Kingsley10000:if he continues to improve, he'd be way better than all those names combined. Dembouz is a monster that hasn't been unleashed yet. |
Kingsley10000:whaaat! Madrid fan spotted. |
Excallibur:well, semedo started our last game. In the spirit of rotation, I think this is fair. |
IKON360:Same way they are keen on signing De Jong so he can stay on the bench. Malcom would have made a fine addition to Roma. We are wasting his talent. |
philfearon:true sha |
Isomerizm:he can play because he is Coutinho. I want him to have a great game to silence critics. Tired of all those annoying Liverpool fans slandering him on my twitter timeline. We don't hear Sport criticizing Dembele so much anymore, do we? I just so much want Coutinho to do well. |
funkyjms:I'm actually enjoying our matches lately. I get this sweet warmth inside seeing players like Lenglet, Arthur, Dembele, Alena improve drastically. I'm looking forward to our game today. I hope Coutinho plays and has a great game to silence critics and end doubts. I feel for Malcom. |
Olamyyde:easy to say, you probably didn't watch Guardiola play, and his team didn't have Messi. Busquets is awesome at what he does, but we have some other players that look better than they truly are because we have a Messi winning us games and silverware. Don't judge with trophies bro. |
koyyes:After all said and done, we cannot all think the same way and Falz' opinion isn't law. He simply thinks people shouldn't sell their bodies and cited the most prevalent instance, same way people make men the face of rape when there are also female rapists. He also doesn't think highly of men who cannot keep their eyes off every lady they see walk by, as is evident in his Talk video, for those who have seen it. I think it's arrogant to ask people to shut up and not express themselves just because we do not agree with their opinion in matters on the law is silent. Also, the fact that a person eats meat does not mean they aren't in a position to criticize killing for sport or for tusks and other body parts. I like that you are were able to write a long post without insults though. Nice. |
koyyes:any reason why should bribery be applied here and not sale of counterfeit goods? Pimps are part of the supply, and so are the business men and politicians organizing sophisticated rings. Nigerian laws criminalize all those already, including operation of brothels and child prostitution. Reason being that they involve some sort of exploitation (which is dehumanizing). People buy stuff only because it is something that can be bought. If you start selling humans today as slaves, there would always be people who would buy. I get where you are coming from. Demand encourages supply, however sellers are held more accountable than buyers are, anywhere. If there is only one copy of a product, and I'm the seller, if you refuse to buy, others would come to buy and it can still be sold. But if I refuse to sell, it doesn't get sold. We all have just one body, and we ultimately have the final say as to whether our bodies would be commodities to be sold for another's pleasure. I just mentioned the sale of counterfeit goods and how the US treat sellers different from buyers. I guess that makes them an insane society. No? |
koyyes:kenya recently tried to pass into law, the death penalty for poachers. Not sure if they have yet. By your logic, they shouldn't criminalize poaching if they eat meat (hypocrisy). Also they shouldn't penalize poachers/traffickers any less than rich customers who buy the end products. So they should just chill and let it happen. Also, selling counterfeit goods is criminal in many countries (like the US), but not buying it. Have any idea why that is, when buyers encourage it? By your logic, if they aren't punishing those buying, they shouldn't criminalize the sale of counterfeit goods. There's no supply chain in which buyers are held as accountable as sellers. None, whatsoever. |
koyyes:ok |
koyyes:let's say you are a wild-life enthusiast, and you hate that animals are being poached into extinction for body parts. Now there are clearly two sets of persons responsible - 1) Poachers who kill these animals and sell body parts 2) Buyers who pay for these parts and encourage poaching. If you were tasked with stopping poaching which of these would you rather focus on doing? a) prevent people from killing these animals for sale. b) prevent people from buying the body parts. |
koyyes:lol. I'd ignore the nonsense about talking from both sides of the mouth because a post is edited to add more points. What's your point exactly? That Falz should stop talking about societal issues? What exactly is making your soul bittter? Talk to me. |
koyyes:did you watch the Talk video? Be honest. He attacks people who wouldn't pay workers' salary. The man in the video (likely a politician) would rather give money to sycophants (the guys hailing him) and chase ladies (the lady corper who walks past swinging her hips). That's right before shifting focus on ladies who would rather sell sex than look for more dignified work. For someone who likes to factor in contexts, I wonder how you missed that. You'd rather ignore everything and hold on to transactional sex because the shoe pinches. Falz has never come out to say he is a saint or the law. He only thinks there are things that should change. They are his opinion and he is entitled to express them in his music. I can bet you haven't listened to his album. In it he criticizes child abuse and child marriage, and even government-inspired hardship that make people resort to selling their bodies. He also included spoken word at the end where he admits that we all have a part to play and that he isn't perfect (he also has a speck in his eyes). Be realistic, no one respects anyone they can pay and f**k anyhow they like. |
koyyes:weak rebuttal. The lady he snapped with is an adult. The pedophilia claim is stupid. There are buyers because there is a buyable commodity. There has to be an existing product/service before there is any demand for it, and then supply. Stop making your body available for sale/hire. It demeans you. ...and yes, there can be people trying to sell without seeing a buyer first. That's why there is something called MARKETING. That's why many sex sellers wear skimpy clothing and stay where people can see them or post raunchy pics on whatever social platform they are marketing on. Also he never said he hates the sellers. He hates the transaction, he hates that the human body is reduced to a commodity that is bought and sold. How does 'I detest transactional sex' translate to 'I hate people who sell sex'? Sometimes you people argue like you are mentally challenged. |
