For the few ladies and gentlemen here present; While I wish to issue this brief statement, it is my no means binding to your beliefs and judgments. You're all free to resort to any means necessary to bring your respective nominees the much coveted crown of MISS NL.

But let this goes for the record, that the woman (Mimzy)whom I happen to support is a charming soul who is here to make friends and have fun. This contest is not a do or die matter for her. And she'll never sink as low as to witch hunt or slander anyone. If before this contest she has offended anyone, I oblige he or she to come forth and make a statement to that effect.

But to start casting aspersions and slandering just to mar her fame and reputation is unsportsmanly. If you think she's ugly and brainless, then you're free to say so, for every beauty contestant must come under such judgments. But going personal and malicious and fabricating all manner of fables against her take the compaign into a bad precept. And we truly don't want that.

Let the campaign be civil and decent. It's only a beauty contest, a virtual one for that matter.
Thanks for your attention.

Awwwwwwwwww.... Who are you! Okay I'll get back to you at my close of work then.
I'm just a man taken by your aura.
Lend me your heart for it is golden and fearless
Bring your presence nigh
And feed my curiosity.
You live in my head now
I travel in bewilderment
Imaging your firm hands and strong thighs
A warrioress yet a queen.
Your bow is strong
Your arrows splint the hearts of your enemies.
A cold laugh springs from your lips
As they are frozen in horror.
What is the shade of the brown in your eyes?
Coffee-dark or chocolate brown?
A table and two glasses
Our voice be our company
Our eyes locked in a curious embrace.
A drink of your choice.

There are no distance wide enough, no laws strong enough to deter my desire from beholding the eyes of she who has struck me with her grace and astuteness.

I'll simply break the laws for you, my mystery lady!

Truth be told this is the dumbest thing I've read this year! I can't believe I read this to the end! My dear, any contest tagged "MISS" is a beauty contest and lanicky does not fit the bill. Let's be honest, if this wasn't an e-thing, do you think she'll have the effrontery to stand in the midst of true beauty queens? People who look like lanicky are the type that served us drinks and swept the floor when I contested and won 1st runner twice in 5 pagents hunie, 5 pageants! This is a shame dear, all i see is a group of people trying to force their friend on nairalanders. Simple.

Once a queen always a queen. And you have spoken as a true queen. Bold yet gentle. You're like an unwanted guest with a radiance no door man can resist.

I really wanna buy you a drink

I think buhari's mode of governance is myopic and a tad unrealistic for a republic of thieves like Nigeria.
There seem to be a few boldly stimulating policies like TSA,non devaluation policy and naira-yuan trade agreement, however, the general assessment tells us that the APC-led federal government is ill-prepared for the cold thrills of power.
I sincerely hope that they get their acts together and put the nation into order.
You couldn't have said it any better, bro. But I fear that this administration hasn't shown any real character that suggests it could pull off from this mess and gain back the people's confidence and trust. I think APC will go down with this administration.

They're all the same to me though.

It's a simple puzzle @OP. He loves the guy more and care more about his feelings hence your relationship with her is a secret to the guy.

Take a time out and seat her down. And ask her for an honest talk about her true feelings for this guy, and you'll hear it.

She could just hv said sorry. Instead of putting so much effort into proving she didnt make a mistake. even you just admitted it was a mistake. She nevr did.

I thought she was all that too until the post happened

Few pages down this thread hold boldly her acknowledgment of being not the original author to the post. But I understand the high expectations laid on her shoulders to remain calm even in the face of persistent malice and accusations.

She's been charged with the poise and decorum of a queen already grin

And that she will be, by GOD's grace!!!

I've had the opportunity to interact with various ladies on this platform. And I'm seriously attracted to decent, intelligent and well-mannered beautiful women.

I personally find mimzy a rare class even in the above category. I think it's an honour for this forum to have a charming, beautiful personality like mimzy to grace this beauty contest.

She adds a rare spark and colour to this contest. And she gives a spellbinding aura to the whole compaign. It is understandable when her opponents capitalise on her careless mistake and dramatise it to the highest heavens. It's a comfirmation of her popularity and charisma.

She doesn't need to prove herself. Her handful of posts speak for her. She's brilliance and beauty in human form.

wow brother im not against u, mimzy shud have atleast mention d moniker that owns d original thread b4 starting d thread, anyways bro we are all good, my mind is clear bro, i am not and can never be against you.

That was her mistake. Anyone reading that thread will know it was a copy work. She had no intention whatsoever to pass it up as her own creation.

Whatever happened for not mentioning the original author is a careless mistake.

I didn't even know when you deactivated because you were in my follow.

But you joined others in spreading cheap blackmail and slandering against my mimzy.

You forgot we paddled through many creeks and rivers to find ourselves here. When I knew you're from Delta state, I swore to myself, "never will I sit idly by and watch saintsamurai come to any hurt here on Nairaland". But I didn't suspect one bit, you took our brotherhood as mere trifle.

You quickly join others to slander a girl who has written a handful of brilliant posts. You didn't ask what actually transpired. She got permission to share that story.

And anyone reading it will know it was a copy work. She didn't deny that fact. My own brother is fighting against my interest. Saint, I didn't expect this from you, at all!!!

From my little questionnaire, you just admitted that:

1) women are the weaker sex
2) they are not ready to take responsibility for their own actions
3 )They like earning what they don't deserve.

Gender equality is gender inequality. It's a big joke.

The first reason a man picks a woman to be his partner is his attraction for her.

Very few things come in comparison to a woman's soft lips poised for a delicate kiss. He would be completely disarmed as soon as she comes within hairs' distance.

Head on shoulder wont work.. A chilled bottle of his brand with some suya might do the trick. grin

@Topic.. Soccer is boring for some women but some snuggling with their man during the match could make them seem interested.

HOWEVER.. If your man is the dramatic type who kicks & throws imaginary balls in the heat of the moment, stay far far away from him! grin
I mean no flattery miss, but you sound like a perfect partner for a nice evening soccer show.

Lolz, for a defeat, she will just quietly take her head off your chest, retreat slowly into the kitchen, make you a very sumptuous meal, and feed you grin. Then you guys can retire for the night... wink
Ah!!! The withdrawal is too soon oh! She may return from the kitchen a meet an empty sofa. The guy might have left the room to console himself somewhere else.

A deeper kiss to melt the sorrow away with some sweet words like "baby, don't worry your team will bounce back" is highly recommended. Then she can go into the kitchen and work some magic.

Exactly bro, as in that is what true relationship is all about, learning to love the things your partner loves even though they dont interest you. you see, that was why i said that as a guy you need to know your partner very well before starting a relationship with her,(this is where the friends mode started) that way u get to know what she loves and what she dnt love, if she practically hates football then as a guy you ought to know that the relationship wont work.
Gbam!!! Spot on!
