Also! I read somewhere that Jonathan's Campaign funds were finding their way offshore - there any credible sources to this or is it just another rumour? If it's true then this kitchen is getting very heated indeed! |
Deltagiant:Most successful stars like who? It's a brilliant photo. Why should he be ashamed of her? She's not a pastor or an Alfa or alhaja Gan self. Not everyone is going to appreciate this BT you have no right to tell him what to be ashamed of kmt. |
Absolutely not. The constitution doesn't even allow it. Their focus should be problem areas. Which ideally should be excluded. If we're using the military to police what will we use the police for? Besides they have more important things to worry about. Police and anti riot teams are more than enough. The police should also ideally have choppers for monitoring. |
There's an African country, I've forgotten which one. Anyways, they don't have these problems. Mainly because they don't tolerate them. If you kidnap anyone the kidnapper and the kidnapped will be blasted together. The message being 'don't do it again' seems to work well for those guys, though I've forgotten which county. Might be morroco.. . .Egypt? Somewhere like that. |
Everyone sees it for what it is, doesn't stop us from enjoying it! Ana the slowpoke Chris the freak. Still a good book |
chisom101:I'm trying hard not to laugh, this isn't meant to be funny. . . . . |
emiye:This is good. Now we have moved to the era of arresting opposition leaders and harassing known members. Did Inec give any solutions to this in light of #Ekitigate? PVC sounds good but its essentially useless if people cannot actually vote¿ |
obasy09:Thank you. Once this has taken place how do you then cast your actual vote? (Sorry if its obvious) but does it then return to the traditional paper and ballot or is there now an electronic means as well? Is the purpose of he PVC to ensure the number of eligible voters tallies with the actual votes? |
Seun:I read somewhere there's 3009 polling units with slightly more PVC readers 500 is nearing 20% and not 0.03 of the total. Which is significant. @op has anyone asked about battery failures? I also read the reader doesn't last more than 6 hours and apparently its required for 10?? And polling units with large numbers? And of course what happens when it doesn't work and who decides? Or does eot cover all that? |
I've missed it ![]() So how does it work. Do you then take the PVC and cast your vote? Or is it still ballot box and paper? Because Fayose can still seize it in the bushes and stuff it ooo? |
anonimi:I'm sure those steam trains even got people to thier destinations faster in 85 than they do now almost 30 years later. Please have you compared the amount spent on this project with the amounts spent in other countries where labor and materials cost considerably more? I swear even the trains in Cuba make more sense than the pile of crap this man has again plagued us with. No its not an achievement, not even for a minute. Please does anybody know if its remotely possible to salvage this mans failed rail project and convert it to something with better speed and quality? |
anonimi:Come and choose your punishment. It takes FIVE HOURS to get from Lagos to Ibadan!! What kind of nuisance are you flooding us with! What kind of achievement. It takes TWO HOURS TOPS by road in heavy traffic! What exactly about this is an achievement! I can be in Marrakech by road by the time someone gets to Kaduna! Kmt! |
Hmmm maybe the Nigerian law doesn't stop criminals from running public office. That's something that needs to change. We should be less focused on their certificates (most of which are fake) and more focused on their history of malpractice which holds them accountable not only by legal standards but ethical and professional ones too. |
Does anybody know what the private jet craze is all about? Im sure each journey costs no less that £10000 so its definitely not financially wise nor economically sensible. Is it because getting from a - b in Nigeria is hell? But I thought there are currently reliable domestic carriers? Not that knowing makes any difference but it will be less heartbreaking to learn there is some form of sense contributing to government agencies throwing money down the drain like this. |
Bekwarra:No appeal court in the world will uphold that disgrace of an election. |
Asiwaju9ja:Gbam! |
Either nl has changed or I'm far to old for this. . . dear o dear |
Omg I saw this and almost fell out of my seat when I read the comments!! Nigerians are bloody wicked! Lmfao! Dwarf you know! |
