In essence are you saying for me to use a Company’s acct i must provide the tax receipt ?

I’m asking cuz a friend wants to use his brothers’s company acct but unfortunately they haven’t been paying tax? Plz Qudkom is there any way around this?
The tax receipts isn't a compulsory requirement. But the availability of it strengthens the application. Plus i wouldn't advice that you bank on only a company account for your visa processing.

Qudkom I just read that you're in Thompson Rivers University, please what are my chances since I'm changing degree and I've no travel history. I'm applying for winter 2020, paid the acceptance fee already
It's usually harder gaining admission for 2nd degrees, sometimes VOs want to see academic progressions and want to understand why you need a 2nd degree. Goodluck

You can submit via webform or just wait for their instructions. Besides it's always better to wait.

Good day house.
Please I need advice.
I open a business name in support of my application it's over 2 month now the certificate is not out, so am thinking of using the approval mail from CAC which shows the RC number and the company name.
Is the business up and running? Or do you just need it to prove that you have a "Registered business" because ideally it is irrelevant if you don't have a company account, tax receipts etc. Simply scanning your CAC certificate doesn't really tell the story of your finances.

Good day everyone!
I am interested in applying for a postgraduate diploma in business administration. I will be finishing my HND next year. Now that I want to start arranging my documents for next year admission. I want to know if there chance I can get a student visa.

I have lived in Austria for 3years learning German and I have worked as chef in Mexican restaurant for 1.5years. Then came back to Nigeria to complete my hnd program. Is that a good Sop?

I really need someone who can put me through.
Thanks

There is every chance of getting an admission, you need to be articulate about your study/travel history and choosing a program that shows good progression with your previous studies. Look out for Graduate Certificate and Advanced diploma.

The person is also open to doing a Post Graduate Diploma if an MSc isn't possible. Please could recommend schools which she could try out?

Please guys I need your inputs.

Thanks
Not possible. You can try other business programs. With your experience it could fly.

Hello House Experts,

Trust this meets you well.

I have been found inadmissible from Canada for 5 years in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the IRPA for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. I am welcome to reapply if i feel that i can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirements.

In my study permit application, which i applied for myself, my parent's dont have money, but my strong desire to suceed made me loo for options, so I met a banker that told me that he could have someone move money to my mom's account, so i can submit the bank statement as a proof and sponsor's account. My mom opened an account with a bank and this banker gave me a bank statement which bore my mother's name and account number (which i sent to him) i submitted that for my application. Yes, it was my fault, i should have verified that money was truly sent into the account, i should have gone to the bank to check that money was truly sent in. However, i didnt. i take responsibility for that.

so, i submitted a fake bank account.

Now, i have been ban. and i just found out that i qualify for the Canada express entry with a high score. I need help to remove or appeal for this.
I'm sorry to tell you this, there is pretty much nothing you can do. If you decide to appeal and tell them the banker caused it this will affect the bankers job and the bank might be flagged to think thousands of people also use that same bank/branch. This days there are secondary reviews on soa's. Be careful guys.

OK good. Have them write a letter stating they will provide accommodation for you and also their house details/documents can be attached. That way you're good on the finances. Also have any 3rd party sponsor deposit to your account.

Study plan seems to be poorly planned(Course) also your sop was deemed vague and poor. You also didn't submit convincing documents to show your establishment in the country. The full details of your application will have to be revealed to give proper guidance.

Good day everyone. my study permit was refused on June 26th based on 3 reasons P of visit, family ties and personal asset and financial status. I ordered for gcms immediately and came about 30 days time and i think it is generic. says my study plan is vague and poorly documented, that I won't leave Canada after completing my studies.

I'm 22 yrs of age. completed Nysc April 2019. profile is Bsc mass communication going for broadcast journalism PGC. Sponsor is father retired Manager with12.8m naira when I submitted but has reduced drastically to abt 10m. Now my Uncle, Father's biological brother (Same Surname) whom is a PR and his wife in Canada both want to write me a letter and act as Co sponsor in my 2nd application which I intend to submit In October they've been living in Canada for over 15 yrs.

Note : I didn't declare my uncle and his wife in my first application as advised by my Uncle as he felt my ties to Nigeria will be very weak.

docs submitted are.

1. father's employment and retirement. 4 documents.
2 fathers Data page and travel history.
3. My Industrial training docs. 2 of them.
4. Father's landed properties. a. his house plan, b.fifteen plots of land. c. He owns a agri business (poultry and piggery) but not registered with CAC which we truthfully said. so he did an affidavit of business ownership.
5. birth cert of me and only one sibling not from NPC though. just certificate of birth registration from local govt.
6. Waec, bsc certificate. Seems I've submitted so much docs.

Now I've written a banging SOP and LOE to the concerned refusal reasons.

I need advice from gurus . Frank.R, austacus, qudkom and other gurus.

Ideally you didn't have any issues with your financial portfolio. Also having additional sponsors isn't an issue. However in reference to your gcms note if you can ensure that your proposed program correlates and you review your sop and make sure it isn't cage and straight to the point then you should be fine.

Also, Don't complicate the previous sponsor portfolio, If you're going to add any make sure they're showing commitments*

Am currently studying in Germany for my Msc and will soon finish but I want to move to Canada but I don't know which one will give me soft landing from there two options
1. Through studies (another masters or PhD)
2. Through work
If you have vital skills to thrive in the Canadian workforce with considerable work experience in Germany* then you should seriously consider express entry.

