Traveling abroad is huge investment and it must have genuine purpose and sustainable target/s. Why not start groundnut farming in Nigeria till ASUU resumes their strike? you can learn how to do coated groundnut and package it well than wasting this 800k on unfeasible voyage...Is just an advise though! Anyway 800K wont do you anything in Cyprus you may as well try closer and cheaper countries like Ghana if you must leave your country!

The authentication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs actually has a Validity period, after which it expires because the Authentication stamping/seal is done on a photo-copy but the one from the ministry of Education is a one all i.e once your Original Educational certificate is Authenticated, you are clear unless you need to authenticate a different one. Though the Authenticated photo-copies from M.O.E have a validity period as well.
But I think your authentications from M.O.F.A have'nt expired yet if you did them early this year.

Now to answer your question, its ₦300 to Authenticate per document, so if you are authenticating 2 documents, its ₦300 X 2 which is ₦600, which you will pay at the respective banks of Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign affairs.
Besides you'd be very Lucky to have them done this coming week with the mad crowd that you'd bump into at this time (esp after the Sallah break)

You authenticate your Documents at M.O.E(ministry of education)-Secretariat and M.O.F.A(ministry of Foreign affairs) both @Abuja, then you are set 4 the Embassy.