koyyes:you only hate him cos he spoke against transactional sex. He said he thinks it demeans the person selling their body (usually women). He doesn't hate the people but the action. Why does that irritate you? Are you into transactional sex? |
As much as you can, keep your issues off social media, twitter especially. It's a super-toxic zone full of bloodthirsty hypocrites all too willing to pronounce people guilty and bully them to death. Not everyone can handle cyber bullying. Keep rape accusations off social media, take it to court. |
Wow... She stabbed the lady, in front of the victim's kids ![]() People are just too evil. I still can't fathom how people make up their minds to kill, and go ahead to do it. I hope she rots for life in the worst jail there is. |
CuntMiner:sorry bro. There's so much that is wrong with the world and with humans. But believe me, there are ladies that would respect you for who you are and what you can do, even if you don't have much money now. They are very few, but they exist. There's no need remaining with someone who doesn't respect you. She'd strip you of every self-esteem you have and still manage to make it your fault. Worse still, you might be unable to focus on your career and change your situation. It's a lose-lose. For your question, it depends on a whole lot of things, especially how I got to know, and if I trust she is telling the truth. It would be very difficult though. |
Dollywood:it's easy, she'd change the story with all the tears she can muster (fuelled by your scorn) - you were trying to rape her and slapped her cos she resisted you. If your hand left a mark, that is all the evidence the world needs. If it didn't, no one would believe your denial either. It's the world we live in right now. Until men start to learn to loudly reject ladies too, and tell their stories of harassment, we'd allow the false narrative continue... That men are never victims, and their consent is inconsequential. Rape and sexual harassment would continue to be given a male face. |
Probably a made-up tale, but responses on this thread and similar ones in the past shows that men aren't taken seriously when they talk about being victims of sexual harassment from ladies. The world has its default template where women are the victims and men the evil perpetrators. If your story doesn't follow this narrative, no one takes it serious. I blame guys sha. Over the years, hormone-blinded males keep acting like they have no taste or restraint whatsoever. There's also the silly part about keeping quiet when you don't like something, because that is what a REAL man does. We have a lot to unlearn, and lots of hypocrisy to shed off. |
Wow... Seriously? Do women enjoy the feeling of being oppressed or hated? Looks like many have this persecution complex, always looking to prove that men are against them. Whereas men love women more than women love themselves. This lady is comically stupid though. Leadership roles ni. Aren't we talking about the same majority of Nigerian ladies that have been hyperventilating because Falz said he detests transactional sex? The economy is getting tougher, yet men still face so much pressure to become rich, else they may never get two things they crave for - respect and love. A man is far more likely to get ridiculed for being broke. |
Umarzy:lol. This one thinks having a good squad is about having popular names. Football is a weak-link sport, which means that the weakest part of your team is more likely to decide games (make you lose) than the strongest part can (make you win). Portugal has a stronger weak-link than Argentina, and are less likely to get exploited. The same Argentina that struggles badly without Messi? We all saw Portugal win a Euro final without Ronaldo, years after losing one (to Greece) when he played fully. What's more, Argentina doesn't play in the Euros, and we have never watched Portugal make it to a world cup final either. Messi has won two international trophies though. You guys seem pretty ignorant as to what an international trophy is. |
Umarzy:oga if Ronaldo likes, he should play in all the leagues in the world. On the pitch he is not anywhere as good as Messi, all things considered. Ronaldo is better in the air and with penalties and that's where it ends. Messi is provider, playmaker, entertainer, finisher. Dude does most of the creative work, splits defenses with his dribbling or passes, and still manages to score more than Ronaldo who practically lives in the opponent's 18 yard box. Once when Messi focused on goals (like Ronaldo is doing), he scored 91 of them in that calendar year. They aren't even on the same level, man. |
Collect evidence and charge him to court if it truly happened. Else it's just your word against his. Tired of hearing these rape tales. Guys and ladies should stop forcing or manipulating others into doing what they want (including sex). Also we should stop letting our greed make us victims when it could have been avoided. |
RealSolution:don't you guys get tired of posting this nonsense? When your idol was in Spain, Messi still outperformed him in La liga every season. They aren't mates, even if you chose to focus on goals alone (which is the only area in which Ronaldo is a contender). No one is on Messi's technical level, regardless of his club preference. |
My favorite is his goal in the copa del rey final against Bilbao a few seasons ago. Next, the Maradona-esque goal against Getafe. Then all goals against Madrid ![]() |
Until this Falz' Talk and the rest of his Moral Instruction album, I never knew we had so many 'runs girls' in Nigeria. Of all the things Falz he sang about, it was just his opinion about transactional sex that generated strong reaction from people exploited by the government and each other daily. This is one of the many feminists making feminism seem like a movement for hypocrites and the logically handicapped. |
TwoBottles:neither of them would make it to the final. |
She should just resign. She rode into office on the back of this same Brexit issue after Cameron resigned. Now they realise leaving isn't as attractive as it once looked. |
joyfullyjoyous:what football club did he play for? Carry ya fanatical self away from here jor. |
