If it won't be abused, I think it's a very good strategy to buffer Nigeria's economy... Since Nigeria has got a high population index, it's really not a bad Idea for that High population index to invest in the country... After all, the UK taxes like no man business... I see a social security scheme or a similar structure starting up in Nigeria, with a strategy like this in the works. If only other sectors like Telecommunications, Transportation and Entertainment *sectors that a large chunk of the demographic patronize* be taxed like this, and the funds used judiciously I.E clearing off debts and used for the development of infrastructure and esp power... Chai Nigeria will become Dubai overnight. The problem is Nigerians love free things and that mentality makes people lazy, lack innovation and become complainers... You see they will all complain about 50N paid to the govt as if they are Senegalese or Congolese citizens, but if the government pays them 50N a day, without knowing how and which sector generated the 50N, Buhari will have an automatic 2nd tenure even if he is senile... Tchai Nigerians... Una too complain. These are the same people calling for a diversified economy..... Na waah o The day this "Free/awoof" mentality leaves Nigerians, The country will really become one of the worlds top 10. Imagine if a country makes over 2.5Billion NGN a day for 3yrs... If the government is good, tell me how that country will still remain the same ?? ?? |
wirinet:Who told you Iran's economy fared well without an oil market? Were you there? Do you have any idea that Iran's currency literally was screwed up? Inflation was the order of the day in Iran. Lemme spell it to you, as of early 2015, 1 Nigerian Naira = 300 Iranian Rials ... Even now Nigeria's currency took a hit and nose dived, 1NGN = 151 Iranian. Rials Iran is just gathering momentum now. Please, Iran is a bad example to state for Nigeria to emulate regarding a diversified economy non dependent on a thriving oil market |
worry359:lol! I know right... But on a serious note, in the regard of picking up a legit visa, it's far easier getting from Nigeria than Turkey. |
JJCE:Something you should know, it's easier to Directly migrate from Nigeria to Germany, than from Turkey to Germany, if you are trying to mean legit. If you ask why? The same reason it's easier to directly migrate to USA from Nigeria compared to migrating from Mexico to USA, being legit. |
Well, if it's coming from the "Lie man" himself, then I don't believe it, Shikena! ![]() |
Vicjustice:You mean; "Çabuk-Çabuk" lol... I loved your synopsis though. It reminds me of a time I was told there was a job vacancy which was urgent and would need my skills, mhaaaan I was soooo thrilled... I wore my best tux, shoes and sprayed my retro V.I Givenchy I had been saving for special days, took my CV and copies of my diplomas and put em in an envelope, while I practiced by best Turkish lines behind a mirror (using an Istanbul accent) looooool! Only for me to arrive the place and behold... I saw a construction site, ol boy! They were waiting for me to remove my tux and start lifting cement bags. The Turkish guy shouted at me in Turkish "You think this is a beauty pageantry! Take those things off and flex some muscles" amanakoim!.... Lol! very funny but I must say, those Çabuk-Çabuk jobs are very crazy, most assuredly you would be slave driven for between 30-50TL a day. |
The only way is to go to Algeria or RSA ... Croatian embassies are there |
fados4sure:Yes you are right! But this guy is more like "are we there yet?".... "are we there yet?". ... "are we there yet?" ... "are we there yet?" ... It's getting frustrating. Wip7 gave a very illustrated answer that anyone who is asking genuinely would have been addressed adequately... but this guy is still asking THE SAME QUESTION... |
onatisi:Mhaaaan I am exhausted the guy is a case.... I can't believe after all the illustrative explanations esp by Wip7 he is still asking the same questions... mheeeeeeeeeeeeen I tire |
euroboy95:Gerçecten, sen çok buyuk sorun yaaaa... Hala hala |
Daddy, I hail o... |
cocolacec:No, it's not possible... They sent the passport to NIS, because the owner won a German lottery. Soon the embassy will call and give an invitation for a German passport and dinner with Angela Merkel. They will even issue the flight ticket free and award a German Bachelors degree. Mtcheew... |
mysticgal:*feeling bad* |
mysticgal:How can I forget you my strawberry shortcake, apple dumpling, Banana Santana, Chocolate Pumpkin, Raisin Toffee, Apricot Croissant, Bonbon de bonbon, Peach nectarine, latte de glasse, banofee pie... Chai why? |
mysticgal:Because I saw an exhibition, not saying it was but they sure did fit a description |
justwise:Please tell him, because I am too exhausted to start explaining. |
realonetommy:Who is this Person?? Like really what is this?? Just because you have either WiFi connection or a data subscription either free or paid, doesn't mean you should post absolutely misleading statements for people to get mislead. I really find this very disturbing |
mysticgal:was I wrong? |
cubicc:Yes oooo, even Morocco, Libya, Tunisia and Algeria and Saudi-Arabia are Visa free ... #Laughing... Puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhleeeeeaaaaaazzzzzzeee ... Go to the Egyptian Embassy and find out their requirements for visa. Visafree ke... Lol |
cozybunch:I am laughing in French right now.... It seems you have no Idea of American labour laws. I am not saying it's impossible, but it is almost impossible- look at it this way; She said she studied Civil engineering, unless nobody in the whole of America studied Civil Engineering (Which is impossible) before the company will assume she suits a position. Even if she had a Phd in Civil Engineering, H1 Visa's are not easily filed for, unless on very rare occasions. It's only Canada I know that makes skilled labour hiring look easy, but USA naaaaaaaaaah... If you ain't in the US, fuhgedabowrit. |
My Sister, I will say the truth, unless you are a highly skilled expert in a unique field, say Nuclear Weapons expert or a Huge Coy in the US like Exxon Mobil, Microsoft or even NASA files for you, an H1 Visa is not a jollof rice affair "From Nigeria" ... Even if all conditions are met, basically the coy files for you etc, those folks at the US Embassy are another hurdle. Trust me, it's easier going to Canada from Nigeria as a skilled worker. |
How many times Dem go talk? |
jstbeinhonest:My fing is if I function in the capacity of an important role due to merit and reputation as a citizen of a country and Nigeria tries to gain some credit from my ascension in service via the press... I sure will press charges. Nonsense... #Hawwwwwwks #Spitsonthread #Walksaway |
I really hate this, SHE AIN'T NIGERIAN, SHE'S AN AMERICAN... DON'T YOU GET IT?? |
But that's not new... They have been doing that already. |
He may be of Nigerian descent, but he is a full blooded American. Nigerian press should stop laying claim. He is an American. |
If this Shiite leader is released and Nnamdi Kanu is still errrrrrrrh... "no news about him" Nigeria may be in for some internal "Wahala" .... |
foxrun32:Find The Lord Jesus Christ, fill your heart up, then talk to her about Christ... You will never run out of words. P.S Thank me later |
It's a shame... Such a shame |
It is now I see the intelligence of Madame Dr Ngozi Okonjo Iweala... That woman is truly a brain. |
wow... In a Land of Joblessness and a time of Body movement, the destiny of a country lies on the hand of an old man, his name.... |
euroboy95:If you have the money to rent an apartment for a year or two- about 6000$+ depending on the kind of apt, that can facilitate the processing of a resident permit because you signed a tenant contact for a certain duration. your sponsor is who files for you on this occasion, e.g your Job, your host, your school, your club(if you are a footballer) , your brothel (if you are a love-vendor)... do you understand? Now consult other threads please |
