Romans 10:8-10 (KJV) "But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.".

45. Confession is hearing, so we must confess what will give us faith, not what will condemn us or diminish us in Christ. You can never rise above your confession. A sinner confessing his sins before he can be saved negates and is contrary to the finished work of Christ. The bible says while we were yet sinners Christ died and forgave all our sins, no longer imputing them on us. Salvation is not by holiness. Salvation is by grace through faith in Christ. Confessing you are a sinner and asking God to forgive you your sins and save you is unbelief in what Christ had already done.

It is trying to be saved by your own works of accepting you are a sinner and begging God to save you. We don't ask God to save us. We are already saved in Christ, we only hear the good news that we are already saved in Christ and then accept it by faith by confessing Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. We are not asking and begging him to be our Lord and Saviour but we are receiving Him as our Lord and Saviour. Begging God to save a sinner is unbelief and hypocrisy.

He has been saved in Christ 200O years ago. It is God who is begging him through the gospel to accept His free gift of salvation to him. We only pray God to have mercy on the unbeliever and help him to hear and believe the gospel. We don't pray to God to save sinners or beg Him to save sinners. The bible says the harvest of souls is ripe, what God is looking for are labourers to bring them in. Thank you. Grace be with you. Ref. 44. A sinner does not need to confess he is a sinner to be saved. A believer is a new creature like a new born baby that had never existed nor had a past, so whose sins is he confessing. It is like telling a baby in the womb to confess his sins before he can be born. It is all unbelief.

Confessing you are a sinner is same as confessing your sins. Confessing you are a sinner is confessing you are a child of the devil. How can you confess you are a child of the devil to be saved. That is like confessing the devil as your lord. At the end of the age the bible says that every knee will bow and every tongue confess Jesus as Lord, they are not to confess their sins or confess they are sinners.

What the spiritual law of salvation demands is your identification with the new Adam and the new creation in Christ by your confession of who Christ is to you and who you are in Christ. It does not demand your confession of who you are outside Christ or without Christ.

The law of faith says you have what you say. So if a sinner confesses his sins or confesses he is a sinner that is what he gets. But if he confesses Jesus as Lord and Saviour that is what he gets, that is who Jesus becomes to him and that is who he becomes in Christ. You cannot confess you are a child of the devil and a child of God at the same time. You cannot serve two masters at the same time.

In the spirit what you say is more important than any other action. You have what you say. You become what you say and you receive or get what you say. So as a spirit especially a living spirit pay more attention to what you say above all other actions. Spirits and the spirit world are moved by what they hear not what they see or feel. Hence faith comes by hearing. Hearing your confession of your sins or your confession of being a sinner will never give you faith or increase your faith. Thanks. Grace be with you. Ref. 43. You say what you have before you have what you say. The mouth is the hand of the spirit with which we receive all that belongs to us in Christ. We hear with our ears what belongs to us, we believe it, then we say and declare it is ours before we receive them physically. In Mark 11:23 you must first know you have authority to move a mountain, believe you have it, then say it, believe in your words that it will come to pass, then you will have what you say.

Same thing with prayers in Mark 11:24, you must know and then believe that what you are asking for in prayers already belongs to you as a son in Christ Jesus. Then ask and believe it is already yours, then you will get it physically. Same thing with healing. According to 1Peter 2:24 you must know and believe that by the stripes of Jesus you are already healed, then say and declare you are healed before your healing is manifest.

You cannot get faith by confessing your sins. You cannot get faith by confessing your faults, your weaknesses and your failures. Hence you cannot be saved by confessing your sins and you cannot be saved by confessing you are a sinner. Faith comes only by hearing and hearing the word of God. Our responsibility to the sinner is to preach the gospel of Salvation in Christ Jesus to them so that they can hear. When they hear, then faith comes, when faith comes, as they confess Jesus the redeemer as their Lord and Saviour then their sins are automatically forgiven. Then they are saved. Thanks. 41. Speaking the word is what gives life and power to the word. The bible as a book is lifeless and powerless until its content is spoken and believed. Speaking the word activates the power in the word. Speaking the word activates the Spirit and the life of God in the word. Speaking the word is executing the will of God for your life. Speaking the word is taking possession of the will of God. The word of God does not return back void only when it is spoken. Speaking the word is making demand on the word.

