Ishilove:Yes o! That's the bit of the story that's missing. I strongly believe there must be something. A male friend once told me things about his wife, how they've become mere flatmates. The wife too zipped up for about a year running into two. Then I asked him if he did anything, I particularly asked if he cheated, he said no. She denied him sex over the issue of a third party (wife's sister) staying with them, he deemed her a bad influence. Now the man keeps side chicks and is considering remarrying. I pray op's case doesn't get to that. |
SmellingAnus:I agree with most of you saying he should stop begging her. He did bad but he's apologised. Men have ego and if they can stoop to beg.... Who are we? Even God forgives. I had a scuffle with hubby yesterday afternoon and he said things to me. In the evening, he came begging. He took back his words. It was a moment of anger, which I am responsible for. He then made promises of things he'd do just to appease me. The way he was reeling out promises, I felt pity, I had to let go. This morning alone, he's delivered three out of his promises. What else? My problem here is why would she zip up for 2 months? What has the man done that she found so unforgivable that'll make her to just recline into her shell? Mr. Man, stop begging really. I believe in communication. She should talk to you before this issue degenerated to this level of having to leave the house. Later, when the dust is a bit settled, seek to talk things through with your father-in-law. You might get lucky. Good luck to you man. |
phemmyfour:Many people don't realize that this modern day Nollywood is different. A very big chunk of them are educated now unlike back in the days. Infact if you are not educated now, it's like you shooting yourself in the leg cause you're not gonna fly. |
One of my favourite actors. Congratulations to you. May God grant you all of your heart's desires... aspiring Prof. M. Oladapo. |
Dominion791:How old are you? |
OrdiNaka:Japa to where exactly? and to sentence himself to a life of forever looking over his shoulder, is it worth it? My company once overpaid us like that. Many of my colleagues said it's their luck and they spent recklessly. If there would be salary increment, we'd know. Since there wasn't any info like that, I only took my money and left the balance. Lo and behold, it was accountant's error and in the next month, they removed the money. Some people nearly died. There's something we call integrity. Anything money, I'm usually careful and steer clear of stains or dirtiness. |
aboyaji:Oga, that's your opinion. I'm afraid in this case, your opinion really doesn't matter. You're not to decide who gets put away, your brother does and he's ok with his baby mama. Go and sit down. That's my honest and simple advice for you. When you get married, you'd be free to run your house as you wish. You should be worried if as a baby mama she wields so much power, what if she becomes a certified wife? Wait till it's your turn, easier said than done. I'm never in support of her supposed rudeness or hostility but I know a lost battle when I see one. |
Rachel98:So? He should send his wife away because you are family? See, mind your business. The most important person in your brother's life is his wife, just like the most important person to her is your brother. If whatever thing she does doesn't prick your brother in any way, why should you be bothered? They owned each other. Family members become secondary the moment they both said "I do." The most you can do is tell your brother to call her to order. He may refuse to, or she may refuse to change, they're adults. You can't compel them. Just stay off and never be bothered with whatever happens to them both. Daada lo ma ma sele but if the opposite happens, they shouldn't call me, I am not at home! |
God! How can a woman become like that? Don't you think it's some kind of disorder? And the men doing free banging, doesn't it look dirty to you? How can you poke where somebody has poked before when she hasn't cleaned up? The whole thing is disgusting, you are not scared of infection, everyone is not clean. I used to ask my 'egbon' at home how prostitutes cope with so many dicks entering and leaving. How do they do it? I'm trying to cope with one even cos his urge is a bit high. Some girls, Lai s'afise! |
Dagger79:Me too. Really proud of them. At a point, I thought I was watching a premiership side. |
yommen:That is the big problem I see here about our country. I don't want to outrightly call this generation fools because just a handful of them are different, but the majority No Sense! They lack cognitive abilities, they can't read a narrative of one paragraph to the end, they want summary. They can't innovate let alone create! It's a blurry future for Nigeria if many youths are like this. They have exchanged virtues for vices. The majority of the people in this picture are still alive, check them out today, they don't dress like this anymore. This must have been the fashion of the time. Baa lakaye! |
robinso01:The woman with customized gele is Chief Mrs Kemi Nelson. Great socialite. The party is not like if she's not there. Then Muiz Banire is the first man from left. He worked hard then and his impact was felt. |
