@ nethaker,
My mum status is a permanent residence and sister a US citizen which one should i use or deny both of them, what is the probability of them finding out if i have people in the states. Punck, A town, gongo so, guys contribute
99% of the people that were denied visas during my interview LIED. Do not lie.
What if your mum has indicated you as her child as well as your sister for some "thing" somewhere in the states. There is a reason they have that option on ur form 156. If you lie that you have no one in the states and they find out, you will be denied. All they need to use to match their database is your date of birth. It is up to you to decide if you want to lie or not.
CareerRe: Kpmg Nigeria: Ivy League Only? by phuckNL: 9:36pm On Oct 15, 2009
You lot need to stop using IVY league loosely. There are 8 IVY league schools. If your school is not listed, ur not. Too many people tend to equate a good school as being IVY league. There are only 8 permanent members :

1.Princeton
2. Yale
3. Brown university
4. Harvard
5. Cornell
6. Columbia
7. University of pennsylvania
8. Dartmouth college.

unless all kpmg employees went to either of the schools listed, they don't restrict hiring to IVY league.

Oh my God, i am shocked. So Nigerians steal money!!
Morons. Every Nigerian is a thief so u should all stop acting surprised. If they audit the telecoms sector, govt, Academic (ASUU), Oil sectors e.t.c, you will realize that money is stolen everyday. Lets stop pretending.
TravelRe: Who Will Save Us From Lekki Concession And Hitech Construction Company? by phuckNL: 6:51am On Oct 13, 2009
zantlex:
well, all i want to add is that Hitech is very well known and is not using the place to practice, the very effective barbeach solution which had since been completed was also done by hitech, go by the barbeach now and you will see hitech yard just by the place and you can see how well they have done the job, sparing all the property along that road from water damage.

like i said, patience is what is necessary in a construction job to get standard infrastructure. the criticsms are good but they must be put in proper context,
Simply put, HITECH is incompetent. Didn't Ahmadu Bello get flooded last month. After all the money wasted. shocked shocked
The only reason HITECH got this job is because HITECH has interests in LCC. It is not hidden knowledge that HITECH owns a certain percentage of LCC. Julius Berger would have done a much better job. The first toll gate was supposed to be finished by Septemeber of this year. Looks like that wont happen till the end of next yr.
Why it has taken HITECH 1.5yrs to build a simple toll gate beats my imagination. Even if they claim the actual road requires drainages and fences,, thus the road project is taking too long. Why spend such a long time on the TOLL GATE.
The reason the whole project is taking so long is because they are waiting to finish the TOLL gate before embarking on the road. They want to start collecting TOLLS before completing the road.
The current diversion they have going on at phase 1 has resulted into chaos. This is the worst construction company in nigeria. They are just too slow and inexperienced.
TravelRe: General U.S.A (student) Visa Enquiries by phuckNL: 6:04am On Oct 13, 2009
^^^^^ All the forms are checked before they start asking the questions. The bar code on the ds 156 makes it easy for them to get your information. They just scan the bar-code and voila, they have all the information you typed in. They only need to just skim over your additional forms like the 157 and 158.
BusinessRe: FG: Nigeria’ll Not Enter Recession by phuckNL: 8:45pm On Oct 12, 2009
Sentiments apart. Nigeria can not go into a recession because our economy is growing.
Of course poverty is increasing. But recession is simply what it is. an english word. Since our economy is not shrinking, we probably won't enter a recssion.
What i believe nigeria will enter is POVERSSION grin

Okay i will stop the bashing but i don't owe anyone any apology.
Embassy Interview :
Officer : Goodmorning
Me : Hello, how are you doing.
Officer : fine thank you.
Officer : You are going to "Princeton"
Me : Yes
Officer : Thats a very good school.
Me : Yes
Officer : Why this major and why Princeton
Me : Its one of the best schools for my program and its also one of the best schools in the U.S
Officer : Which other schools did you apply to and why Princeton over them
Me : Princeton was the only one that offered me full scholar. I applied to MIT,IIT, and UT Austin
Officer : I see you have a scholarship. What exams did you take
Me : I presented my SAT, SAT II, and A-levels and Toefl.
Officer : Okay, your visa will be ready on Friday
Officer : I noticed your resumption date is on January ***, make sure you don't leave until a max of one month before that date if you don't want immigration problems.
Me : Thank you, have a good day.

I did not have to show financial documents because of the scholarship. Doesn't mean i didn't take it along sha.

wems, lets come down and ignore this phuck of a thing. Let us continue to give ourselves good advice. Anyone that needs advice on how to get a scholarship (full tuition) against Fall 2010, should tell me and I will post a very good information here that you can follow and also how to go about it.

SHALOM
Judging from your posts and how you are all over this forum, you are the one phucking yourself. It is obvious no country will grant you a visa. Didn't i just see you on the Sweden forum?

wems, chill, the guy is the first Nigerian to get a scholarship to an obscure undergrad school in the US
cheesy grin cheesy
Will you shut up. Not everyone gets admitted to Princeton!!!

wems002:
I see, if he already has one, he should tell us about the questions he was asked at the embassy not condemn others or out of ignorance turn people willing to learn away. no offense but you really need to upgrade and be matured cos this comment looks like a bitter under 21 guy.
i am sure you have ADD or something. I started out on this forum by stating exactly what happened at my interview and some idiot came here saying "tales by moonlight".
I stand by my comment with regards to you just opening your mouth misyarning. The guy is expecting his I-20 in 3 weeks. There are still slots available from now till December 31st. What on earth stops him from booking a spot nowhuhhuhhuh? He can always change his SEVIS details when he receives it. Better yet, he can ask his intern. advisor to just tell him the number via email. You have to learn to be proactive. I may be younger than most of you, but i am sure as hell smarter than a lot of you.
I am not trying to brag, a lot of your posts reveal how most of you think.

