I am a married feminist. The idea that marriage and feminism cannot coexist is ridiculous. I guess to justify your anger at women wanting to treated as an equal to you, you give feminism a bad name. People like Rosie O'Donnel are not the face of feminism. Simply put it is putting women on an equal social standing as men. Anything else you wish to add comes from your own bigoted imagination. |
I really don't know much about weaves but is "brazillian hair" really from te head of a brazillian woman? |
Thereis obviously more to it. Whenever I hear someone being referred to as a scatter brain I think ADHD. I also agree with what LadyT has added about the not eating on time. Maybe she needs to go to school hungry for a while. Skipping breakfast never killed anyone. As for the stealing and lying it is possible that she got away with that with Mama all her life. I don't know that beating her to a pulp will help that but she has to be understand that there will be consequences and you need to follow through on each one. Please do not give up on her. Her father and mother already did and even you finally taking her might even feel like another person also gave up on her |
Sounds like yeast. Still go see a doctor especially if you are sexually active. Why do Nigerians call yeast infections toilet disease. You do not catch it from a toilet. after your doctor has confirmed that it is yeast you need to educate yourself on how to not get it again |
^^^ from the look of it, it seems like she was trying to 'please' the aunty, sort of like showing/proving to her " aunty, you see im not that kind of girl you think i am" kind of it, giving that the aunty never liked her from the beginning.
I get what she was trying to do but it back fired and she deserves it. That technique never works. She set herself up for failure. Are the other family members that warned her stupid? The other big part is intuition. It was obvious but she felt she could fix it. If you feel that you are a good person then just be yourself. People who appreciate honesty and kindness will accept you. Those that cannot accept you unless you go out of yoru way to draw them in will NEVER accept you. Furthermore if you have to brown nose to get their acceptance then be ready to face whatever comes when you stop brown nosing. |
I am sorry but the wife has to take some blame here. People always start what they cannot finish. The aunty should never have come to the house. They had enough warning. Even the man crying for his "baby" did not want the aunty initially. Then the woman came and the over desperate wife started what she couldnot finish and was cooking a different soup everyday. When she found out that she could not realistically keep up with the demands she became overwhelmed. People like this aunty are like wild animals on the prowl. They can smell fear and this woman basically fed them the idea that she is desperate enough to put up with poo. Anyway I hope she has learned her lesson. A close friend of mine went through the same thing. hers was worse because it was her mother in law. She has learned now but I know the relationship has been affected forever. |
I hope he put the house in her name o ![]() |
I like this dress but I saw her ein something else on CNN and that dress was ooooooooooooooooooogly. It looked like a prom dress from the mall. It was that bad. This dress is okay though I don't know if it is appropriate for anything that is not a wedding and before 6pm |
Why did I come in here? |
So the woman already has one marriage that possibly ended in divorce and she wants you to leave yoru wife so that you can be her second experiment. One thing that men do not understand is that if a woman wants you she will do every single thing she can to get you. Until she has you. you will realize then that she is a human being just like the other woman who you totally devastated when you walked away. The sad part is that you have children involved. I hope you get wise and snap out of it before it is too late |
Honestly when I saw "democracy is expensive" I thought I was going to be reading about paying taxes and things like that. This fool is talking about his salary. I tire for una country sha |
She has the look though |
simpleseyi:Go and sleep. Your advice just sound like the advice of a typical lazy christian |
Siena:Thank you abeg. It's refreshing to hear a Nigerian man online actually admit that she is simply sexy. Usually you will hear things like yuck but when you show Mercy's pictures to Island guys and Americans the first thing they ask is "Is she your cousin" LOL. I should start collecting money and lying that she is my cousin |
hackney:But they say the brown sugar he has at home has a hot temper. Gene better watch her back LOL |
I first came 1 week early |
Have very angry sex ![]() |
Why? I still don't understand why NYSC is a must. Scrap it until they come up with something better. Guns indeed. This is just ridiculous |
vanitty:I don't understand why they tend to usually be this way. When you bring your spouse from back home and you know she knows no soul in this country. usually the loneliness gets almost to the point of her almost losing her mind. A friend of mine told me how another friend of hers used to fake illness so that her husband would not go to work. At first I thought "oh grow up" but when you think of the fact that she has been in the house for 6 good months with 2 children and no outside communication whatsoever then you can understand why she would quite literaaly go mad. This can obviously add to the mans frustration obviously. I personally believe that when you bring a spouse from Nigeria it is your responsibility to help them assimilate. Push them to do for themselves but do not demean them or ignore their feelings of inadequacy. After all they were happy in Nigeria before they made the sacrifice to come join you overseas |
agabaI23:Which one is inni LOL |
xreal:It is not an exxageration. A female manager in Nigeria made her staff do it. It was in the news and I believe it was even discussed on this website. Maybe the hands up and closee yoru eyes was not part of it LOL but they were actually told to do so. |
ojubi:Geez. This is why I thank God that I did not have to go through work in Nigeria. With my mouth I know I probably would not have been able to hold a job. From the male bosses that will not give you a job if you do not sleep with them to the ones that their will slap you if you do not greet them everytime you see them to the ones that will command the whole office to kneel down, hands up, and close your eyes and the list goes on and on. I would just happily sit at home so that I will not accidentally kill somebody |
Poor man ![]() |
Obviously the man has some serious issues complaining about her accent. Did he not marry a Nigerian. I bet he even corrects her with a think accent too. "Gerraway from hia you dis woman. You cannot even say warra correctly" SMH |
I will say "your mama" Really though whay sort of boss would call an employee silly. |

. The things we read on here. That man is very wicked, he is nit-picking on something you have no control over - your accent.
