husband- it's really not his fault. He married a girl not a woman. (Sorry girl just being blunt)
TravelRe: Which Country Can I Relocate To With 500k? by optimusprime2(m): 1:07am On Nov 26, 2015
kay29000:
Thank you. A lot of people have been telling me Dubai (UAE) is a good place to relocate to. Please, can you break it down for me. Please give me some more details.
500 grand, is not enough... Because by the time you workout your visa and flight ticket, you will be left with almost nothing, remember BTA is very important, asides UAE, some countries require you hold a BTA of about 1000$ before you are allowed entry, so in such circumstances remember to include your BTA funds for such expeditions.
Secondly, if you had more Funds, it would have been advisable to apply to a university and obtain a more solid residential grounds/basis to stay in the country you would like to work, other than just flying without aim to an unknown place which could render you extremely vulnerable to anything. Please think this out carefully and have a well carved out plan/strategy as immigrating is a huge decision. Even The so called Dubai, could be a Nightmare if your plan is not clearly cut out, many have regretted going to Dubai because they just flew there aimlessly for menial jobs. #Thinkwell

Mr Clueless ;
Have u heard of visa free countries being directly proportional to your passport? A British passport brings it's holder visa free to Nigeria.
Between me and you, who is "The Clueless one"?

https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/nigeria/entry-requirements

http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/gb/en/travel-information/getting-into-the-country/nigeria-visa.html
The only countries in the world visa free to Nigeria are Ecowas countries and select African countries like Cameroon, Maroc, and Kenya (Kenyans are given Visa on entry), all other countries require visas for short stay or permits for long stays from the Nigerian embassy.
Now please, stop and I repeat stop posting trash online, people actually read these and have wrong impressions ... British, Canadians Aussies even Americans need a visa to Nigeria ok??

Jarus:
Neither of them can win it. Musa was 8th in Africa last year, not sure he can make Top 10 this time around.

I'm surprised Obafemi Martins didn't make this 37 man first list. The guy has been in blistering form in MLS since last season scoring 17 goals last season and about 14 already this term.

Shows CAF Technical committee members only watch European leagues
it seems you are unaware of the criteria that underlines a player has to be an "active" member of his national team/squad in order to be a CAF nominee... Unfortunately, martins does not qualify on that regard

TravelRe: Turkey Or Cyprus For Study And Work? by optimusprime2(m): 10:35am On Oct 07, 2015
Damolux01:
Lately, I started creating interest in these two countries since studying there is relatively low compared to UK, USA and Canada. But I've read series of threads here about both countries. I would appreciate a well detailed and educating response to where makes more sense to study as a Nigerian putting factors such as:
1. Scholarship opportunity
2. Low cost and good standard of living
3. Low tuition fee or waiver
4. Study and work opportunity
5. World Wide Recognition of certs
6. Hospitality etc into consideration. Thanks!
Yes there are schools in Turkey and North Cyprus with scholarship opportunities, yes the cost of living in Turkey and North Cyprus is generally low compared to most E.U countries, yes tuition fees may be considered lower in Turkey and North Cyprus when compared to tuition fees across some parts of Europe as for the waiver well it depends on your schools policies...
Now, as for Jobs in Turkey and North Cyprus, heck Naaaaw there are no jobs- just forget about it, Turkish people even travel to Cyprus to find jobs and to think that there are no jobs in Cyprus.
As for recognition of certs not all schools in Turkey and North Cyprus have such accredited standards except for the major schools, so the school you intend to enrol in must be carefully selected.
As for hospitality, Turkish people are friendly and accommodating but with occasional attitude problems, while Cypriots are peaceful and hospitable but closed minded however it would do you good to Learn Turkish if you intend to sojourn there.
Hope you have been answered.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: My Disastrous Banking Job Interview On The 5th Of October 2015 by optimusprime2(m): 3:30am On Oct 07, 2015
espionagesavvy:
A top recruitment agency was recruiting for the bank at enugu. I arrived at the venue very early and sat in a small room with the few persons that had arrived, after a while people trickled in until the room was filled and the seats fully occupied, people had to stay outside, when the time for the interview was upon us, one of the officials of the recruitment agency came and addressed us about the importance of marketing to the bank, our careers, and to us as young people ( we didn't apply for marketing position, they didn't inform us on the role we would be interviewed for nor the name of the bank). The very funny stuff was that the job seekers were all in suit, sweating profusely, but none could muster the courage to put on the ceiling fan, when I asked the man closest to the switch to do so, he simply replied, "o boy u no get leg to waka go put am"

The interview.

This was my first interview, so I was a little nervous but excited, I had nothing to lose, they either accept me or reject me, I told myself people go to war and they don't shit their pants, I was just going to face a human not a tiger and have a constructive talk with the person. Names where been called, I didn't want to seat, I stood outside the room with some very nervous ladies and gents and they really appeared nerve wrecked, jittering and scared, I decided that I would not appear frightened, and that was the mistake I made..
It got to my turn, I walked into the office and faced my nemesis, my interviewer sparked

" MR Man who told you to enter in the first place, you are supposed to stand in the doorway until I give you permission to enter"

I apologized immediately and was asked to sit and then hand my cv over.

The first question, "mr man, what is your name" Sir my name is Ambrose ochuko

"Tell me about yourself"

I had practiced this question numerous times, so I was really eloquent. He laughed after I was done, and said " oboy you cram this thing". No sir I didn't, I had prepared myself for this question and the likes sir, I prepared myself for the interview Sir..

So you said you were the best in your class right? Yes sir I replied.

"What course?" International studies and diplomacy sir,

He laughed again, "you have entered my trap because I would ask you difficult questions and you are expected to give me the correct not near correct answers.

Tell me about the foreign policy of obasanjos government in 2000."

Sir, nigeria during the regime of general sani abacha from 1993 to 1998 was regarded as a pariah state, obasanjo tried to reintroduce nigeria as a responsible member of the global committee of nations and....

"stop there, you are speaking Grammer for me, what is pariah, eh..".

pariah sir is..."

shut up, I know it..

"You have failed that one" but sir I protested, "see i won't argue with you, continue speaking Grammer, I liked this, he said with a very ominous laughter, the lady sitting with him joined in the laughter, I felt weak..

"Your next question is tell me the origin of the igbos?"

No problem sir, I started, the igbos originate from the volta congo region in africa, they..

"wait there is that it, are you sure you did your african history well, university of Benin abi, are you sure you even graduated"...
Is that the only origin of the igbo race,

sir, there are traditions of origins which postulate that the igbos are from Israel and also another which say that the progenitor of the igbo people came from the sky, but these are just hemitic hypotesis and the latter is just untrue,

" who told you that the igbos are not from Israel eh, you don't have the right to say that, what do you think you know" I just tire..

Em, he turned to the lady and asked if she had any questions for me, to which the lady looked at me as if I was fart or even poo, a demeaning look with a laughter replied, Abegi no questions.

"Well what can someone who studied international studies and diplomacy do in a bank sef" Sir I began, international stu... "I have heard you, you can now go, we will get back to you..

I was disappointed not that I knew I had lost the job, but the total disregard of professionalism the recruiting office displayed. So if i may advise you, if you are seeking a job opportunity, don't appear confident, simply be downbeat and downtrodden. My first job interview was a total disaster but I learned valuable lessons from the episode.
Funny enough, you may get the job...
I heard of someone who had a similarly grueling interview, but ended up getting the job.
They could have been measuring your ability to work under pressure without cracking your composure.