Hmmm. Does cheating on your spouse make you a bad person. Some think no. People make mistakes apparently. What arrant nonsense. Which part of it was a mistake? Swapping numbers with lustful intentions, meeting in a discreet place. The kiss? Undressing? Swapping body fluids? I'd like to hear from a cheater how exactly the mistake played out. Yes cheating does make you bad for relationships, not to say you can't be good at some things. But it will definitely take away trustworthy, honesty, faithfulness and reliability from your characteristics. |
Dapo777:This. Not soo much that a woman can't smash - just that when she wants to she has to wait for the dude to approach. In a perfect world a woman can approach a dude and be like 'hey we should smash' and smashing they will with no repercussions |
deji68:ERM no1 what business does a candidate have summoning and threatening the military who are meant to be keeping peace? No2 you didn't hear where they said they had materials from inec? What for? To pray on it? Fayose requesting the arrest of his opposition? Restricting the movement of non PDP members with stickers? He was upset his men were disarmed. Why are PDP officers being armed in he first place? To shoot innocent people like he has done before! Obanikoro requesting their bribe? Seriously!!! Is it the education in Nigeria or what that makes people this daft. |
mutter:I started crying from the inside. 'A man can learn how to kiss' when I've finished crying I'll start to think about how I feel about this. *crying**laughing* *dying* I've really missed this. . . . . *continues to cry* *thumbs up* |
T3amo Sounds like a mail order husband. *drake voice* don't do it please don't do it! No men where you live? Where do you live? |
A birdy birdy says she's done plastic surgery now. Anyone with recent pix confirming this?? |
Shollypopzz: |
omg. . . . . .'why didn't you use postinor' and 'find another man'?? Seriously? 'if he loves you he will help you'? smh - it's shameful. @op I really hope you get the right legal advice - maybe if you google child support in Nigeria or so you'll find a starting point at least. Also there should be independent organisations or charities that can help you with little or no charge. The borrowed money (which he owes and should pay) aside, you do need to try and find a way to support yourself and your child. Sounds like your babies daddy isn't one to be relied on. I know employment is hard back home, you really have to start assuming you will be solely responsible. I pray you get the help you need I really feel for you. |
maestroferddi:You're a slowpoke |
maestroferddi:I cannot even begin, is this the love of Jonathan? You support him with blind love my friend. Which you do at your own peril, but don't deny what is glaringly obvious. You insult the victims of his atrocities, those which have been denied justice, a decent life and democracy. If you listened to the tape and interview with Sagir Koli you will be able to gather the facts for yourself. Those mentioned in the tape that Fayose wanted picked up - all if not most were picked up that night, some had their families harassed by military men midnight. Journalists with passes were arrested and driven to state lines, Fayemi the incumbent received a flimsy number of votes even within his home town. APC members were harassed! It wouldn't have even been the first time Fayose has used thugs to win elections! Kolis 15 yr old brother was arrested, starved and chained to a bed! This was witnessed by his classmates and others that stayed in barracks in Ibadan! Please tell me if the events in the tape didn't happen why have the Nigerian army committed all the above atrocities? I'm sure if the world hadn't seen the effects of BH you will be here denying them too! Didn't Jonathan even deny attacks up until Amnesty had to take satellite images to prove it? Why should an international agency have to tell you what is happening in your own countries borders? Seriously? kmt. Please get out of here with your own ignorance. @topic - of course Jonathan won't investigate it, he will be investigating himself. we thank God his antics didn't work in Osun, this election people need to be extra vigilant, take photographs of funny business and immediately post it online. Hopefully Sagirs situation has resonated within the army ranks and officers are empowered enough to reject rubbish! They are not puppets for political use they are meant to protect Nigerians which they are currently doing very poorly. |
in a country run by a very petty opposition government, i doubt the newspapers will forget to report on something this scandalous! They sure as hell spend plenty of time making less ridiculous accusations. |
yes nau, in dry season when no booty cometh! |
How can people be happy about this? This isn't a victory? There is no excuse for this nonsense! It wasn't decided yesterday that elections were meant to hold on the 14th! He's had more than enough time to prepare! Aegon:Her epistle was rather bizarre - couldn't figure whether she was criticizing GEJ or praising him . .. . . ..probably her intentions. . . . |
