Goshen I went back to your post and there is no scripture there that says masturbation is a sin. It is what you believe and you are twisting the word to support it. Why not show were it says that you should not get pleasure from touching yourself. What if you are married. Is it still a sin? Would it be a sin if I touched myself and my husband was out of town. Please just show me a scripture that I can read that says clearly that masturbation is a sin. The Bible talks clearly on adultery and fornication so please I am waiting to read it. I think what people do not understand is that when they quote their own scripture to prove a point that is not there it makes christians come across as liars and generally dishonest. Why can't we say something liek the Bible does not say that but I choose of my own free will not to do it. Just like me choosing not to drink. Drinking is not a sin per say but it does nto edify the body in anyway so I choose not to drink. Lets be real here |
So many pages. Masturbation is not a sin. I read the first few pages and no one could come up with a scripture that supports their belief that masturbation is a sin. I might start paying attention to this man more because I know he is not afraid to tell the truth even if he knows that people with their opinions of what is right or wrong might boycott him. |
May their souls rest in peace |
It's pretty scary that you can board a flight without your ID. Do they at least check it somehow before you get on a plane. In this day and age everybody should be verified before they fly |
princesca:Emm please what is your definition of a mistake. On top of that you even had to bring the bible into it. What did Jesus tell the adulterous woman. He said go and sin no more. He said it not me. You are the one also quoting not me. While TuSperm is proposing to this one the other one is knocked up getting ready to drop another one. No one is judging just a little irritated when people quote the Bible to support nonsense |
fuke:His clothes were taken from him. How many people do you know that wear two layers of clothes. So what if he is not the only one that was disciplined. What does that have to do with anything. So it makes it right. Sorry I don't feel sorry for the teacher. I am glad he did not die from the beating but I don't have time to feel sorry for him. I am sure other students that don't have mad parents have suffered worse at his hands. |
Thanks Ajalenkoko. Your post will help the OP and anyother person with a similar issue in the future. Hopefully they can find it on page 15 where it ended ![]() |
I love how people can be so off point about issues. Tunde got flogged blah blah blah. A grown as.S young man was stripped. Maybe the teacher should have been spared the beating. They should have just stripped him naked. There are many issues going on here. The student is not a saint. His father is a lost cause and the teacher is a useless hooligan. He has no business teaching anywhere. I am opposed to teachers spanking kids anyway but this case was worse. The young man was flogged until he fell on the floor and then stripped of his clothes. Who does that ?? I still maintain that if this boy was mad like everybody wants to paint him to be his father would not need to be there for him to assault that teacher. I know a young lady here in the states that started having seizures after a teacher in Nigeria hit her on the head with a branch. She is here in the states now and it is sad to see what she goes through. If her father had come in a hot the teacher on the head too people will say the father is an as.S. Of course her father was just a poor village man so what do you expect. |
All human beings have the tendencies to cheat. It is up to every individual to decide if they will or not |
It's not today that he started wearing nail polish though I have never seen it so bright |
May God bless their union |
https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-860265.0.html Here it is. The teacher said that their slippers and uniforms were seized. In a normal adult/child situation I would not even ask but because it was a Nigerian teacher I had to ask if they stripped them of the only clothes they had on. You cannot humiliate someones child like that. I have little kids but no teacher can strip my child and not suffer consequences. Not saying the father is right afterall his grown ass son cannot speak english but the fact that the boy did not beat up the teacher says a lot. I am sure he could have. Probably stronger. He did not. He called his father who like every father on earth would be pissed to know that their child was publicly stripped. he just gave the teacher a taste of his own medicine |
Please post the news and the link as this report seems to have only the testimony of the boy innit
I'll try to find it but I read it on this forum. |
jidewin:The teacher himself said the boy and his gang of friends were hanging out at the back of the school. Then he saw that they were not dressed appropriately he told them to remove their clothes. The boy apparently refused. That is coming from the teachers mouth. The teacher is a hooligan. |
Anybody who uses cycling shorts as underwear is nasty. White, black or pink. It does not mater the persons color. I am not sure how this became a white/black thing. It is nasty to replace your underwear with those things. Unless of course she has underwear on then why are we even still arguing about this |
I said this on the initial thread about this boys father coming in as asking him to beat up his teacher. The teacher bascally stripped the students. In fact the teacher himself admitted it. The reason why the father asked the boy to beat up the teacher was to teach him to feel the same shame and abuse he caused the boy. It is a shame that this boy cannot speak english even at this stage in his life. SMH. Nigeria is in trouble |
Here we go again. Traditionally in the US the man pays for the first date. In fact if the woman insist on paying for a first date that you asked her out on you should not count on seeing her again. She is clearly telling you that she does not want you to feel obligated to take on the role of being her man LOL. Sheesh. Unless of course it was not a romantic date. I do agree though that our culture of bleeding men dry financially needs to be eradicated. Even for the benefit of women. set yourself up so that you do not have to be reduced to waiting for you man to pay your phone bills and pay to get yourhair done. |
tlops:I agree. I have seen a few cases like that. I believe that that it might have to do with the way they were force fed the culture and brainwashed with it. |
If they want their booty to not move so much then they should get spanx. It is different fabric. cycling shorts to the best of my knowledge is not even lined properly like a regular panty is. There is no way that could replace underwear and be hygienic |
dayokanu:How many of them do your know personally. Not just the ones you work with. How many of them have you vacationed with and discussed personal marital issues with. You say all that then turn around and use Rick Santorum's wife as an example. She is a housewife. She can have 7 kids and will still be able to manage. She has no other ambition besides that and that is fine but please don't get it twisted. Just don't get all simple all of a sudden. Stick with it |
n wa oh. Meanwhile the other one is pregnant with his child. |
See delusions. Of course white women cook. They cook balogna sandwiches and their husbands eat it and say thank you. The avearge time it takes to cook an average Nigerian meal is nothing compared to slapping two slices of bread together and adding a slice od cheese. It is not really a matter of if white women cook or not. At the end of the day it comes down to the culture. Western culture is more supportive of equality in a marriage partnership. Those saying that Okongo Iweala and Akunliyi cook for their husbands all I have to say to you is that if they are really spending the time required by their positions then they are 100% not cooking for her their husbands. How long was Okonjo Iweala not even living in the same country as her husband. Something that the typical western woman will never do unless in extreme cases. I see everybodys point but lets just keep it real. When the average Nigerian chick with no children already has thoughts of getting a maid it is Akunliyi and Okonjo Iweala that will not have one. SMH. Also in the spirit of keeping it real it is a fact that white married women tend to sit home for a while and sometimes and I would even say many times in my experience indefinitely. White women embrace more the idea of staying home and not working even when the husband does not make that much. Typically they also will handle the family expenses. The man knows what they spend based on what wifey says will be spent. I know the typical Nigerian man will see this as bossy but the man himself for the most part just see it as a role in keeping the family above water. This is the reality for the majority of americans. The middle class that a just getting by. |
Your husband is lucky ![]() |

Some things will never change |
I don't subscribe to spending the whole weekend in the kitchen either but it really should not be this complicated. If you get back from work at about 8pm everyday then your husband really should be part of this process. What in the world are you guys going to do when the babies start coming. Sometimes I wonder how my husband and I survived the first couple of years but looking back now I realized that we ran the home like a freaking military operation. Everything was planned in advance for everything to run smoothly but we did it all together. |