The word does not return back void means God will not change His mind. His word will come to pass without fail. Whatever He had spoken in His will for us He will not take it back whether we claim it or not. His will is ours forever, it will never returned back to Him. As God spoke His word and it will not return back to Him void, so also because of His nature in us, when we speak it we must expect it to come to pass without fail. It will never return back to us. The only thing that makes void what we have said is what we are saying and what we are believing after we said it.

The word of God does not fail because God will never speak contrary to what He had said earlier. Whatever we say as long as we do not counter it with contrary words, what we have said will not return back void to us. Doubt in Mark 11:23 means speaking contrary to what you have said earlier. Only you can cause your word to return void by what you say thereafter. Doubt is causing the word to return void. Doubt is recalling back void to yourself what you said earlier. 40. But in the new testament where we worship God only in spirit and in truth of the word, worship is more by what we are saying than any other physical actions. In the new testament we worship God by what we are saying in praise, worship, thanksgiving, songs, hymns, prayers, confession of the word, prophecy, tongues and interpretation of tongues, testimonies, hearing the word, reading and study of the word, meditating and thinking the word, preaching and teaching the word, etc.

Your words rule you and set all the boundaries in life. God set the boundaries and limitations for all creation by His spoken words. God has delegated this authority by His word to man. Man being made in God's image and likeness whatever man says on earth sets the boundaries for their life and their world. You can never achieve beyond your words. No matter what blessings or curses is imparted on you by another person it is what you are saying concerning the blessings or curses that will determine their impact in your life.

It is what you are saying about a blessings or a curse that will set the boundaries and limitations for those blessings and curses. Sometimes God is unable to fulfill certain promises and blessings in the life of some people because they have limited Him by what they are saying. Most times God will pass on those blessings to their children. Either spiritual children or natural children just to make sure He fulfills His promise. Thanks. Grace be with you. Ref. 39. From the time a child is born his primary responsibility is to understand his environment, people and understand himself. No attempt to know God. When difficulties comes he looks to people and the environment for answers when he cannot find answers the devil will lead him to himself through the worship of gods visible and invisible, worship of people dead and living, worship of other creation such as the sun, moon, money, etc and the worship of spirits.

The devil seldom tells people to worship him because he knows people will easily recognize him as evil. Words are the highest means of worship. You cannot worship without speaking or saying words. What you say determine what and who you worship. What you say determines who is your God at every point in time. God has given us His word so that we can say it always as our act of worship and acknowledgement that He is our God. Whenever you speak words contrary to the word of God, you have indirectly submitted yourself to the dominion and worship of the devil.

Only faith pleases God because faith is hearing, saying, believing and living according to the word of God. Faith is an act of worship. Worship is more about what we are saying than what we are doing physically. Praise, thanksgiving, songs, hymns, prayers, etc are all based on spoken words. In the old testament, when the spirit of men were dead, worship included more of physical acts such as clapping of hands, dance, instruments, kneeling, removal of shoes, closing your eyes, dresses, etc. Thanks. 38. Other persons' words will never dominate you except you listen to them and believe them. Remember if you listen to a lie long enough you will begin to believe it and even defend it. Be careful what you listen to at your leisure times. Be careful what you use to relax yourself. Be careful what you use to give yourself pleasure. The devil speaks more to people and people put themselves more under the dominion of the devil during their leisure hours. You are more open to influence at your leisure times than any other times.

The devil knows this very well that is why he wants to dominate the media and the entertainment industry. These two industries are the number one means of relaxation and leisure for most persons especially at the end of each work day. Whatever you are hearing you are saying consciously and unconsciously, for it is impossible to hear without saying what you have heard. If you cannot say it, you have not heard it. Whatever you are seeing you are saying consciously and unconsciously.

