This is the 'can do spirit' of the successful NIGERIANS.

Mike4S:
19 years ago, I came to the city and now I can beat my chest that I'm better than before. Going back to my village is still what I cannot say because it is only Lagos and Abuja that I can stay in Nigeria today.

I cannot forget that day I took that risk that was suicidal mission in disguise. Guess what! I came to Lagos having nobody and where to squat. What a wild escapade it was. Today all are history.

Many people from the SE/SS aren't supporting Jonathan because of infrastructural developments (even in these regions) but for given politcal appointments

So many small minded people always blame the Northerners for any failure of Jonathan, even for Jonathan's failure to develop his State/Geo-political zone but surprisingly expect their 'enemy' to develop the same places.

Oduduwa was the founder of a dynasty which started at Ile-Ife and spread to Bini, Oyo and other parts of Yorubalands but he was not the founder of Ile-Ife.

The Obatala dynasty reigned in Ile-Ife for centuries before the arrival of the Oduduwa group.

This clearly shows that you are either mad or very unintelligent.

Gani Adam and all those you are qouting aren't upto 100 people, how can this translate to your imaginary Fulani slavery?

You have descended into insanity...check it sir.

expert234:
Gani Adams spoke against Fulani domination and your Yoruba brothers started attacking him. It proves that the slavery of your tribe is not imaginary; it is a reality

Now explain exactly how all these affect your life?

expert234:
You are right; the Yorubas must think and act like Fulani slaves. That's the destiny of your tribe: Mental Slavery laced with blindness. Despite your education, you are still mentally blind. What a shame!

And why not leave the Yorubas to their fate?
Do you think you are wiser than the over 40million Yodubas?

Must the Yorubas think and act like you do?

Why bringing your rabid irrational hatred for the Yorubas to derail this well deserved war memorial?

expert234:
At least, igbos are remembering their pasts and using it to Foster a better future for themselves.

What happens to the Yorubas, on the other hand? They are more satisfied with being slaves to the Fulanis.

Now, you should be the one to think twice before you open your gutter mouth.
Politics › Re: Markets In Asaba To Shut Down To Honor Civil War Massacre Victims by oyatz(m): 4:39pm On Sep 29, 2019
You need to liberate yourself of this Psyche of conjuring up an imaginary concept of Fulani slavery and forcing anyone whose opinions differ from yours to accept your weird idea.

expert234:
Stop ranting and just accept that you are a fulani slave.

Education is designed to free people from mental slavery, but it looks like your own education immerses you deeper into mental slavery. And to think you are even a slave to people who are less educated than you!

What does that make out of you? A Useful Idiot? Just an innocent question.

The Anglo-German accord of 1913 gave Bakassi to Cameroun, on the basis of which the International court of Justice based their ruling.

Odingo1:
You are still lying, what make Cameroon to have better control of Bakkassi is because Gowon and Awolowo gave it to Cameroon so that they can block food supplies heading to Biafra. Cameroon troops occupy Bakassi till date.
Politics › Re: Markets In Asaba To Shut Down To Honor Civil War Massacre Victims by oyatz(m): 3:43pm On Sep 29, 2019
You have listened to Biafran propaganda for so long.

Awo wasn't the Biafran Minister of Agriculture and neither did the Biafran sign any contract with him to supply food to Biafran citizens.

Gowon led FG granted an international safe Corridor to transport Foods and medicines to Biafrans with FG inspection of the consignments but Ojukwu rejected the offer because he wanted to smuggle in weapons.

Odingo1:
what Nigeria did against the civilians in Biafra is war crime. They block all food aids from international organizations from reaching refugee camps. In war there is an international corridor for food supplies and medicaments to reach the refugees.

Which evidence are you looking again, wasn’t Awolowo the architect that starve young children to death once said that what they did is part of the war game.

I know as i was going down reading the comments that one mad tribalist will soon turn this into an Igbo Vs Yoruba thread.

expert234:
Igbos are holding their own, but Yorubas seem to be happy being slaves to fulanis. They are ready to throw Gani Adams under the bus for daring to set them free from slavery.

The mentality of most Yorubas is that of a slave.

Too bad.

This is what you get when modernity clash withTradition.

The adherents of Traditional Religion need to understand that we are now in the 21st century and the idea that everybody must stay indoors during Oro Festival can no longer hold.
The taboos (including the associated curfew and discriminations against women) during the Oro Festival should be restricted to their adherents.

It's unconstitutional for the members of the Oro cult to be forcing everybody to fear the Oro Masquerade or observe the curfew.

Seeking to contest for the Presidency of your Country is a patriotic duty and how does it amount to being 'power drunk'?

If you don't like Tinubu, you can also contest for the party's ticket by challenging him. That's a great way to nourish our democratic culture.

Tinubu should strongly participate in the 2023 election preferably as a contestant. The worst case scenario is that he may not win but his participation (and the particicapation of all other interested contestants) will nourish our democratic culture.

That 'pidgin Ibo' part of your post got me laughing hysterically.

odaniel1:
The Binis shd have known and cut them off from the outset. Unless your forefathers had ulterior gains in 'forcefully' acquiring their territory. Simple boundary adjustment. As for the Deltans in general, i blame their forefathers for mixing with the binis and almost forgetting the similarity of their pidgin-ibo and conventional ibo language. Their indecision is the result we see today!

Both Igala and Idoma are related but not the same.

There are many Edo people with Yoruba ancestries and they are many Yoruba people (including royal families) with Edo ancenstries but these doesn't mean the two are the same.

Where are the facts to correlate these claims.

Where did you lift the write up from?

But if they mistakenly finds themselves in Edo state, then they are benins.

Let them protest and make it loud do that we can know is true and add voice.

If not then this is pure fabricated story.

If true, then let's know what exactly they are doing in Yoruba state (Edo state)...