Vladmir 2:
pls,@phuck_NL,can u explain more.
Go ahead and book your appointment now while the slots are available. Don't wait like the idiots here who will wait till December and then complain there are no slots available. You can book for a December 30 slot right the phuck now. You don't have to wait till December 29 to book!!!!
Most of you are still waiting for I-20's, i got my visa even before spring deadline applications were closed. In September (The interview at the embassy was well ordered because they had enough time to talk to everyone) The people denied had several problems such as not knowing why they wanted to go to the US and just being plain ignorant.
TravelRe: Where Are U From? by phuckNL: 6:26am On Oct 11, 2009
You are not making any sense at all. SO if your ancestors settled in EKO in 1890's from ife, then you will claim that you are not from EKO but IFE? My guy you no make sense at all. In that same vain, Nobody is from ANYWHERE because our ancestors all moved from somewhere before they landed in AFRFICA or where have you. Try make sense my guy. If someone says they are from Lagos, accept it and stop being an Ignoramus.
The only people that cant claim lagos are those whose origins can be traced to other states. If your origin is traced to Lagos as far back as 1800's you are a bonafide LAGOSIAN. finito.
TravelRe: General U.S.A (student) Visa Enquiries by phuckNL: 6:17am On Oct 11, 2009
wems002:
@ Vladmir,
Lets be optimistic, you might get a date but if we are to be a realist, my bro it is going to be difficult for you to get a date before your spring semester because of the season, that is for Lagos, but if you decide to set an appointment for Abuja you might get a date just make sure you do when you get the package.
If you are not sure about something don't open your mouth. There are slots open everyday form November 1 - December 31st as i type.

The problem with Nigerians is that they are a bunch of arrogant self hating baboons. I don't know what the fake pride is all about. Because you are a graduate, you cant d this you can't do that. What d heck. You foolish graduates better open your eyes.
Yes the governor should have something better. Yes, he probably uses the scheme to steal money.
How does this affect the fact that a graduate that has no job can use this opportunity to make some money to pay bills?
80% of those that claim they are graduates and are too big for this do not even have good grades. they probably have passes and 2/2's so what is it. If you were so smart as you claim to be, you would have passed simple aptitude tests and would atleast be employed in a bank. Bunch of retards complaining.

There was a guy in the U.S who graduated for Harvard law school. Worked as a lawyer for a couple of months and decided it wasn't for him. He dropped law and started doing reality Tv. He now wants to do wrestling. In Nigeria, dem go say a whole Harvard graduate, lai lai , i must work for Gani Fawehinimi or Akeredolu and nothing else. Idiots.

^^^^^  If you drive a car so much that you forget to apply for other jobs it is also one of two things :

1. You love driving a cab and that is where your passion lies so screw any other career
2. You make so much money from it and there is really no need to do anything else.

You have no point. If you have a passion for something, nothing will stop you. Most people don't even have the passion for there degrees. They ended up dia due to JAMB or the greed for money.

This fat bleaching Gorrila-looking coon never cease to amaze me. I'm sure he's very proud of himself. Can you imagine a Computer or Chemical engineering graduate shouting Molete-challenge-Mokola ?? In fact now i'm very inclined to believe that our leaders are no better than a glorified monkies. Humans with the brains of a monkey!
I am sorry SIR but you are the "Glorified Monkey"
If Nigerian PHD graduates are cab drivers in Canada and New York, what prevents them from doing so in their own country.
How many of your Chemical Engineering graduates can perform a simple Mass Balance or how many of your Computer engineering graduates can build simple hardware parts. I stand to be corrected but the Glorified Monkeys are the "Unemployable graduates who think they are too big to do jobs that the normal person can do and would rather stay unemployed until they get a GRADUATE job". The difference between most average Nigerian graduates and a regular cab driver is usually just the CERTIFICATE and nothing else

Hey there's a reason why i have a full scholarship to school in the U.S.
I wondered why someone with a few posts would refer to me as A-town. I knew the person definitely had to know A-town or something. I went back in the posts and noticed A-town made some comments about not coming back here and you said he will come back. That's the last time both you and A-town posted. So, i figured you called me A-town because you knew him well. (still don't know why). All i had to do was to connect oga.ade and gongo aso somehow. i noticed the way you posted seemed similar too. So i went thru your posts. Yes i have the time to do that. School resumes in January and i cant leave until at least a month before resumption.

Now for those who think my username has anything to do with this forum, get a life. PHUCK_NL is exactly what it is NL is the netherlands. I was supposed to go there before heading to the U.S but i was PHUCKED.

I bought my 95/96 Honda Legend from Cotonou like 4 months ago. I bought it from a contact I made here in Nairaland. Mennn, you need to drive a Legend before you think to have driven Honda product. Infact the thing makes me speed madly, upto 160km/hr speed, I almost had head-to-head collision with a 'fish' camry 2 weeks ago, thank God only my side mirrow glass cracked.
I never use the AC in "High" (as it has Low, Medium & High buttons), no matter how sunny, unless i need small catarrh/cold.

It was only d first few days I bought it that it gave me battery wahala, until I bought a brand new sealed battery.