It is impossible to see without saying what you have seen. If you cannot say what you are seeing you have not really seen it. Babies see but because they cannot say what they see, they don't really see and cannot remember what they saw. Whatever and whoever you are hearing, you are putting yourself under his dominion. Your words dominate you that is why immediately after the devil took over the world from Adam the next thing he began to do is to introduce a new knowledge and science which is the study of nature and world instead of the study of God and His word. 37. In Genesis 3:1-6 what Eve heard the serpent say of the tree changed what she saw of the tree and what she said of the tree. Be careful what you hear. Be careful who you are listening to because they will determine how you see things and what you say about those things. Words were given for dominion. God's dominion is based on the supremacy of His word. He has given us His word for dominion over all things on the earth.

What you are hearing will eventually dominate you if you keep hearing it. Whoever you are listening to, you are putting yourself indirectly under his dominion. Kings rule by words. Laws are set by words. God as the King of kings rules by His word. When the devil came to Eve the first thing he did was to speak to her. When she listened to him long enough, she put herself under his dominion and therefore she found it very easy to believe and obey the devil.

Adam who would have countered it was there and kept silent. Never be silent towards the devil. Never be silent when confronted by fear, doubts, unbelief, sickness, diseases, poverty, oppression or death. Always have the word of God in your mouth to counter them. What you say is what you are hearing. Your words dominate you. Your words dominate you in victory or in defeat depending on what you are saying. Thanks. Grace be with you. 36. You say what you see and you see what you say. You see what you say. If you see the word of God you will say faith words. If you see things according to the word of God, you will say, speak or talk according to the word of God. If all you see are the circumstances and problems you will speak doubts, fear and unbelief. The eyes of faith is the eye that sees only what the word says. The eyes of faith is blind to the world and all that can be seen physically or felt.

The eyes of unbelief is blind to the word of God. 35. Faith always has a good report. Faith always says something good and positive. Every report of fear, doubt and unbelief is an evil report . You have what you say whether good or bad. If you confess faith that is what you will get. If you confess fear, doubt and unbelief that is what you will get. If you confess life that is what you get. If you confess death that is what you get. Never speak according to your circumstances.

Never complain and murmur or criticize because that is what everyone is saying. Avoid speaking the same mind with the world. Never follow public opinion. All these are always full of evil reports. Even what is called news on the media are always full of evil report. It is evil that makes news in the world so that people will always have enough evil to talk about daily. Evil reports are from the devil to provide a conducive atmosphere for evil to thrive.

Never confess negatives or failures or impossibilities. All things are possible to him that believes. If you say you can, then you can. If you say you can't then you can't. 34. You cannot receive a knowledge without saying what you know. You cannot understand a thing without saying it several times in your mind or your heart. You cannot remember something without saying it in your mind or heart. Just as the Holy Spirit, your spirit or your mind cannot remind you of something without saying it, you can never remember what you have never said. Neither can you remember what you have never heard.

Speaking is the number one and highest activity carried out by man daily above every other actions. Speaking in our hearts, mind or with our mouth. Hence we must pay more attention to what we hear, listen, think, say, see and feel everyday. All these largely involves speaking and talking daily.

Take into account daily and ask yourself each day how much time you have spent today hearing God, listening to God, thinking about His word, talking to God, confessing His word, preaching and teaching His word, seeing His word and feeling His presence in you and around you all day. If you do this daily and consistently you will see the giant strides you will make spiritually and the victories you will have in life.

We attract what we say and what we hear. Since words are spirit, you will attract to yourself the spirit behind every word you are hearing, listening, thinking and saying. You attract what you hear and what you say because as we have said words are relationship and fellowship. The primary reason God gave us His word and the ability to say them and hear them is for the purpose of relationship and fellowship. You attract what you relate and fellowship with in words more often than any other way.

What you say and what you hear create the spiritual atmosphere in and around you. Angelic activities cannot thrive where evil words are being spoken and heard more often. Divine Angels only excel where the word of God is being spoken, heard and thought. Demons excel where other words are spoken. Unfortunately most people and even believers spend all their days saying, hearing and thinking evil and are surprised when evil begins to manifest in their lives. And whoever you are listening to there is a fellowship between your spirit, the spirit of the speaker and the spirit of the words he is saying. As the fellowship increases so strong becomes the relationship, bonding and building of strongholds.

