PoliticsRe: Owie: If My Wife Does What Aisha Buhari Did She'll Return To Her Parents by ozimec(m): 9:41am On Oct 15, 2016
Kolababe:
Reacting to Aisha Buhari's controversial BBC interview, former Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Rowland Owie today said if his wife went public to criticize him the way Aisha Buhari did to her husband, in her BBC Hausa interview, he would send her packing from his house. In an interview with Vanguard, Owie said although what Aisha Buhari said was right, it could have been said in the bedroom when she had some private time with her husband.

“Aisha is right in criticism of President Buhari’s appointments, but the medium she adopted is very wrong. Such advice from a wife to a husband should be given at Bed time and not to the hearing of anybody. If a wife does thatto me, the woman will return to her parent’s house within 24 hours of that statement. A Benin Parable says- Only one’s enemy that will advise one in the presence of The Oba in council.”he said

http://www.newseveryhour.com/2016/10/if-wife-does-to-me-what-aisha-buhari.html
And you think she hasn't been complaining about that and nothing was done before going public? I don't know if some people understand that the intention of this woman was not to publicly criticize her husband or his administration No! You don't love or wish Pmb and his administration well more than his wife. This is a cry for help to rescue her husband and his government from the hands of Mafians who have hijacked the government for their personal selfish interests.
PoliticsRe: "Buhari Was Joking About Aisha Belonging To His Kitchen Comment" - Garba Shehu by ozimec(m): 9:22am On Oct 15, 2016
CACAWA:
No shame again...

So now "he was joking"
The only thing in this message is that Garba Shehu agrees with us that Buhari made a terribly wrong statement.
In the world today, Gender Equality is a very hot topic, and there you stand, in the full glare of international media, side by side with the German Chancellor, then you make a statement ridiculing the place of a woman...

...even Donald Trump has lost so much support based on his "locker room" talk ....

And you call it a joke?

I know a joke when I hear one...

The video of Buhari laughing before he responded to the question did not show a man who was about to crack a nasty joke.

It showed a man who felt "hmmm...a whole me....Walahi I will show this girl pepper when I return to Nigeria"
It is that kind of laughter your parents give you when you disgrace them in public.

I fear Aisha Buhari may henceforth be given the same treatment of the fmr Enugu First Lady (house arrest)

Let me conclude by correcting another wrong notion.
When he said "my kitchen, my living room" and "the other room" instead of "my bedroom"...
Psychologist will get the message...PMB and his wife no longer share same bedroom. She stays in "the other room"

Many people didn't understand that subtle message.

The cabals are really at work.
Lol. Anyway, that's your own interpretation but pmb obviously not joking and many Nigerians already know that. As for me, I'm patiently waiting for Lai Mohammed interpretation even, Buhari will be surprised.

I think she erred here. Baba is 78 years or thereabout, you've lived with him just 27 years out of his life, you don't expect to know everybody he knows naaa. Besides that, must you know everyone to be appointed to government positions? All we need is someone who will deliver.

I hope this woman is not being used by disgruntled elements o!
Nobody is using her, most of the things she said has been pointed out by many Nigerians and nobody believed them. The Emir Sanusi, Saraki, Tinubu etc have on different occasions pointed out that this government has been hijacked by some power mongers yet, many called them wailers. Even Sahara Reporters on different time exposed some of these Cabal's corrupt practices and nothing was done rather, some said that they were paid to discredit Buhari's cabinet. But today Aisha has voiced it out. I don't think these people love Pmb and mean well for his government more than his wife Aisha or has she become one of the wailing wailers? I think what we need now is to pressure this cabals out of Aso Rock in other to rescue this government through the power of social media instead of doubting Aisha who is genuinely crying for help to save her husband from the clutches of cabals.

henryanna36:
According to Apgar Alaigbo who shared the photo,a police sergeant was pictured carrying Mrs Obiano's bag at an event. This has generated online reactions from Nigerians.Below is what Alaigbo wrote.....

'Waooooo see our NIGERIAN POLICE SERGEANT seconded to office of the Wife of the Governor,i mean office of the FIRST LADY , can you see how she was turned into Bag carrier ?
How about if there is incident that needed her to draw her pistol ,what will she do ? Maybe throw them the expensive Bag of Osidieme?'

See how Nigerians reacted above

Source: http://www.trezzyhelm.com/2016/10/photo-of-police-sergeant-carrying-bag.html
The truth is that if the Mrs. Obiano actually gave her bag to the police woman to carry then, that's disrepectful not just to the woman but to the NPF. However, if the Police woman offered to carry the bag herself then, she has disrepected herself and the NPF. I always say this, carryout you job or duty as a trained professional, know your duties and boundary then, you will earn your respect

chrisflyin:
Hi,
I just thought I should share this to encourage lots of people looking for a job or those who are not happy in their workplaces especially those on Nairaland. I lost my job due to the economic situation in this country. My company could not cope with forex, so, we closed down. As a family man with 2 kids and a wife, it was not easy. I cant share details...but if you have ever gone to bed hungry for days. You will understand.

