DeAdvokate: I just noticed that Star Times is now demanding subscription on NTA and some other stations which were free. Before now, if your exhaust your subscription, at least these stations help keep the TV 'busy' by watching for free. Now, one has to subscribe to see all channels!
Racoon: Modele Sarafa-Yusuf, Fatima Abbas-Hassan, Eugenia Abu, and Ruth Onyia were my favourites back then. These woman were real amazons. Ruth Onyia + Cyril Stober combo on NTA network news used to be a bum. Where is Elizabeth Banu?
Modèle n NTA sports.....it's phenomenal. Those days we no too get females in sport journalism
God1000: It seems JAMB has jumped the gun on this issue, they should have waited for the outcome of the DSS investigation before coming out with such statement.
Something isn't right if she truly printed her result from jamb website
I wholeheartedly believe her
They should invest in IT instead of victimizing the poor girl.
Only God knows how many incorrect scores they have been churning every year
Dimaya: In a controversial video, a female student of a Nigerian polytechnic is arguing that she will earn 200,000 monthly as her first salary in she gets hired into the civil service.
mu2sa2: Send-forth or send-off? Which is correct? Grammar pundits over to you.
Send forth" and "send off" are two different phrasal verbs that have slightly different meanings.
"Send forth" typically means to emit or release something, often referring to a sound, smell, or light. For example, "The flower sends forth a sweet fragrance" or "The sun sends forth its rays."
On the other hand, "send off" usually means to dismiss or bid farewell to someone who is leaving, often by accompanying them to a departure point such as an airport or train station. For example, "We'll send him off with a big party" or "I went to the airport to send off my friend."
So, while both phrases involve sending something or someone away, "send forth" refers to the act of emitting or releasing something, whereas "send off" refers to the act of dismissing or bidding farewell to someone who is leaving
Squirrel1: Her actual score is alright and she shouldn't have inflated it by whatsoever means. There are alot of students struggling to even get above 200!
Anyways.....She should be cautioned and her jamb shouldn't be taken away from her. She's a first offender. Justice should be tempered with mercy 👍
Jamb should work on their site security. They should invest more in IT
VinnyBaba: There is no Gainsaying that Young Pple (Teens) need Love and Affection from the Opposite Sex as they grow Older. 🙂
For Girls, this is a MUST. They Need Attention, Flattery and Romantic Disturbances From Guys, the Lack of it which Makes them Feel InComplete as a FEMALE.

As long as she's not asleep, her mum and I are always talking, don't do this, don't do that. Sometimes I lose my cool you know. I'm planing to enroll her into a conventional school by September because she seems really smart. My question here is, how do I handle her, she can't just stay in one place and our apartment is not really safe for her to be playing outside. Parents and expert in the house please assist a brother with an idea of what to do. Thank you
Engage her, keep her busy with informative and educative cartoons and t play sets
OluwaLina1: Happy sunday nairalanders. I moved to a new area(Student area) and decided to attend a nearby church.
These are what I noticed.
-- I was the only one that used scarf.Even the choristers and the female ministers didn't use scarf.
--Almost all the female members are putting on trousers, ladies that put on gowns/skirt are not up to 20%. I was even surprised that the two female ministers and the female choristers also put on trouser to climb the church alter.
--During prayer intersection,I noticed everybody were praying in tongues and it seems am the only person not filled with the holy spirit to speak in tongues. Even when we were asked to pray on our offering, people still prayed in tongues.
And it just seems I'm odd among them or is it that am not modernized?
You're the one with the problem not modernisation.
If others pray in tongues, nothing stop you from praying in understanding. What and how to pray depends on individuals.
Nothing is wrong with trousers, infact some skirts are worse than trousers. Dressing in modesty is key. You are suffering from spiritual Inferiority.
KendoRide: Western culture ruined everything and African women took it against themselves.
Look at single women littered everywhere getting old, yet they’re saying no to polygamy. Saying no to polygamy yet going behind to knack married men. Married men have side chicks as we call it and 80% of them the wifes know and some even know the side chick, is all these unofficial polygamy?
Men would never want to cheat if marrying more than one wife isn’t criminalized, and all the fun and would’ve been met as the man and women will never crave for 3some because they normally have it..
African culture of marrying more than one wife solved this problem even before it arrived, see hookup everywhere, girls wey don suppose marry and start raising next gene of nurses, teaches, kings and engineers.
Lies
Most of your politicians have more than one wife yet still patronize oloshi. Some gutter attitude don't just go away
Prismprecious: As a Christian, you're never going to get more from life until you learn how to use your faith. I lost my job sometime last year and God took on a journey of faith to depend on him and trust.
At first, I had lots of doubts, fear almost crippled me. But then I resolved in my mind, if God's word is true why not bank on it?
The result? I have lived the best life since them. You too can experience the best of God only if you'll believe and trust the report of the Lord. But how do you have faith? And how can you grow your faith?
Hearing the word. Romans 10:17 So then faith [comes] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
This is where faith begins. The words are seeds and when planted in our hearts begin to germinate. If you need faith, spend time listening and understanding the word. Dig into what the bible says about your current situation. Go to church with the heart of a receiver and the humility to learn.
Do the word. James 1:22 But don't just listen to God's word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.
You'll get no result being just a hearer. Get out and put the word of God into action. The woman with the issue of blood heard about Jesus, but she didn't sit at home expecting a miracle in her lap. For a woman in her condition to step out and walk through the crowd to see Jesus, it was a lot.
Do you need a job? The seed has already been planted by listening to the word. Step out and send the job applications. When I lost my Job, I sent out tons of pitches to companies and organizations. Yes, that's faith! You gotta act and take initiative.
Speak it Challenges will come your way. The devil is going to tell you you're deceiving yourself. I have a word for you though it tarries, wait for it- Habbakuk 2:3. In Exodus 13, God took the Israelites through a long road why? They needed strength and courage for the journey ahead. God wanted to build them into a strong nation and the easy route won't do.
Likewise sometimes, what you desire is going to take a while. What do you do while waiting? Hold fast to your confession of faith without wavering, for God can be trusted to keep his promise- Hebrews 10:22.
Use this moment to also give thanks to God for his word. His word is the guarantee and through faith, you have what you desire.
Receive and tell it And when the opportunity manifests, receive it. When the idea comes, receive it. When the miracle comes, receive it. Jesus prepared you and now you have it, Glory to God! When your desire manifests, also use the opportunity to testify.
Your words will encourage and strengthen someone to also trust God for theirs. Your testimony can also win souls into the kingdom. Don't be silent about what God has done for you.
Build on your most holy faith As long as you remain on Earth, you'll need lots of faith. The world is unpredictable. Every day things are thrown at us, but the one who will survive is he who is built on the Word God.
Never stop listening, never stop using your faith to get bigger things because with God you can achieve the impossible. And never stop praying in the holy ghost to strengthen your faith.
Happy Sunday 🤗😊
Wrong heading You cannot ALWAYS get what you need through faith.
ThompsonJoo: Is it wrong for a Christian to obtain a chieftaincy title? If yes why?
Yes, if it doesn't require any ritual
If you can obtain academic titles, nothing stop you from obtaining chieftancy title if it's diabolically free.
Biblically, it's acceptable
Exodus 3:16 Go and get together the chiefs of the children of Israel, and say to them, The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, has been seen by me, and has said, Truly I have taken up your cause, because of what is done to you in Egypt;