As faith comes by hearing the word of God so also fear, doubt, unbelief and death comes by hearing any other thing that is not the word of God. So be careful of the music you hear daily, what you read daily, what you watch on television and videos daily. Be careful of the conversations you hold daily, the people you talk with and the topic you discuss. You have what say. If you speak evil or talk evil all day long that is what you will have some day soon.

Only the word of God is good and true. Every other words are evil and lies no matter how factual and naturally good they may seem. God is a Father and wants to relate and fellowship with all His children by His word daily all the time. That is why He lives inside every believer together with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Faith is saying God and His word are true, trustworthy, dependable and reliable all the time no matter the circumstances.

He also by His word established the relationship, fellowship and boundaries between all that He created. All creation are interdependent and man is given authority to rule over them. The authority or relationship between man and all creation is established by the names Adam gave to each creature from the beginning.

By spoken words concerning the tree of knowledge of good and evil, God established a forbidden relationship and fellowship between man and the devil. By the presence of the forbidden tree God notified man of the presence of the devil in the garden and the kind of relationship and fellowship he is to have with the devil. 30. Words is relationship. Words define relationship. Words determine relationship. Words define not only relationship but also defines fellowship. What you say defines your relationship with whoever and whatever is hearing you. What you say define the kind of relationship you have with the one you are speaking to and what you are talking about.

Words being relationship and fellowship means whoever you are listening to you are consciously and unconsciously having a relationship and a fellowship with that person. As a result whatever the person is saying is bound to affect or impact you knowingly and unknowingly, directly and indirectly. Words carry the spirit of the speaker and the spirit of the word that is spoken. If it is the word of God that is spoken it carries the Spirit of God. If not the word of God it carries the spirit of evil. Words are very impactful and impartful. Nothing impacts and imparts more than words. So be careful who you are listening to and what you are listening to. The mouth is the gateway of the spirit to release itself. The ear is the gateway of the spirit to receive from other spirits good or evil.

What you say about a person or situation determines your relationship with that person or situation. However you react to the words of a person determines your perception of that person and your relationship with that person. Every man is only as much as his words, just as God is only as much as His word. Fear is saying that what you are seeing or hearing is greater than you and could kill or destroy you. 27. In Numbers chapters 13 and14 Caleb and Joshua got what they said, the ten spies and Israel also got what they said. In 1Samuel chapter 17 David got what he said to Goliath. Every thing and every one around you speaks but only he that is saying the word of faith shall prevail. The word of God is Lord over all other words. The word of God iis the owner of all things. But the word is Lord only when it is spoken by a man in faith. Where the word of God is not spoken all other spoken word will prevail.

All words prevail only by saying. You have only what you say. Unspoken words no matter how powerful is inactive and impotent until it is spoken. It is the atmosphere that is filled with the word of God that is filled with faith and the power of God. Where the word of God is not spoken unbelief, fear and the power of the devil will fill the atmosphere. Spirits and man rule only by spoken words.

Only the word of God is truth. Every other word is a lie. If you say the truth you get the truth. If you speak lies you get lies. Every lie comes to steal, kill and destroy lives. David and Goliath both spoke. But only David got what he said because he said the truth. Goliath lied so he got a lie, he got death and destruction for himself and his people. Mark 5:25-31, 34 (KJV) "And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. 29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. 30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? 31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?.....34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.".

26. You have what you say not what you do. Faith works more by saying than by doing any other actions. What you are saying determine if your physical actions will work or not. The woman with the issue of blood in the scripture above, got what she said not what she did. Other persons in the crowd touched Jesus but not by faith and they got what they said, nothing.

While the others touched same Jesus with hopes and doubts, trial and error, fun and laughter, the woman touch by faith. Faith gave her what she said. Unbelief gave the others what they said. What you say is your faith speaking. What you say is also your doubt and unbelief speaking. You have what you say. The woman with the issue of blood as hopeless as her case was, she got what she said.

When God needed to save man He sent His spoken words of prophecies first in the old testament before the word became flesh to carry out the actions in the new testament. Even Jesus had to first talk about what He came to do, His death, burial and resurrection before He did them. Whatever you cannot say you cannot do. Whatever you can say over time it will be possible for you to do it except such confession is contrary to divine laws.

