How do the activities of NURTW contribute to the economy? NURTW has never gone on strike; they have never even threatened to go on strike. |
A lot of people do not like tattoos, because they are difficult to remove. For example, if person puts on an unusual hairstyle, she may decide to change it after a few days or weeks. However, if a person decides to get a tattoo, then no longer desires the tattoo after a few months or years, what will she do? |
The Supreme Court has held that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) does not have the powers to prosecute offenses that are not corruption cases and that the only corruption cases it can investigate are cases involving the movement of cash from Nigeria to foreign countries and corruption cases involving federal finances, being a creation of federal law. EFCC should not arrest anybody unless the allegation is about "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria", or "corruption cases involving federal finances". |

The Junior Secondary Certificate Examination (JSCE) should be scrapped. It is a waste of time and resources. The certificate is neither accepted for employment nor used for admission to tertiary institutions. It is not necessary to use Junior Secondary School (JSS) Certificate Examination to "sort out" students. Each student should choose the subjects he/she is interested in at the senior level. A student may not do well in a particular subject in JS3, but may show remarkable improvement the next academic year. Examinations for JS3 should be internal. |

ECOWAS should cancel its threat of military intervention in Niger Republic. The federal government should restore electricity supply to Niger Republic. |

With the removal of Russia from the SWIFT payment system, among other sanctions from the United States, the US dollar has lost its relevance to the Russian economy. With this US dollar debt forgiveness move, Russia may be playing against the United States, by reducing the pressure of the US dollar on African countries. |
Why are leaders of African countries often invited to Non-African country - Africa summits, in this case, Russia-Africa summit? Can't the leaders of African countries refuse to attend? Or will there be "consequences" if they don't attend? |

chatinent:You're right, but who is sponsoring Ekpa? For those who are into investigation, it shouldn't be difficult to find out. At least, there must be a money trail somewhere. |
What is disheartening are the non-refundable fees that the applicants pay for a visa refusal. It is obvious that the United States embassy and consulates are being maintained by visa application fees. As long as the money keeps flowing in, they will continue this mode of operation. Who would reject a "business" of making over N50m each working day? What can we do? If a foreign entity snubs you, you may snub them back. Only apply for a US visa if it is very important to you and there is no other option. Boycott the US visa application if possible. Consider the US visa application as a gamble; only pay the application fees with money that you can afford to lose (in other words, money that you do not need for anything else). Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), agents and lawyers, who are involved in immigration issues may start a campaign against US visa applications. Let the general public be sensitized against wasting hard-earned money on a foreign entity, especially when there is no positive result. |
Nigeria does not need "covid vaccine" service. The "vaccine" was not created for covid. Covid was created for the "vaccine". |
African nations should withdraw their membership from the International Criminal Court (ICC). |
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the global vaccine alliance, GAVI, cannot be trusted. Both organizations are funded, in part at least, by someone whose goal is to depopulate the world. There are several drugs and natural remedies that can be used to treat malaria. There are also several non-vaccine preventive methods. If Nigeria is not among the countries to receive the "malaria vaccine", then this is good news for the country. |
Is the World Bank looking for an excuse to offer another loan to Nigeria in general, and Lagos State in particular? |

The title of a thread should be in line with the content, or at least the title should not be off. If the title is inconsistent, then it should be modified before being brought to the front page. It is said that once a post has been brought to the front page, only the moderator can edit it. |
Joan Rivers' death was suspicious. She died two months after she "jokingly" spoke about the friendship of Barry and Mike. |
