What exactly do you mean by development? What's your yard stick for measuring development and how reliable can this yardstick be used in the comparison of development between two or more territories? The Human Development Index (HDI) is an established and well defined index of measuring development. It has been used to measure the development of Nigeria and States within Nigeria, so it's better to compare States based on the HDI ranking. Showing pictures of selected best 1-5 roads in a State and comparing it with the worst often old pictures of another State is not an acceptable unbiased way of comparing development among States. It's just pure childish tool of tribal bigots. kingzizzy: Lagos and Abuja are former and current capital territories respectively and recieved massive government investment that made both what they are. No state can compare to both in terms of development
However, besides Lagos and Abuja, there is no state in Nigeria that can claim to be more developed than Anambra
Development is not how large your state is or the size of its IGR. Its all about infrastructure on the ground.
Anambra could be the only state in Nigeria that has 3 cities, Onitsha, Nnewi and Awka.
Outside the two capital territories, no state in Nigeria can claim to be more developed than Anambra |

Bros, Goodluck Jonathan belongs to the past. Buhari has been president since 2015 and he will be president till 2023. The past, no matter how sweet or bitter it may be, belong to the past. You can't be living in the past and expect to make progress. So, move on and plan to make the future better. All these your rantings about the 2015 election and which Region to (erroneously) blame for it is beginning to cast doubts about your mental status (no pun intended). Even Dr Goodluck Jonathan has moved on, Bayelsa State has moved on, The Ijaw People has moved on, The S/South has also moved on. However, you still seemed stuck in 2015. Modarun: and what did the south East Del for when Buhari picked one of their own as his running mates twice? In 2003(chuba okadigbo) and in 2007?. Even if they even did at least only a compound fool would still believe Buhari we have exoereinced in any way better than Goodluck on any grounds. Even sef i rather follow and vote a man for trying to emulate the iconic detribalized Zik than follow or fall for Buhari cos "he is sick and will soon die and Osibanjo our son will be sworn in". |

1990: Atiku was campaigning for the Governorship of the defunct Gondola State. The State was divided the following year into Adamawa & Taraba States. 1993: MKO Abiola, Babagana Kingibe and Atiku Abubakar contested for the Presidential ticket of the SDP and the result was in that order after the first round at the Jos Stadium, venue of the convention. A day before the second round, in a rare power deal brokered by his mentor (the late Gen Sheu Musa Yar'Adua) Atiku stepped down for Abiola directing his supporters to cast their votes for Abiola, who eventually defeated Babagana Kingibe at the second round of the primary election to clinched the presidential ticket of the SDP. BabaRamota1980: In summary, a package of nonsense!
Atiku is wealthy but money is not working for him. Atiku has been in politics since 1998 and till date he still hasnt successfully outsmarted Babagana Kingibe and snatch the grassroot to himself. He is still missing the key ingredients to political power. You have to build a base! Without a political base online tv is nothing. |

NGpatriot: Shouting all over the place about debts means nothing to me, the positive results of the debts means more to me than all the debt noise many of you are making.
A lot of states experienced the same issues and are still in debt, but only Osun state managed to utilize their debt wisely and they have more to show for their debt, they are leading the whole of Nigeria across the board in many stats, index and matrix.
Osun is reaping the positive results from their well utilized debts. |

So why the need for the huge loan repayment that has crippled the finances of the State's Government since 2015? Osun State is not the only State in Nigeria, why was Osun already in recession as at 2014 June that the State has been unable to meet her financial obligations? Loyalty to the party/the leaders is good but blind loyalty is bad. Ask the workers, pensioners and the residents of Oshogbo what they experienced during Aregbesola's administration especially between 2014-2018 (may we never experience such locust years). Myself and my wife were victims of the Aregbesola's administration. The hatred for Aregbesola caused the defeat of the APC in the 2018 Governorship election until the FG through the Supreme Court awarded judicial victory to the APC. He would have been better off as a Commissioner for works at tactical management level , implenting decisions for the State but he wasn't very good as a Governor at strategic management level, taking decisions for the whole State. NGpatriot: What proof do you have that money was collected but projects were never carried out or was completed.
Yes, we know money was spent on preliminary site work, but you can not say he collected money for it and didn't build the airport unless you have proof that he collected the full amount and abandoned the project?
Even your list looks bogus, mostly false and deceptive especially the Aiyegbaju Int'l Market which was actually built and commissioned.

Aregbesola mismanaged the economy of Osun State by borrowing large sums of money for his signature projects without any money yielding projects to guarantee repayments of the loans. He estimated the money needed for these projects ,got the money but the projects were never completed; 1) MKO Abiola Int'l Airport (only fence was constructed and hunters can even kill a Tiger in the bush that has now covered the 'airport') 2) Aiyegbaju Int'l Market 3) Dagbolu Food stuff Market 4) Completion of the ring road (Ona baba Ona) 5) Gbogan-Ode-Omu- Akoda dual carriage way 6) Oshogbo-Ikirun-Kwara boundary Express way. I know that your hatred for the SW will make you to bring in the SW into this matter that doesn't concern the SW. 1) Can the SW alone make anyone the president? Ans= Capital No. 2) Did Fulanis Militias killings start in 2015? Ans= Capital NO. 3) Are all the media (print, electronic and social media) controlled by the SW? Ans= Capital NO. Dpharisee: The plan was solidified when Elrufai went against the age old Christian/Muslim ticket by taking a fellow Muslim as deputy knowing that he has federal might to rig and win the election, now security meetings are held without a Christian native, he publicly stated how he traveled to Niger Republic to pay compensation to the Fulani militia killing people in Southern Kaduna and middle belt.
Elrufai knows when and how to call his ethnic Fulani militia to other but not until when they have fully displaced the original inhabitants to be replaced by foreign Fulanis for whom Buhari declared free visa for all Africans coming to Nigeria. Some key politicians in the SW facilitated this murderous regime by repackaging a dictator called Buhari into a fake Democrat in 2015 against the advice of Yoruba elders forum. Today we wake up to bad news everyday.
This is why Tinubu will rather call for the impeachment of Obaseki while campaigning with the killer Elrufai in Edo state. They are waiting for a black man to be killed by a white officer in America so that they can scream racism |
