I just don't want those arguments with a neighbor because I don't want bad blood argument I didn't say Wike is not Igbo, Wike said he isn't. Wike doesn't come from a community with access to the sea. Even if you include people like Wike in your Igbo world it still wouldn't give you access to sea ports. |

The five SE states must join us in the riverine if they are to go, so that we don't become minority joining others Igboland is not landlocked if you free all the igbos joined to other states like delta state and Rivers state etc As far as if Tinubu becomes president his policies will affect us. We have the right to correct him The yorubas gained more by associating with the igbos if not they wouldn't fight to death to keep them Igboland is landlocked. No matter what metrics you use Igboland is landlocked. As an Ijaw from Rivers state I can tell you that! |

Myhusband: yet PhD holder are still struggling to find their path in this useless country. Nigeria and Lagos state is upside down Going by the name of their union they own transport companies. Yes, Nigeria is upside down but they are not the reason Nigeria is upside down. If people call out your beloved politicians for the crimes they've committed you would probably be in the first line of defense. Nigeria is one of the few countries her PhD holders are not inventive and innovative. People like Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates never had degrees but they are doing well. People like Elon Musk, the google co-founders and a host of others have multiple degrees and are doing well. Many with or without degrees are not doing well. It all depends on individuals. Yes, these men may have made it through crime or their close affiliation to political figures but people can still make clean money in Nigeria. The problem is we are not imaginative, we don't have patience and we don't seek knowledge. The mindset of most Nigerians have to change! You don't need the government or criminality to make it big in life. |

Buhari is better than Jonathan!
1.Now Nigeria has at least 2 out of the 4 leading terrorist groups. 2. We need only 81 million Naira to cut grass at our Abuja stadium. 3. Monkeys and snakes now know how to make money. 4. We defeated India to be the world's poverty capital. 5. Petroleum products are sold for over 143 Naira and we have a new name for fuel subsidy! We are doing well, only lazy Nigerian youths will think otherwise.
If I doubt of our achievements ask countries like Syria, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Iraq and Sudan. They will tell you we tried a lot! |

It is facts thrillions has been pumped into Niger Delta through NDDC,state allocations and 13% derivation with nothing to show for it. Why have you turn an issue about Nigeria into a Niger Delta issue other than mischief? If anyone is trying to absolve people it is you. Nigeria is a country where everybody in authority behaves like a demigod and our political leaders are the worse. If Biden is sworn in I don't see them placing sanctions on Nigeria. They worked to bring Buhari into office in 2015. The anti same sex bill Jonathan signed into law provoked them. I don't see the Democrats opposing their man, Buhari. |

B3ACHSIDE You call 13 percent receiving more?!! It is a shame that many people liked your comment. It just shows that most Nigerians are ethnic extremists. Those who collect 87 percent for zero input turn around calling those with 100 percent input names. Your parasitic state contributes NOTHING! In the last 60 years it has contributed nothing. You should be ashamed of yourself. As Nigerians you should be ashamed of yourselves. 13 percent derivation you don't want us to hear anything because of has only been here for 21 years out of the 60 years Nigeria has been an independent state. |

LegendHero: All what you’re saying is still stories and Jonathan was clueless in 2015 so every sane thinking Nigerians should have voted him out.
His comrades were looting recklessly while Biko Haram keep killing people enmasse in the NE and Jonathan continue to drink his burukutu and squandered all the proceeds from oil wealth during the rainy days.
Buhari was known as an anti-corruption figure and even the international community supported his candidature then because they all thought Buhari is the solution to Nigeria problem which is then Security and Corruption.
The SW voters are the most advanced voters in Nigeria who have shown most times to vote based on manifesto and common sense. We see in Buhari a solution to the problem of insecurity because he was a former general who solved the Maitatsine terrorism during those days and we saw his as an anti corruption crusader too so Votubg Jonathan our was justified.
However, like every politicians with their promise and fail, Buhari turned out to be a bad market who failed us because he was not able to solve both things we voted him for. What then is our problem when we only exercise our right to vote in a democracy?
Let me tell you something, the Yorubas don’t care what anyone of you feel about our decision and if you are to present us the 2015 situation again, we will vote for Buhari.
We have stood alone in the South and hold the forte against the SE+SS alliance all through these years. Even in opposition, we have influence and always hold our head high without resorting to emotional blackmail everytime.
If you don’t know OBJ in 1999 was not a SW preferred candidate, then I won’t waste my time on that subject. It’s just like Obi and Igbokwe on the ballot, and the Yorubas went ahead to vote for Igbowke who normally wouldn’t be the preferred Ibo candidate. From your statement it is obvious you South westerners know next to nothing about Nigeria. 1. A Jonathan won't drink burukutu 2. Jonathan was opposed for trying to remove subsidy because he identified it as a major conduit for corruption 3. Who were the beneficiaries of the subsidy scam if not South westerners and north westerners? 4. The same people that sued Jonathan because he started saving for Nigeria are the same people that bankrolled the APC and hold important offices in Buhari's government. 5. The international community did support Buhari, the primary support Buhari got was from Barack Hussein Obama. 6. You have forgotten I raised the Falae/ Obasanjo case. If the Yoruba saw Obasanjo to be very bad and Buhari to be very good why did they[Yoruba] wait till Jonathan's turn to bring Buhari in? 7. If the killings in the North east ( that started under Obasanjo/Yar'Adua) was the reason Yoruba rejected Jonathan, why did you Yoruba give Obasanjo a 2nd tenure despite the killings in Odi, Taribo, Port Harcourt, Warri, Ogbakiri, Zaki ibiam etc? 8. Buhari killed people in Abia and Delta state and was rewarded with a 2nd tenure by the Yoruba. Since when did you start valuing human lives to the point vote for a change in government because people are killed. Under Buhari Fulani herders have prominent Yorubas, kidnapped your preferred candidate in the 1999 presidential election yet none saw the need to change the government in 2019. 9. On the contrary it foolish Nigerians or bigots who fell for Buhari's antics in 2015. To justify Buhari in 2019 just shows you are a south western bigot. The data supported sound economic performance under Jonathan. The country amongst the 10 fastest growing economies in the world. Ranked as Africa's foremost investment destination. Today they are the suicide and poverty capital of the world and you want to convince me bringing Buhari was the best decision for Nigeria! |