INSTANTCASH345:Not a scam! The university is owned by Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) Education is not free anywhere. University education and digital skills do not disturb each other. Plus, you know nothing about their curriculum, don't just assume. If you are looking for any idiots, look inwards; you will surely see one. |
Almost unbelievable! You'd think it was real for a moment. God really bless the hands that made this. Incredible! |
Felimax:God bless your marriage. You two will enjoy a special grace that marriage brings till forever and a day. They don't know how enjoyable it is. My oga just dropped his guitar now. He's been playing and I have been singing to the tunes. We stopped cause I need to go make dinner. They don't know, if only they know. |
Wow! Nice. May give it a try soon. Really nice. |
Felimax:Don't mind the miseducationist. I'm not a man but I'm married. I've been for a decade now. My husband can't stop gushing over how meaningful his life has been. He's holding me as I type. Mr. Redpiller shouldn't marry if it suits him but many won't buy his lies. Every weekend, people still tie the knot, so.... |
I've caught people making out about twice now. One was our neighbor back in my university days. The guy is a neighbor and friend. We (my friends and I) live upstairs while he stays downstairs and his window opened to the outside of the compound. I was coming back from somewhere (can't remember) that afternoon, being that he's our friend na, it's a normal thing for any of us to stop by his window or even enter his room to say Hi! before going upstairs. This was my intention that afternoon but as I got to the window, I froze. There were days I'd be calling out even before I get to his window, but not that day. I stood transfixed for minutes. They didn't even notice I was there. When I was out of the trance, I just dragged my feet upstairs. Of course I told my roomies and we all teased him about it. The lady was his school girlfriend but she was married. She resumed next semester with a heavy tummy and that was the end of the relationship. The other unsightly sight was in my own bf's house. He worked in a bank, CBN, at the time. He was comfortable. He lived in a 3-bedroom apartment and owned a restaurant in town. He lived in one of the rooms, the other room for his boys (workers) from the restaurant and one room was empty. I do go there anytime I wanted cos I have my own keys. He told me around the time that his uncle (also works with CBN) just came to town (on transfer) and will be with him pending. Ordinarily, one would think he'd stay in the empty room. On this Saturday afternoon, I just decided to go chill a bit in his place. I got there, the door was locked, I used my keys. I got to the sitting room everywhere was empty. He'd be at his restaurant. I first sat down a bit, contemplating whether to go join him or wait for him, then I started hearing some faint sounds, I decided to probe. I went straight to my bf's room where the noise was coming from. The door, it wasn't locked this time then I saw two bodies on the bed!! They were like two elephants in a combat. They were so engrossed they didn't notice they had company. I stood hiding in the heavy curtains. I watched everything, the turning and tossing. All of a sudden, the lady's body was shaking like she was in a fit and the man too grunting like an animal. I knew it was time to go. I left where I was, took my bag from the sitting room and I went home. The next day, my bf came to my place and confirmed that was the uncle he told me about. I just wondered, how can someone be new in a place (he'd been there only 2/3 days) and was already sleeping around. Men!!! |
You better run..... I once witnessed one. I pity the wife. Can't type now, maybe later. I have to be somewhere important. |
Happy birthday to you Seun. You're a true son of your father. I salute your eloquence, I salute your mastery of our socio-political space and your energy for a true revolution. We hope to see a Nigeria that our kids will be proud of. Hearty Congratulations! |
Ammishaddai:Some mothers do have your type. We can't throw away the baby along with the soap water. |
November24:It's obvious you don't understand the narrative but it's ok. I don't have the luxury of time right now (maybe another time) to explain to someone who is hard of comprehending. |
Ammishaddai:Good luck trying but the way you talked....you even dared to pray for more evil to happen, you have failed before taking off. Many of you sit behind your keyboard, with your leprosy infested fingers and type rubbish. People like us look at your foolhardiness in dismay, because it's only a dimwit that's capable of such tomfoolery. Be gone Mr. Foolish! |
Ammishaddai:You awareness? I laugh in Mandarin! Awareness my foot! People who do awareness or volunteer work are people who the blood of humaneness and sympathy is flowing in their vein. With your comment up there, you sounded like a cold, mean, brutal soldier bereft of emotions. Just say you want the video! |
doggedfighter:Just what kind of country are we in, and one Bishop accused Buhari of being soft on terrorism, he was taken by SSS! What type of life is this ehn! Poor old man looking for what to eat! |
Maxymilliano:That's the reason for the kind gestures. Or would you rather prefer the governor killed some of his children to fit into your idea of a dream Lagos? |
dnawah:Thank you but I'm not always like this sha ![]() |
dnawah:Awww! Sorry ![]() |
Pumpumking:You're just impossible! |
dnawah:Sorry, meaning? |
