4) The Biafran Leadership rejected this noble offer and instead opted for airlifting of foods from Sao Tome and Principe which was costly and less effective.

Many States have their security units made up of Police, para-military and civilian collaborators in which the States provide Financial incentives like special allowances for the Police participants, Communication gadgets and security vehicles.

The Lagos State security units Code named Rapid Response Squad (RRS) and Oyo State Security unit code named 'Abefele Squads' were established in 1999 by Govs Tinubu and Lam Adeshina respectively. Similar outfits were established in different but weren't sustained by their successors.




Peter Obi should have showcased the Anambra State Security units he established or sustained from his predecessors.