Faith is of the spirit. Faith is always now. Faith sows now and reaps now. Faith also operates like the natural law of sowing and reaping. 25. Mark 11:23 says you have what you say not you have what you said. As our faith works by continuous hearing so also our faith works by continuous saying. Faith is always now, so it is what you are doing now that determines if you are in faith or unbelief. You don't have what you said but you have what you say. In the spirit realm there is no time or space it is always now.

We please God more by what we say than any other actions. Only faith pleases God. Faith comes only by hearing the word. Which means only speaking and believing His word is what pleases God. Every faith begins to work by what you are saying than any other action. Speaking is the first real action of the spirit. God is pleased more by what you are saying than whatever else you are doing. This is because it is words that create all the realities in our lives and world.

All things are either held together by words or scattered by what we are saying. 24. One mystery about confession is that whatever you keep saying or talking about will grow or get bigger in your mind and in your heart. Same way whatever you keep thinking or saying in your heart will grow bigger and take over your mind, your heart and your life, whether positive or negative thoughts, whether the word of God or the lies of the devil. This is how depression and suicide begins by continuously confessing fear, doubts and hopelessness in your heart, mind and speech.

When you keep talking about a problem it gets bigger inside you. When you keep confessing the word of God, God becomes bigger in you and every other situation becomes small. In 1Samuel 17 it was David's confession of the word of God that made him see himself far bigger than the giant Goliath and was confident and ready to kill him, which he eventually did. He had what he said. There's no vacuum, if you are not confessing the word of God, you must be confessing the words of the devil or the flesh.

Spoken words of men is what determines what happens on earth consciously and unconsciously. Whatever we say on earth grows bigger and dominates the earth. The earth is full of evil because the heart, mind and speech of men are full of evil. The more we confess the word of God, the more we counter the words of the devil spoken freely all over the world. All the sins and lawlessness we see in the world is a product of the confession or what men are saying audibly or in their hearts.

In Genesis 11:4-9 because the people were of one language, they confessed the same thing and what they said dominated the imagination of their heart and minds. Therefore, they were unstoppable. 23. Matthew 18:16 (KJV) "But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.". Confession is witnessing. Confession is bearing witness of the word. The more we confess the word of God, the more we bear witness and as we do this several times the word we are confessing shall be established and we shall have what we say. Confession is the quickest means of releasing the word of God from our heart to cause a change.

No matter how much you know and how much you believe, until you start saying them there will never be a change. God puts premium on confession before believing because through confession the world and creation around us hear the word of God. The spirit of whatever you are saying is what is released into the atmosphere to influence your world now or later. This is how prayer changes things and changes societies. Prayer is our confession unto God to intervene and change things in our favour. But other confession is man or the believer exercising his authority on the earth. Man was created as lord over the earth. As a king man rules through his words.

Remember we shall all give account of every idol words we have spoken. Why, because every situation, circumstances and the world was created first by spoken word. We shall give account of all our words because speaking is the first action of a spirit and the most powerful action of the spirit. In the spirit realm, when you have spoken you have acted. In the spirit words speak louder than any other physical actions. God gave us example when He sent His word to be our Saviour, deliverer, healer, provider, conqueror, King and Lord. 22. Faith also works by confession before believing.. Faith comes only by hearing the word of God. It does not say faith comes by hearing the word of God spoken by the pastor, minister, Jesus or God or the bible. It simply says hearing the word regardless of what medium through which you are hearing it, as long as it is the word of God you are hearing it will produce faith if you hear and hear it long enough until you believe it in your heart.. But of all these medium of hearing there is the medium of hearing yourself confessing the word to yourself audibly or inaudibly.

You have what you say. You will believe what you say if you say it long enough. Don't wait to believe before you confess. Confession is a very good medium of hearing and hearing the word instead of waiting for someone to preach before you hear. Faith also comes by hearing and hearing your confession of the word of God.

Confession is the word of faith in your mouth before it enters your heart. To make our faith work we must learn to continually confess and say what the word says even though we may not believe it in our heart yet. If you say it long enough you will eventually believe it in your heart. Once it enters your heart it is done. This is an irrevocable spiritual law. The Bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. John 14:12-14 (KJV) "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.".