Yes. It is 3.0/5.0 and my masters in professional masters hence wont fit for PhD.
I will also appreciate answers to other questions raised.

Thank you.
Your cgpa is too low for a MSC program. However I don't know if your experience will count towards gaining one. If you have relevant documents to back your experience

Hi guys.
I really need your help. I am 38, married with two kids.i am a preschool teacher graduate 10 years ago with a bsc in mass communication, but began developing myself mid last year,i started with a6months full time certificate course in child care and presently Running an advanced diploma in Early childhood education.
I am very interested in having a deeper knowledge in early childhood education and because my background course wasn't In Education, I can't go for a master's. Will it be advisable to take on early childhood education as a second degree ,or just go for a two year diploma in early childhood education.i have researched school and most of them require a b.ed for a master's in education which I don't have.how do I convince the vo about the 10 year gap?
I am being sponsored by my sister.
Thanks for anticipated response.

If you can sort out your personal asset and finance portfolio then you have a chance. 38 married with two kids and being sponsored doesn't speak well to a VO. So be careful how you build that up. Lastly, anything similar to Social work, teaching etc is a goldmine here you'll easily get jobs from $17-$25 per hour if you have the right certification. Cheers

Goodday house, please need your assistant. My wife applied for canada study permit in which am the sponsor. She got a refusal saying "they are not convince that after her education she will return to Nigeria base on her personal assest and financial status". So am re-appying for her now. 1. We already paid the first term tuition fee earlier. 2. Am including her landed property which was not included in the first application. 3 Her account balance is abt 1.5M and my own account balance is about 7M. 4. She is working and earn abt 280k as net pay.. Also please advise me on the address to put when writting the sponsorship letter since its an online application.
Finally, does she need an Letter of explanation and Statement of purpose or just one is ok.

dealing with personal asset and Financial status refusals; you can take hints from this

1. TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE: When last did you pay company tax. You write about how passionate you are about your country in your sop but can't provide a tax certificate. This single most important document proves to a vo you have a company that is well ingrained in Nigeria.

2. TIN registration: It is important to get a tax identification number and scan the letter confirming your TIN number in your application.
3. Car ownership certificate: yes scan the certificate showing you ownership of your vehicle. Most especially if you have a nice ride. This shows a VO that you are doing ok in Nigeria.

4. Work assets & Machineries: Perhaps you purchased an asset from china a few years back for your company and still have the receipt you can scan snd present it in a coherent way. You don't want to confuse a vo because the next thing is some generic refusal hence order gcms note.

5. Proof of past/future contracts: Have you executed some contracts in the past (1-5yrs) you can include this. If you also have some contracts coming up you can include proof.

6. Reference letters: You can have certified and verified companies you've worked with in the past write you reference letters to show your prudence.

7. Regulatory bodies Certificates : Every industry in Nigeria is regulated by a designated party. It is important to be certified by these bodies. Presenting proof of this certification will strengthen your application. For example, I submitted my father's Petroleum storage licences from NNPC.

There are over 25 categories of documents that can be used. However it is one thing to have documents another thing to present it in a wat that it reflects your portfolio and application stance. I have seen applicants with over 20million portfolio ruin their applications simply because they were misguided.

P.s: personal assets and finance refusals are very tricky you need to ensure correlation with the past financial portfolio and when you're adding new documents make sure you state the reason why it wasn't in the previous application in your LOE.

It means you didn't fill the study permit questionnaire well before uploading your documents. Do yourself a solid and upload via webform. Google "CIC webform" for more details or wait for your medical request and send via webform.

Hello peeps

I need help on filling the Tuition part of my IMM1294 form,

My Program is for 16 months(estimate on the website is 27,500 CAD for 16 months) and my fee is based on number of courses registered (min of cool, Since the duration for Tuition is meant to be for a year , how do you guys think i can calculate One year from this...

Thanks in anticipation of your response.
An extract from one of my posts:

The section for( funds available, room and board and tuition) is one of the most confusing part for Applicants. CIC states that you only need to show figures or proof of funds for the duration of the first year. If you are going for a 2year program you are only required to show proof of funds for the first year (however there is nothing wrong with showing prood beyond the first year).
Therefore;
Tuition*- this figure should be the total roundup of your entire tuition fees for the duration of your program. In case you don't have the figure then provide the first year only.

Room&Board*- This should show expense for the first year. The default amount in this category is 10kcad however some province requires more I.e Quebec.

Total funds available for stay in Canada*- first year in consideration. The sum total of tuition, living expenses, books and supply etc. Should be filled here. Most times the school gives you a comprehensive breakdown

Others*- any non tuition fees will be recorded in this category. For example Medical insurance.

Bro the medical request should be uploaded before submitting in a separate section plus the police certificate should be scanned with other documents in the "client information" section.

It's more like the lawyer wrote on his behalf on the reasons for his rejection, which are; personal assets and financial circumstance. So unlike the first SOP he submitted, the lawyer focused only on his new additional and improved documents. He has also requested for his gcms note but it hasn't arrived. Can he use the letter from the lawyer or write a new SOP stating what has changed or write a new SOP altogether from his first and adding what has changed?
Hope you get my explanation, thanks for your anticipated response.
What he needs is a gcms note to guide him and a letter of explanation to explain previous denial. But then if the lawyer is in charge of his application then fine.

Lawyer? Sorry there isn't any grounds for that. What he needs is to review his refusal grounds order a gcms note and work on it.
