[quote author=sanusideunifier post=120645712]In the trending video on Twitter, Tinubu was seen asking the people around him "ta lo ba chopper pa da lo?" (Meaning, who went back with the chopper I just came down from?)
Guess what? The chopper was right in front of him..
Everyone around him was shocked, including the APC woman leader, Edu, who claims to be a certified doctor. People around Tinubu had to correct him by pointing to the chopper.
What more evidence do you need, Nigerians??
Watch the video here and I encourage you all to share. Tinubu is a mistake that must never be allowed to rule 200 million people.
will see where this your propaganda will take you to. I watched the video and there was absolutely nothing out of context in the question he asked. |

Sixfeetbelle: He wasn't defrauded.
The problem is that the man is archaic in his thinking. Learned people know what signs to look out for in a virgin, and not just blood.
Besides, it's a big lie when you said he'd have married the lady anyway. A man who would have married the lady anyway would not be this anxious over lack of blood. If you want to be sincere, you will know that disflowering a virgin girl is not a casual act and it takes time and energy...it is different from all other sexual intercourse. If a man insert his penis and the thing just go inside straight just like any other sexual intercourse, they she is most likely NOT a virgin (it goes beyond blood). Marriage under deceit is an automatic ground for divorce (absolute decree nisi). This is the crux of his concern, not just about 'seeing blood ' |

Sixfeetbelle: He says it's not a big deal about the bleeding, but the way he's ranting like a dog in heat over the issue shows clearly how big of a deal it is. You claim your wife is everything you want in a woman but na lack of blood dey give you sleepless night.
This man is obsessed with virginity, and nothing anyone says to him about this issue will be convincing to him. The man was defrauded! He could have married the woman anyway, but why the deceit? |

Nobody can 10 ballot papers talkless of vote 2ce and it will not be detected immediately.
it will be detected by INEC and election redone immediately. That why we have BVAS.
it is impossible. You still exhibit same naive opinions. You seems to believe that INEC or all INEC workers and BIVAS are the same THING, non-humans with no special interests and absolutely neutral. |

How can sm1 even be given double ballot paper infront of other officials and voters?
Seems u don smoke. You seems quite naive and ignorant of how elections are rigged in Nigeria. In certain towns/villages where a party has maximum support, even agents of the opposition parties can easily be compromised or overwhelmed to allow the dominate party have it's way. In Ede, people were voting till 7-8pm on the election day. |

Dwizeone: What about you downloading a video or watching a video as it is being downloaded and it starts buffering and stops because of bad network, ordinarily, you can’t finish the video and must wait till network improves to download the full video. It is only after completing the full video download can you say you have downloaded the full video. So yes, some data can be transmitted and some left out, it is very possible this line of argument is very lame: 1) INEC wouldn't have been able to declare a winner 48hrs after the election if all the data have not been uploaded from the BVAS. 2) INEC knew that the BVAS report uploaded to their server was to be used as evidence in court before issuing out the CERTIFIED TRUE COPY to the petitioner, so to now come one month after the elections and be saying you want to add to the data and 'synchnonize it' seems very much like manipulation and after thought. |

Politics › Re: Osun: Not All Data Was Transmitted When APC Obtained BVAS Server Report – INEC by oyatz(m): 12:45am On Jan 31, 2023 |
Yankee101: Databases are updated from time to time and change daily It your transmission load is heavy and your connection is slow, a data set may take between seconds and days (or weeks) based of how much (gigabytes etc) it is. ( If you’ve ever tried to download a heavy movie you’ll have noticed this in action)
So wait for all results to be transmitted and database updated (or synchronized as INEC put it) before making judgements.
An inec that can’t communicate this in simple language and judges who know nothing about data, computers or transmission will only result in half baked judgements. . 1) INEC have ICT Department, manned by experts, they wouldn't have produced CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES of the BVAS reports if they haven't been uploaded to the server. 2) If there is going to be uploading in batches, it will be that some polling units are uploaded while some haven't been uploaded NOT that 50% of the Polling unit-A is uploaded on July-18, 30% uploaded on JUly 30 and the remaining 20% of the data for the same polling unit-A uploaded on Aug 17. . .the latter scenerio is suggestive of manipulation. 3) INEC couldn't have been able to declare the results by 48hrs after the election if BVAS hasn't finished uploading the results. |

Faiththatworks: Although I feel very sad about the outcome of the Tribunal, but there are certain facts that must be established. Gov Oyetola's argument has always been hinged on overvoting in some local government especially in All the Ede Local government councils. According to a report I read from an election observer group, voting continued until around 7 to 8pm in some local governments in Osun State. The inec law is irrefutable about all voting stopping by exactly 4pm,any vote cast after 4pm is deemed illegal, infact it says only accredited voters are allowed to vote, and accreditation of voters stops way before the voting ends. My humble submission to Gov Adeleke is to go back and find a way to tally the figures he had by 4pm on election day in all the local government in Osun. The Bvas should have the figures if what inec tells us is true. I'm not a lawyer but I daresay no court in Nigeria will allow the final figures put forward by Gov Adeleke to stand. He should preferably argue that the over voting should be deducted and not the whole cancellation of polling booths as these would amount to disenfranchisement of a lot of voters,or push for a rerun in those cancelled polling booths. Either way this case looks really hopeless for Gov Adeleke, this is a clear message to politicans who want to rig in next month Elections, bvas will stop you if you dare try to inflate your figures. God bless Nigeria. Most Nigerians comment on Issues they don't have knowledge about. There won't be further arguments or evidence at the Appeal Court to support or refute the petitions. The case will only be judged on whether the ruling of the Tribunal is in accordance with the laws or not. |

donproject2: Nope, he is expecting vote of SS people who are APC, case settled? You people don't understand so many things. 1) Nobody live in the past and hoping to make differences in the future. The 2015 election is gone, forget it and move on, even Jonathan and the Ijaws have moved on. They are now cutting deals for the future. 2) You people approach political issues with emotion but most realistic people approach politics with INTERESTS. There are many people in the S/South contesting elections on the platform of the APC who know that if Tinubu wins, it will greatly increase their chances of winning too, so they will work to deliver their wards,LGA and States to the APC so also are APC members who hope to get appointments under a Tinubu/APC as Ministers, Ambassadors, Chairmen of FG Boards etc. 3) There are certain vested interests in the S/Souths like Tompolo, Asari-Dokubo and so many Ex-Niger Delta Militants, FG contractors, Traditional Rulers and so many party members who stand to gain certain favours from the ruling APC. They are backing Tinubu/APC ,not necesarily because they love Tinubu or hate Peter Obi/Atiku but they are more concerned in securing their interests. So holding on to the politics of the 2015 elections permanetly won't solve their problems or protect their interests in the future. 4) Then there are people who appreciate one or two things done by the APC e.g completion of the Itakpe- Warri Railways and several highs in the South-South who will vote for the APC. |