21. Praying is our preparation and charging ourselves like batteries for the main task of speaking or talking all day. But some think once they have prayed they have done all that needs to be done. We have times when we are to exercise our authority in the name of Jesus and we have time in prayer when we have to ask God to do something for us. Unfortunately, many believers put all the responsibility on God.

Your faith will not work if you are expecting God to do something that is your responsibility to do. For example you cannot pray to God to do something about the devil. Casting out devils is completely our responsibility in the name of Jesus. Praying to God to do something about the devil is a waste of time. Also, you cannot pray to God to give you faith or increase your faith that is your responsibility by hearing the word.

Also, you cannot pray to God to save a soul. We are the ones to go and preach the gospel to them by faith for them to be saved, not God. If they are not accepting our gospel it is because we have not broken the power of the devil over them. 2Corinthians 4:3-4 (KJV) "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.".

The bible says the harvest is ripe. God is waiting for us to bring in the harvest. We pray only for God to help us do what we are supposed to do. God has already in Christ finished His own responsibility of saving souls. Faith for salvation only comes by hearing the word we preach or teach. There is no where God told us to pray to Him to save souls. Souls are won by our responsibility of preaching the word, praying for God to send labourers and breaking the barriers hindering them. It is the devil that is hindering their salvation. Whatever involves dealing with the devil is our responsibility not God. Thanks. Grace be with you. Ref. 20. Faith works by saying it without praying - Many believers are known very well for their praying but little about what we say before and after prayers. In the ministry of Jesus and the apostles the bible tells us very little of what they prayed. But what we have as the New Testament bible today is what they said and accomplished before and after praying. Many believers have faith only in prayers and are not aware that you can have what you say even without praying.

Apart from the raising of Lazarus from the dead all other healing miracles in the ministry of Jesus were done without praying. Even with the apostles, Peter and John at the healing of the lame man at Gate Beautiful was not by prayer but by word of faith in the name of Jesus. Moving the mountain in Mark 11:23 is not by prayer but by word of faith. John 14:12-14 is not prayer but speaking the word of faith in the name of Jesus to any situation, circumstances or the devil. We do not pray to God about the devil, we exercise our authority in the name of Jesus against him. But John 16:23 is prayer to God in the name of Jesus.

Faith also works by praying but notice that prayer involves saying something to God. You don't have to pray to make your faith work except you are praying in the spirit. Faith comes by hearing the word not by praying. Commanding, demanding, decreeing, prophesying are all exercising your faith without praying. As children of God we must know we have our responsibilities and God has His own responsibilities towards us. 19. Prayer is very important in Christianity. But nothing can take the place of speaking or saying the word. Prayer cannot take the place of speaking, confessing, teaching and preaching the word of God. The problem we have today is that many people want to receive the blessings of God, get healed, prosper, serve God, grow spiritually, fight spiritual battles, etc by prayer alone.

Without faith it is impossible to please God. Faith does not come except by speaking and hearing the word. The word is the only seed that produces harvest in the kingdom. No amount of power can produce harvest without the planting of the word seed. John 15:7 (KJV) "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.".

1John 5:14-15 (KJV) "And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.". The word and faith is the will God in prayer. In Ephesians 6:10-18 all the spiritual armour that involves the use of the word comes first before prayer in verse 18.

In the Great Commission we are commanded to go and speak to people and not to go and pray as a means of soul winning. To save mankind God did not send prayer but sent His word. 18. Not only does what you say affect what you pray but much more what you say about other people especially those who have wronged you will unfailingly affect your prayers. Mark 11:25-26 (KJV) "And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. 26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.".

Throughout the new testament what you are saying about other people especially your neighbours is mostly emphasized as the number one hindrance to your prayers and your faith. All the ten commandments and law is summarized as what you are saying about God and what you are saying about your neighbours, or what you are saying to God and what you are saying to your neighbours.

Romans 13:8-10 (KJV) "Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.".