Frustrated and confused, a topic on Nairaland just gave me an idea. I pick up my laptop and started promoting small businesses online, promoting gigs on Fiverr, writing acticles(which anyone can actually do) and selling ebooks.
I made over 170k in August then 300k in September alone. To be candid, I had no idea what to do for 6 months until I knew school fees was coming in September, I had to put up a thinking cap. Someone I met online assisted me with everything I know now.

Honestly, I feel for lots of Nigerians who are going through what I have gone through. Please don't just sit at home, try anything genuine. Visit Nairaland often, You can never tell when someone will post something that will change your life.

If you need my help I can also assist you. Please don't ask me to send you money. I can only show you how if you are serious.
Thanks

Apart from this observation, do you notice if the system is slow when using it? Does it take long to boot to windows?

if you are experiencing any of the above, you may first consider installing a new OS. If that doesnt work, you need to test a working hard drive on the system.
The OS is window 7 and I just installed it. It doesn't take time to boot nor slow. Thanks

I actually don't know where to start because I. Feel I am late.
The best DI machine I know is xerox. But you can only go for this if you are sure of yourself. It is costlier than others. But output and options favor it. You may have issues with the servicing and that is a big problem.
Konica is presently the best option. The parts as well as the engineers are available.
Sharp is also in the market but never gained acceptance as Konica.
Please don't buy in computer village.
They will sell scrap to you and use mouth to sell it.
We sell them and they are always available. You can visit us in Lagos. But is 250k for very good ones.

I am into printing but specialized in large format printing.
But even though you may not buy from me. Don't just buy from computer village.
You can ask me more about it. I will answer
GREENS pls I need your contact address, i will like to get your konica minolta. 08064156265

edudguy:
I want say something, I joined Nairaland early this year and I noticed that in Nigeria, hatred has filled our hearts....The East, the West and notably the North are at dagger drawn....One wants Biafra and would sieze any opportunity to insult Buhari, rain curses on Nigeria and wish everyone evil and blame our current predicament on him while the other two groups (Yoruba and Hausa) hate the Igbos with passion and blame them on our backwardness as a nation. This seed of hatred was planted in the 1960s before and after the civil war.....My major problem is if you want to say something don't insilt the person's tribe or religion some go as far as wishing each other death
Why are we in this predicament as a nation? Simple! we did not plan....I have read what the President and his Vice has said... The ND keep on bombing you can't say you wan't Nigeria to be bouyant again and when these guys bomb our pipelines you hail them and turn around to ask why aren'twe doing well. That pipeline is our source of livelihood (for now) We did not plan well. Coupled with the crash of oil prices, pipelines are bombed so the revenue will decrease. When you ask the reason we are not developing when they tell you....you turn around to say they should stop complaining. I agree! they shoul stop complaining fix it. The Nigeria story is one that if you don't have your facts right and you want to argue for or against secession, one might end up looking stupid....Why secession? People are angry because of the way government is handling matters. That I agree. People that don't know anything about Biafra will say we want Biafra or we don't Biafra but aske them about the history of Biafra they'll look dumbfounded
There are many things we need to iron out as a country but I believe one day we will become great

PLEASE THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, NO INSULT PLEASE

THANK YOU
My brother, the problem of this country is disunity, the amalgamation of Northern and Southern parts of Nigeria was a scam. There was never any agreement on how to live together, it is like by force marriage and that's why some region always grabs power by all means and uses it to marginalize, sideline, oppress and neglect others. If we tell ourselves the truth, there is a lot injustices, inequity, marginalization and oppression in this country. Some regions are not happy, they feel exploited, marginalized, sidelined, abandoned and we all know this unfortunately, instead of addressing these issues, government is busy talking about peace and unity when all these issues have not been addressed. Tell me, how can there be peace and unity when the cause of agitations and disunity has not been addressed? You cannot beat a child and ask him not to cry, we can't achieve a lasting peace unitt by force or through military action, peace and unity can only be achieved through dialogue. Those who agitate for secession have reasons, those who agitate for resource control also they reasons. However, we must listen to them and know the reasons for their agitations even though some of their reasons are obvious, dialogue with them also agree on how we can peacefully live together as one indivisible Nation. Let's stop seeing them as stupid people, to be honest with you, the reasons behind their agitations represent over 8O% demands of their people, you may not agree with me but if you conduct an opinion poll in these regions you will understand. I stand for one Nigeria where there will equity, fairness, Justice, unity, religious tolerance, equality in governance and representation. A Nigeria where every tribe and region will feel recognized, protected and respected. Let's also stop the hate comment on social media. Thanks

Why would someone come and promise me a profit of 30% monthly just because I "provided help". If only the MMM participants will recite my last sentence slowly and see if it makes sense. If you tell me you use it to trade forex/binary or tell me how you're connected with a cabal that sells paid matches, I can see reason. But providing help kwa? shocked

See what greed can cause. I dont feel pity for them at all!. grin
