For Putin to have come out to say this, i think people in Russia believe many more of their soldiers have died in the ongoing battle (like thousands of them), so Putin had to mention the lower figure to calm down people's tension and anger towards him.

The fact that Reno was once in government does not preclude him from having an opinion about what is wrong with the politics. Listening to what he has to say doesn't mean that you will vote for his candidate in an election.

Then why do we have so many immigrants from Europe in USA? It is easier said than done, when your country is war torn, you will have no choice but to escape with your family.

Why is this Hungary always being the first to go against other people in Europe. I remember during migrant crisis and there was so much debate about immigrants from Middle East and Africa entering into Europe, it was this Hungary that was first to shut its borders using barbed wires to prevent immigrants who are crossing into other European nations. Many people have similar experience as you my friend. Let me tell you a little secret about Nigerians and how to cope with them. Nigerians are very very opportunitic, give them a little chance and they will use it against you quickly. Nobody would even remember how magnanimous you are by the time you became a victim of Nigerian treachery. So keep a safe distance with people that you don't know too much about, and don't be too quick to make new friends, let people's response to you lead in a new environment and don't forget to take a lead from confused people, because confused people can be very dangerous at times.

Note this: a good Nigerian does not necessarily mean they will end up being a good friend to you, people are easily influenced or led by the strength of characters of other people in this country, even though it is a wrong path to follow. So the bolder and assertive your friends are, the better.

Nigerians are the kind of people that will know the right things to do and even talk about it, but when the ball is thrown in their court, they will do something different. So don't listen to what people are saying but what they are doing and not doing. There are many more things to learn about Nigerians by applying these principles.

One Nigerian just reported to have been kidnapped by police yesterday, just because he had an accident with his own car and as a law abiding citizen reported the issue to the police station himself, but police see that as opportunity to strip him of his human dignity and the question about how he came about such car as a youth could not provide a satisfactory answer to the police, so he was detained.

We are living in a banana republic where one bitter and toxic man can destroy your life without any question asked, Nigeria is a country where one nonentity man is stronger than the court because he is working in the government.

Most of these police arrests and intimidation are born out of jealousy and hatred, not because they are fighting any crime at all. This is why jagaban, the frogeyed fraud, must not be the next Nigerian president giving his disdain for the youth. Don't be surprised that it might just be some low ranking officers in the station that are playing this prank on him, even their CSO might not be aware of what is happening. Impunity is just too much in this country because there is no accountability.

Imagine USA deploying all those massive nuclear powered aircraft carriers to Russia doorsteps.