Love is expressed first in words before action. To demonstrate His love for humanity God sent His word to save the world. If you are praising God and speaking evil and hatred towards your neighbours your prayers and your faith will not work. Apostle John emphasized this when he said in 1John 3:15 (KJV) Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.". 1John 4:20 (KJV) If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?". 17. Faith is always now. So it is what you are saying now that is your faith not what you said while praying or what you said yesterday. What you say will either affirm your faith or nullify your faith. What you say before and after you pray will affirm or nullify your prayers. A lot of people have so much faith in prayers and praying and paying no attention to what they say before, during and after praying. What matters to them is just the satisfaction that they prayed. They don't care whether they are praying according to the will of God or not.

Our words before and after prayers permit or hinder the answer to our prayers. It is by what we say and what we pray that we permit God to intervene or not to intervene. Learn to pay more attention to what you say before and after prayers. The quickest way the devil causes your faith to fail is to bring circumstances, test and trials that will make you say the opposite of what we have prayed and the opposite of what you believe. Most times he does this by what you see and what you feel. The devil will ensure you see things and feel things contrary to what you prayed and what you believe.

Your word is your seed whether wheat or tares. Faith works more by saying than by any other actions. What you say will affirm or nullify your actions. The bible tells us very little about the prayers of Jesus and the apostles but more of what they said before they prayed and after their prayers. One common thing in most of the individual healing miracles of Jesus was that He constantly demanded verbal communication from them as a means of knowing their faith. 16. What you say is more important than what you pray. Notice in Mark 11:23-24 that what you say comes before what you pray as a means of walking by faith or dealing with our daily challenges. In Genesis chapter one God did not create by praying but by saying. In the ministry of Jesus we are told more of what He said than what He prayed. Same in the ministry of the apostles we know more of what they said than what they prayed.

Also in using the name of Jesus, He talks about using it in saying first before using it in prayer. John 14:13-14 (KJV) "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.". John 16:23 (KJV) "And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.".

While talking or saying is what you do at all times but prayer is done less often. While in saying you are communicating with yourself, people, devils, things, circumstances and even God, but in praying it is just between you and God. So daily we do far more saying than praying. Never put your prayers above what you say. The amount of time you spend saying things is far more than the amount of time spent praying. And God hears both and the spirit world too. You have what you say.

What you say before and after you have prayed is what determines whether your prayer is answered or not. You can nullify what you pray by what you are saying before and after you pray. You have what you say not what you prayed. This is one major reason why most prayers are not answered. Praying is saying also but praying is talking to God. What you say to God in prayer only has impact when God answers but what you say every other time has impact whether you know it or not. Grace be with you. There is also the confession of our desire as in prayer. Mark 11:24 (KJV) "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.". Then there is the confession of our authority. 14. Confession comes before realization. Joshua and Caleb in the old testament possessed the land of Canaan by their confession. David possessed victory over Goliath by his confession. Confession precedes all conscious physical actions. What you say determines what happens. Every miracle begins and is consummated by what you are saying. Faith begins by what you say, doubts, fear and unbelief also begins by what you say.

Confession is more than just confession of sins. 1John 1:9 (KJV) "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.". There is the confession of our faith. Romans 10:9-10 (KJV) "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.".

There is the confession of Jesus before men. Matthew 10:32 (KJV) "Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.". There is the confession of the word as in preaching and teaching. Mark 16:15 (KJV) "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.".

There's also the confession of the word in thinking and meditation. Joshua 1:8 (KJV) "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.". Mark 11:23-24 (KJV) "For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. 24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.".

13. In the ministry of the Church beginning with the apostles, the work given to us was as Jesus commanded in the Great Commission. Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV) "And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. All true spiritual authority are first expressed in words hence when Jesus delegated all His power to us the first means of exercising that authority was by words in preaching and teaching. But the powers of the devil as works of the flesh are expressed more in charms, amulets, rituals, sacrifices, witchcraft, murder, sexual immorality, etc. The primary work of the church is to confess Jesus as Saviour to the world and confess Jesus as Lord to God and the world in every area of our lives.

Whosoever cannot confess Jesus as Lord and Saviour cannot be saved. Jesus said in Matthew 10:32 (KJV) "Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.". Speaking of the works of the apostles the Bible says in the city of Ephesus that Acts 19:20 (KJV) "So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.". The apostles prevailed by what they were saying. They turned the world upside down by what they were saying.

