Every country is against hate speech. Every country is against terrorism. No sane country judges hate speech with terrorism law. As i said earlier, if FG want to convict ppl based on terrorism law, they should enshrine the crime under terrorism.

Open and shut case if they are serious about it. His legal argument that why he disobeyed bail conditions were only plausible to his kool-aid drinkers. When your under bail you don't have all the same human rights as regular citezen.

This is why courts can order no communication between parties pending case completion. The courts had Kanu's passports taken till the case is completed. Are we supposed to let him leave country because that's also his human right?

What the federal government needs to really worry about is winning the case in general. There's a lot riding on it politically. The only one that should be mad Kanu loses Bail are the 3 men who paid N100m each that won't be refunded.

Pls did anyone understand what this guy is struggling to say?

By the way who is the "we" u sued in that 2nd line of ur 2nd paragraph?

Was he high on something wen he made this statement? If actually he made the statement, he was wrong in parlance of law. Terrorism and Hate Speech are two different issues and you cannot convict anyone charged for hate speech with Terrorism law.

If FG charges anyone that made hate speech with terrorism law, FG will keep losing the case no matter hw good their Lawyers may be.

In as much as hate speech is bad, it should not be tried with terrorism laws. There should be different legislature for the crime. Alternatively, FG can add hate speech under terrorism and by this the act of hate speech can be tried under terrorism laws.

OP, I agree wt u, but the most important thing is to prove to ur boss that u are kw what u are doing. Become valuable to the organization. Show high level of IQ, show him that u are loyal and at the same time cannot be pocketed and your boss will listen to u wen u talk even wen ur opinion runs parallel to his.

I am talking out of experience. I have severally fall out wt my boss and at the end of the day, if we follow his instruction, we will have to come back to square 1. Wen we fall out in opinion, we normally don't take much to reconcile. Most times there annoyance is that they feel scared of bn out-shinned.

Don't show too much desperation to work in the firm as if ur life will end if u got sacked. Be dedicated but not desperate.

It depends on the kind of person u have as ur spouse. How responsible he or she is.

For me and my wife, we don't have issues doing dat. She knows my Card PIN just d same way i knows her. The same is applicable to our phones. I can give her my card even can leave it wt her for days and she can never take anything that will make u regret giving her such privilege.

I drop my wallet without knowing how much therein and she can only take money from there if it has to do wt expenses for the entire family. Hardly will she take money from my wallet for her personal issues unless wt my permission. She has such financial discipline that i trust her in managing my finances. Give her N10,000 she will multiply it more than u can imagine. We have built this trust and discipline that money has and can never be an issue bw us.
