A month? |
It is just a matter of time before we realized that there are hundreds of Nigerians already infected with the virus. It is now time to make use of the testing kits donated to Africa by the founder of Alibaba business group Mr Jack Ma in Nigeria. More Nigerians are definitely infected with the virus except this new case is found in the isolation center. |
What happened to the zoning formula. The truth is Yoruba's will make a better president than any other tribes in Nigeria. They know how to appeal to all parties concerned or ethnic groups without causing ethnic tensions like Niger delta militants or boko haram terrorism. Aside the corruptions and inefficiencies that blighted the obasanjo's regime, the issue of insecurity was kept at bay. Put a Yoruba man that is less corrupt in power, he will bring the dividends of democracy to bear for all Nigerians. |
Is this the result of corona virus, everybody is now getting closer to "God"? ![]() |
Tomboy governor, why did you have to take the pictures all the way to abuja to show him, doesn't he listen to news or couldn't he visit the place himself? |
peacettw:So you think he is the one writing those tweets you see on his Twitter page? They might be his thoughts but he is not the one composing them |
This Ghanaian man finally caught the virus. One thing I respect about covid-19 is that it does not discriminate based on social status unlike Ebola that was infecting mostly poor people in the remote areas. |
Some people say this thing is a bomb explosion, how true is that? Only the eye witnesses can testify. |
Notice me crew, we don see you, pele |
Only yesterday I heard that there are 15k confirmed cases in Italy, now it has reached 24k. This shows the disturbing rate of infections of this virus. If only corona virus can spread in Nigeria to help us wipe out the corrupt old men that are holding the youths by the jugular. |
China produces almost everything in the hands of Nigerians today: smartphone, electronics, roads, rails, bridges, ports, etc and they still want Chinese to cook for them. Are Nigerians handicapped that they can't do anything with their hands? Oh I get it, they want to eat tasty Chinese foods and show some class that they are eating from Chinese restaurant. Nigerian government should get some balls and set this restaurant free asap coz I don't see the reason why they will shut them down, it is a private business not a public enterprise. What if the restaurant was set up to cater to only Chinese living in Nigeria who don't like Nigerian foods, as I don't see the reason why anyone will set up a business like restaurant and refuse to serve foods to the locals? |
Nice move to some extent, except those with natural disabilities which cannot do anything about it, if you can't take care of yourself and prevent obesity, bad breath, and some other poor physical qualities, then you don't deserve a shot at high profile government job. I hope this measure also applies to those already employed by the immigration service. It stinks my stomach seeing people with protruded belly in Nigerian immigration, police and other task forces. |
Oyinbo can overdo things, and TB Joshua had told them corona virus will end on 27th of this month o, clown |
SUFFERInSMILIIN:Don't mind Nigerians, they use China made smartphones, China made electrical appliances, China made bridges, rail links and airports, etc they still want Chinese to cook for them. What happened to African resourefulness we used to know, now that cooking is becoming a problem? What if the Chinese restaurant was set up to cater to Chinese living in Nigeria who don't fancy local delicacies? |
If Trump tested positive for corona virus, American stocks market would be crushed that even the great depression would be a child play. |
Biglittlelois:Racism in your own country Go and solve your inferiority complex first ![]() And must Chinese cook the food that you eat, and this is a major problem with Nigerians, eating Chinese foods gives you class right Schmuck! |
This man and his prophecy again, how can a pandemic that is still rising in many countries end in few weeks' time, I refuse to be deluded by this prophecy or prediction. I hope there is no misinterpretation of his words that he will later come out and deny ever saying anything like that? |
Why did they need to close them down, they refused to sell foods to Nigerians, what is the big deal? It is their loss not Nigerians. There are more than enough restaurants in Lagos to buy foods from. There are other regulatory measures government can put in place to prevent locals from selling food items to them if their business is found guilty of gaining undue advantage of the market. Don't force yourself to buy foods from Chinese o, they can give you corona virus. I even learned from other reports that it is not that they don't sell foods to Nigerians but they don't allow Nigerians to eat their foods in their premises, they only sell takeaway. |
TheFreeOne:Do you expect him to have stayed in one of those houses in ajegunle? Focus your anger on your governor not Sanusi, he has done his part by speaking up against many ills in the society, if tomorrow he occupies elective position, then he should be ready to welcome all the critisms coming his way. Even Barack Obama bought a big mansion worth 10 million dollars after his presidency. If you must criticize someone, try to do it constructively. |
This governor self, is it his job to sanitize Lagos or to empower people of Lagos, his sanitisation programs are costing people more economic opportunities than any benefits they bring. Transforming Lagos into mega city can come from putting policies in place to increase the IGR so as to be financially buoyant to build modern infrastructures as comparable to anywhere in the advanced worlds, for instance housing deficits should be addressed in Lagos and unoccupied estates should be adequately taxed, there are so many ways government can generate revenues but taking jobs away from people is not one of them unless they are planning to go on a borrowing spree to build infrastructure. |
serendipityF:Merger and acquisition are almost the same, the difference is only visible at the board of directors level, to we the customers, the new merger name will still be the first bank. |
This is a sign of a weak economy when the financial institutions are not fully capitalized with strong liquidity, then merger is inevitable. I hope Nigeria is not walking towards another recession |
America thank you, you can keep your Nigeria Visa ban for now ![]() |
If there are indeed some Russian trolls in Nigeria campaigning for Trump, they are definitely those from south Eastern region, their love for Trump is second to none. |
Despite Trump dissing blacks as inferior beings, some bigoted africans are still supporting him because of religion affiliation and racial division he stands for. |
This coronavirus outbreak will deal a huge blow to Trump campaign in this year's election, reason why he is taking a decisive step against it now. |
You cannot find a single woman among them and I'm sure the proceeds of their atrocities are shared with some women, little wonder men are always seen as prime suspects in any crime. |
And what is special about this, stop celebrating mediocrity. |
When traditional rulers have become political stooges, you should expect things like this. These monarchs are only used to syphon votes during elections and nothing more they add to the masses. What roles do they play in the campaigns against police brutality or SARS in Nigeria? |
Nigerians and sycophancy, so another governor is planning to punish traditional rulers because of what happened in kano? |
Why is he still covering himself up like this, I suppose he is dethroned, or there is a tradition to this? |
Why can't you just place heavy tax on these estates to force the owners to lease out the buildings themselves? |
