treatise:I love that analogy. Or better still, using live or attenuated virus to inhibit or kill virus. That is God at work. |
Wow! What an interesting battle! Peace will reign naturally when there's heavy confusion, chaos and mass slaughter in the camps of the enemies. When there's misunderstanding & confusion in the enemy's camp, they'll face & fight each other to death. This can only happen when God is fighting one's battle. In this case, one will be winning without raising a finger to fight. That is the kind of battle for me this year, and u too. |
ednut1:Dont mind the guy, they just talk without reasoning. The likes of Cubana & E-money he's talking about, does he even know the true nature of their wealth? Now I know why we're still where we are in Africa. |
PHIPEX:How did the government fail the north? When Jonathan was trying hard to decimate BH, the north was condemning the government's move, tagging the move as a war against the north. How do u expect a highly tribalistic leader tagging war against BH as a war against the north to raise fingers against his so-called brothers who have now grown into banditry & kidnapping? The thing this government can do is to persuade the bandits to stop their crimes and give them amnesty. But to decimate, no way. |
In my entire life as a Nigerian living in Nigeria, we've never had it so low during Christmas as we're having it right now. This man Buhari will forever be remembered for plunging us into incurable penury. If we all survive this, I pray affliction will not rise again in our land. |
donestk:The more reason they keep bringing people in from other countries in the name of several immigration programs |
BentizilL:How does having a high gdp translate to high living standard? Did you take your time to study their economy, watch the news and know what the Russians are saying about their standard of living? Did u know about the caste system operating in that country? Did you follow the trend of unemployment in Russia for some years now? How many jobs is Russia creating for her citizens on monthly basis? U mention Russia feeding the whole of Europe, as if the gas they supply to other parts of Europe is free. The protest made by some Russians few months ago, what was the basis? Go check the news and live in reality. Have u taken your time to check the average remuneration of Russians working in Russia? You call a country with less than 3 dollars per hour minimum wage a wealthy country? https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/minimum-wage-by-country If indeed Russia makes economic sense as u claim, I wonder why many immigrants don't consider it a destination. Even the citizens are leaving in droves for a greener pasture. 89 percent of the overall wealth of the country is controlled by 10 percent of households, and you call that a good feat? https://borgenproject.org/living-conditions-in-the-russian-federation-facts/ Kindly check those links to read facts about Russia. If Russia makes sense, people won't abandon it for Germany and other European countries. |
Eriokanmi:I can't wrap my head around Putin's ideology. How can your citizens be highly impoverished, yet you're claiming super power in nuclear warhead, misplaced priority of the highest order. |
He doesn't count or matter, yet you take advantage of every opportunity u get to seek his favour, what? |
If he could be making such incoherent statements, then it's an indication that something is wrong somewhere, he's not fit mentally, probably with dementia. Nigerians can't afford to have yet another man with degenerating brain as president back-to-back, that will be suicidal. |
Flagoffs or flags off, let the OP correct the error in that headline. |
Don't you notice that the "jingle bell" and other popular Christmas songs of yesteryears which usually start to air on radios and TVs anything from late October is now fast fading away? Even harmattan is now becoming obsolete, no thanks to climate change & this callous government who made life unbearable for an average Nigerian. NO BE MAN WEY CHOP BELLE FULL GO JINGLE BELL? |
Are u all now saying that Buhari is a dunce? |
CUMIN:There's nothing faulty here, the word "war against BOKO HARAM is war against the north" attests to the fact that the monster came from them, not Jonathan. Common reasoning would deduce that, except you want to be mischievous. The monster they created then is now consuming them. Nigerians are not fools. Buhari categorically said those words, and they are in the public domain. |
Just waking up at the last minute, anyway, we are starting somewhere. At all at all, na im bad pass. |
Hunger & poverty that you did not address for the past 8 years, instead you soaked Nigerians more into it. All of u will not know peace, u will all die miserably, go & write it down. |

CheapHomes1:The stacked notes won't be useful for vote buying on Election Day, because there are new notes in circulation & the old notes are no longer legal tender. This is only possible if CBN maintains the time limit set for the public to return all their old notes to the bank. |
CheapHomes1:Most of these politicians and some selfish individuals have been busy hoarding the notes we have in circulation for some times now. CBN's claim is that, assuming we have 5 trillion worth of naira notes in circulation, just two trillion is coming in and going out of the banks we have, and the trend has been like that for a long while now. This means 3 trillion worth of naira notes are being hoarded by some individuals who are strong & mighty in the society. To get this cash back into the banks is why this move is made. Politicians have been the ones hoarding these notes for the upcoming election, their stronghold has to be broken. Now that they can no longer tamper with election results as a result of the new electoral law, the only option they have is to pay cash to voters on election day. This move has trapped the politicians because they are now under EFCC's watch. |
I think this man wants to deal with some politicians who have stockpiled the old naira notes for the purpose of election. Majority of the money in the system left the banks long time ago, being hoarded by some bastards for their selfish interest. This singular move by CBN has put them all into trouble, to return the huge cash in their custody to banks becomes a problem for them, as they are being watched by EFCC, banks and the general public. |
He's been conservative enough on what Israel made on export, after all he didn't blow the figure out of proportion, which would have given some people running mouth. |
Only the righteous is as bold as lion. Let's leave it there, because it's only the wise that can decrypt that. |
Either of these is imminent, 1) North giving in for full restructuring 2) North breaking away to form an oil producing nation That is if more oil and gas discovery are made. Ensuring that oil exploration facilities are built for the north has been 1 of the objectives of Buhari, and he's finally achieved that. Don't be surprised if more crude oil is said to be discovered across many states in the north, you can't rule it out. |
How dem dey take do all these pairings self? Argentina vs Saudi, this 1 na more or less a walkover now. |
I don't see any northerner having that will power to deal with insurgents in the north, because the belief & mentality is that any war against boko haram is war against the north. The same Atiku that could not condemn the gruesome killing of that girl in Sokoto by his Jihad-driven brothers will end boko haram, are u kidding me? |
What a statement! One of the major statements made by BAT which has become so offensive, irritating and haramic (if there's any word like that) to the northern oligarchy has been the "Emi Lo Kan" utterance he made in Ogun State several hours to their party's presidential primary. That word keeps boiling in their heart and they will take all measures to deal with him over it. I don't see the owners of Naija politics falling in line with that. |
Devil pour sand for this guy's Garri no be small, I pity him, lots of lessons as we journey along in this world. All I have to say is more strength to overcome the hard times. |
deNet:If you should go by that, then I don't think any northern state is worthy to vote in 2023, because this act cuts across all the northern states. If you get to Sokoto, you'll be shocked by the number of underaged voters with cards. I know these things because I served in the north. |
P AcuraZDX:This reply perfectly puts some ethnic bigots and idiots where they belong. I like that. |
OVB123:That man has been stinkingly rich before becoming a governor, he's a well-known billionaire with multinational companies home & abroad before politics. Though no politician can be trusted in Nigeria, but I think the guy is still fair. |
BanevsJoker:And now she's found herself in a big mess, it's not everybody that will resonate with u on some ideological concepts. That's a lesson for her, next time she will read the atmosphere carefully before choosing her words. On a normal reasoning it's a lie to claim u're strong while u're sick in the real sense of it. |
