Now let me really reproduce the scenario if it were to be an ordinary unknown Nigerian with this officers. Immediately the car was bashed, the driver would have come out immediately to confront the officer and request that he repaired his vehicle, the police would have refused blatantly and asked him to do his worse, if the guy didn't stop, they will beat him blue and black and will not mind if blood is flowing from the injury on his body, they would have even fired into the air to scare other people that intend to assist. Then when you still insist they repair your vehicle which they will never agree, then they will arrest you and your vehicle or even pretend to you that they are ready to repair the vehicle. Immediately you get to the station, you're in soup. They will go ahead to lock you in their cell and tell their DPO another entire story to make it look like you're the guilty person.