You have what you say. We also know the Spirit of God by confession. 1John 4:2 (KJV) "Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:.". Grace be with you. Just lay your hand on the affected area of your body and say this prayer. Father God, in the name of Jesus I believe that Jesus died for my healing. I believe He took all my sickness and diseases on the cross. If He took them, then I cannot have them. Therefore I resist and I reject every sickness in my body and I confess Jesus today as my healer and I receive my healing now. Thank you Jesus that I am healed. 1Peter 2:24; Ps 107:20.
Now begin to do what you couldn't do before because of the sickness. You are healed in Jesus name.

Heaven is real, Hell is real. Jesus is coming very soon. Judgement Day is coming. But you can become a born again child of God today. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10; John 1:12.

Say this prayer: Father God, have mercy on me. I come to you today in the name of Jesus. I believe in my heart that Jesus is the Son of God. I believe that He died for me. 12. What you confess is what you possess. Unfortunately a lot of people know confession only when it comes to confession of sins. Confession scripturally simply means what you are saying, saying what you believe or saying what God is saying. Confession precedes possession. In the spirit realm the mouth or spoken word is the hand of the spirit, to receive or reject spiritual gifts, to exercise authority or to be a victim. You have what you say also means you receive what you say. The mouth and spoken words is also the hand of the spirit to carry out all the works of the spirit or spiritual works. In Genesis 1:1-28 we see God working for six days with His mouth to create all things in the heaven and the earth.

Also in the ministry of Jesus in the Gospels, we see Him doing the works of the Father with His mouth, teaching, preaching and healing all manner of sicknesses and diseases. Matthew 9:35 (KJV) "And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.". John 6:28-29 (KJV) "Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.".

Jesus told us the works that He did we shall also do and even greater works. How? By using His name in our mouth. John 14:12-14 (KJV) "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.".

Also note that the first two miracles of Jesus were done by what He said. He raised Lazarus from the dead by spoken words. He cast out devils with His mouth, stopped the raging sea waves by speaking to it, overcame the devil at His temptaction by confession of the word of God, etc. As He was working with His mouth so also people were receiving healing and miracles from Him with their mouth. The woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5 possessed her healing by her confession. The Centurion received healing for his servant by his confession, etc. Grace be with you. Ref. 11. You must say what you believe and you must believe what you say. According to Romans 10:9-10 and Mark 11:23 for your faith to work you must say what you believe and you must believe what you say. In other words for your faith to work you must believe in your own words. If you cannot believe what you say, your faith cannot work. If you don't believe that what you said will come to pass it will never come to pass.

You cannot doubt what you said and expect to get what you said. You can only get the doubt you said thereafter. Both faith and unbelief are all expressed in words, you have what you say last. You don't get what you said first but what you are saying now. What you are saying now is what you believe. Faith is always now, what you are saying now. Many believers believe in prayer but very few believe the words they said in prayer after they have prayed.

All creation came to being by the spoken word of God. God believed in His word. You cannot doubt your own words and see it come to pass except you spoke by direct unction or inspiration of the Holy Spirit. If you speak by direct inspiration of the Holy Spirit, He will confirm it whether you believe it or not because they are His words not yours. You were only a vessel. God shut the mouth of Zacharias in Luke 1:5-25,57-80 because his unbelief would have led him to say words that would have nullified the birth of John the Baptist. Your words can nullify prophecies and the word of God concerning you. You need more than prayers to enforce prophecies in your life.

The word of God is omnipotent because God believes in His words. Same way according to Mark 9:23 our words can be omnipotent if we believe in our words. Mark 9:23 (KJV) "Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.". Whatever you have spoken it is what you are saying thereafter that will nullify or affirm what you have spoken and believed earlier. You last words are more important than your previous words. It is only those that believe to the end that gets what they said.

Changes to what you said and believed can only be made also by spoken words of faith. James 1:5-8 (KJV) "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.". Confession is the first act of faith. Grace be with you. Ref. Hebrews 1:1-3; 11:3; Mark 11:23-24; 1John 5:14-15; Philippians 4:6-8; Matthew 12:37; 24:13; Proverbs 6:2; 18:21;
