I think most of of the problem are attributable to the disorganized state of Nigerian industry and manufacturing. Those artisans and craftsman you mentioned ought to be working in a building and construction company as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc. But thanks to the disorganized labour force, these people have to provide the service by themselves waiting for customers to come and patronize them.

The impunity and effontery by government workers in Nigeria is alarming. Even the civil servants are the worst. We are talking about police brutality today but many people don't take cognizant of crimes at every level of government in Nigeria. In fact, if any Nigerian government official is killed by an unknown person, don't ever pity him because you don't what crime he had committed to have provoked that attack. Why do I feel that this move by Nigerian government is part of Fulani's agenda to prevent the non-state actors from having a military experience? Imagine a situation where those fighters (who are mostly Biafrans) going into Ukraine to fight and then come back to Nigeria demanding the government give Biafra their referendum. By that time they can take on the Nigerian military if the government is not yielding to their demand. The people who have fought Russian Army would definitely not be skeptical of Nigeria Army.

I will not be surprised if Buhari will express this concern to Ukrainian government in their meeting, and try to prevent this outcome from happening in the future.
