They keep building infrastructures in very hostile regions, and worse still with loans, only for them to be destroyed?!

Why not build those things in the South first and tackle North's high level of insecurity, then when peace is restored, you can start building those infrastructure there. That's common sense 101.
This project should have been prioritised to regions where security are assured and where its necessity are highly demanded without any political sentiment to help in boosting our IGR, and most importantly produce a return for the invested loan.

I don't mean to advocate for indecent act in the society. But in a democratic world where every citizens are entitled to human right, all offences can't result to jail term. However, they may be served warning letter by the court with notice of severe jail term if re offended. After all those politicians looting money and dramatising in the courtroom during trial are worst than this kids.

Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force, Oyo State Police Command, have re-arrested the notorious murder suspect, Sunday Shodipe who escaped from lawful custody on 11th August, 2020.

He was re-arrested today, Sunday, 23rd August, 2020 by Police operatives at the Bodija area of Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital.

It would be recalled that the erstwhile fugitive is a prime suspect in multiple murder of innocent citizens at Akinyele Local Government Area, Moniya, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The Inspector General of Police, IGP M.A Adamu, NPM,mni while commending the Commissioner of Police, Oyo State Command, CP Joe Nwachukwu Enwonwu and his Team for a job well done, equally expressed his sincere appreciation to the citizens for their support and understanding while the manhunt for the rearrested Shodipe lasted.

Meanwhile, the IGP has warned against any form of complacency on the part of the operatives of the Oyo State Police Command, stressing that all hands must be on deck to bring the case to a positive and successful closure.

No doubts he is good but with this fee, I guess he should just end his career at Barcelona. Maybe in next two years, the release clause would reduce and he can sign for any Italian league, MLS league, Chinese league.

The best messi can do is to pay concentration with his new manager and try his best with the team. The earlier the better, the best for him.
That release clause is extortionate. Desperate suitors may have to wait a bit longer.
