Chuwaa: Just remove the head of the battery daily and it will mess up their records, while you combine with Bolt. Or find a way to locate the transponder and disable wisely.
I forsee plenty debts cos of cash trips. But the POS will be in their account? laff will not injure me in dis platform, what has Bolt gat to do with this? When I think of how Bolt r blocking drivers and the way riders keep complaining of deduction in their bank account without taking any rider, the company need to block their self without anyone telling them. |

izzou: I didn't discourage the man. I used the word "may". I was only being realistic, which you know
And you talk about ridicule? Drivers here are being ridiculed daily by riders. They insult you on top your car, talk to you in derogatory manners and yet.... You take it all as a man, and move to the next trip
A policeman broke my friend's side mirror in traffic. We parked and reasoned with him responsibly...No shouts, no dragging. He finally admitted he was at fault and dropped 5k. Insurance paid for the mirror and we used the 5k to drink beer and Suya
If we had started shouting, maybe he would have oppressed us, and in the end we will be tagging Segalink on Twitter... In the end, we may spend more and may not get justice
The earlier you realise that this country and world can't get better, the better we are most likely to last long in it. Even Jesus asked his followers to seek peace, not justice... You know why? It will be difficult to get justice in this world
I pray the officer is apprehended...But I'll put my life before my rights, especially in this country...Call it cowardice, but it is what it is for me
Some people have dragged their rights and they ended up as statistics.... Forgotten and never to be remembered You have said well boss, but one area I'm not pleased with is the area you said riders are insulting drivers... To me its a two way thing, riders feel drivers r insulting them too (Go check on bolt twitter and see gobe ), I think it's a Nigeria thing, no doubt this is not a job in the first place, but just another hustle and I've woken to other ways to make money, but its in the rise and fall pattern, which I feel an average Nigerian live on. I've seen someone without a job or hustle, begging for all sought for 2k look down on drivers, but do I have to flow with his/her ignorance? Nope! In d voice of Tony Montana "I've gat to look after my investment" its a means to an end boss and mostly a goat is worth arrival price, if u come dirty, looking like someone life have beaten down, you'll get same treatment from any one. Most rider up till this moment don't know some drivers owe their car The issue is a two way thing, I'm not scared of anyone is not like that of soldier, if I can man him, I'll find other ways to play a fast one on him, but go at loggerheads with him obviously is a no no... In this part of the world there's no justice, what we have is interest. |

davit: Guys if you didn't participate in today's traffic, congrats. You re lucky. I was fully involved. Idado estate to Ojodu. Rider decided to go back to Lekki after more than 6 hrs in traffic. Just dey reach house since 2pm. The trip was offline and the lady won't add to the fare after even taking her back to Lekki. Local man just gentle.
I learnt some people are still on the road anyways. Today is meant for folks wit vest knowledge of short cuts, I've made up my mind to use airport road as my get away axis once I'm done driving for the day or gently go spend the night ard surulere. Today, I'm ard baba omolaja Gbagada when this request beep on a 2.0, rider said he's going to Gbagada and the other side was completely blocked. I check the map and the best alternative route is going thro Jibowu to connect Bariga. I had to clear the rider first wit traffic report and if he is OK with the trip. And for that rider requesting for festac from akoka ard 8pm its my gods that will judge u for me |

ndubuis: The ones from poor homes that you would expect to be humble are worse. They try to order you by every opportunity. I always have a way of making them to shut up. Need I mention the ones from south east. The bulk of bad and repulsive riders are from there. Lol... If those girls tell u what they go thro to get that money, I'm such u will see the reason behind their attitude. Felicity001 once said girls from south east r very harsh, ever since then, I took dat observation into consideration, damn! Savage done, I don't even know what to use to qualify their harshness, if u r hearing anything like Oga where r u and where r u taking? Nah dem I think it's that mentality of u need to open ur eyes once u r in Lagos dats consuming dem, cos I've lived in d east for years and d ladies r not like that. izzou: There are stories one would read here, and you cannot help but shake your head in disappointment.
Like Dude,
You can't even buy an item in a random Mallam's shop, and tell him you will send someone to bring his money. He will not let you go even if it's Five Naira.
You guys suffer so much to make ends meet. Don't let anybody steal your sweat because you want to be nice, have 5 star, blah blah blah. Habaa
The issue of Transfer scams have been flogged here many times: Don't accept transfers. But no, for every two pages, we still read about how someone played a fast one with transfers.
It's painful reading stories like this.
If a rider says he's paying through transfer, tell the rider: Sir/Ma, I do not have a bank account. Please give me cash, which is the mode of payment you chose
Even the thief will have no choice than to think of paying you because the scam don burst.
Don't accept transfers Don't lend money to riders
Don't accept transfers Don't lend money to riders
Abeggg Transfer have come to stay, I've exhausted all my energy fighting it and I'm already at the edge when it comes to transfer. Better part of the riders don't even tell until one gets to destination... Then u will hear give me ur account as if its the norm, even if u object, b prepare to hear how u r odd and d first driver to decline such and how he/she has been doing to & fro using transfer to pay. Do we have to look at the side of a driver that have been waiting for trip all day and see a 5k trip with transfer as option? He won't even think twice, b4 accepting such offer. A lady just did transfer to me mins ago and I didn't even check cos I'm so tired to trade words with anyone now, but most time my method is simply Rider: Oga! Ur account Me: hmmm! Straight face, sorry I don't take transfer Rider: Ha! I don't have cash oo Me: You didn't tell me and my reason for objecting to such is blah blah fake alert, dis dat Rider: Don't worry, u will see dis one Me: its all up to u, if u can wait for me to get the alert, then I can drop my account Then I can let him/her go after transfer base on impression. Inbtw, this is Lagos, one will still fall prey, especially on a good happy day where the money does not really count. |

But let it be a lesson.
You won't leave until you pay. Captain or not..
No violence, but respectfully voice your rights. You rendered the service.
BTW, y r you guys still going to Navy town, Alakija axis n co.
To me, its being insensitive to your car.
There is nothing on Earth that will make me go to Navy town/ Alakija axis again. Even if its offline, 7x surge. Neva.
Mehn..that part of Lagos is hell fire. My personal person, we r together on this. Anything that won't make me use 2nd rainbow, worst Festac first gate to enter and come out thro Ago palace way... Then forget it, such trip is not meant for me. |
